The guests, who were anticipating seeing Alice utterly humiliated, were stunned, but it didn’t stop themfrom enjoying this scandalous scene. Today was such a blast. What happened today was enough forthem to gossip about it for the next year!

“Mr. Knight, Miss Woland left,” Caleb pointed out, feeling complicated. “Could all these be her doing,Mr. Knight?”

From a subjective point of view, he didn’t believe this to be true because it greatly contradicted herrumored image by the public. Yet, as he thought about it carefully, he came to the conclusion that therewas a high chance that she had pulled this stunt.

In addition, it didn’t make sense that she was leaving just like this. Wasn’t she deeply in love with BruceYeager? At the moment, Bruce was experiencing trauma like no other and was feeling his worst.

So, he suspected that the fingerprints Liam obtained from Alice back then might be fake.

“Mr. Knight, Miss Woland was injured from the car accident and unconscious when Liam went toretrieve her fingerprints at that time.” Although Caleb knew what Ethan meant, he felt the need toremind him of this.

At that time, Alice was unconscious from the car accident, and Liam was the one who went to retrieveher fingerprints, so there couldn’t have been a mistake.

“Do it again,” Ethan insisted as he kept having a feeling that he had missed out on something sevenyears ago.

“Okay.” This time, Caleb said no more and went ahead with his task.

As he was highly efficient, he quickly found out some things about Alice.

“Mr. Knight, I found out that Miss Woland is staying at the Imperial Hotel, and she returned to her roomafter leaving the wedding venue. I’ve already sent Liam to look for her to retrieve her fingerprints again.In addition, I found out that Mr. Tanner West is also staying in the same hotel, and his room is just nextto hers.”
