Fated To The Lycan Brothers -
Chapter 47

Wolfe
"She told me she was brainwashing me and I just gawked at her like an idiot because I didn't know what else to say and now she thinks that's the truth. Ughhhh." Devon whined at me just before chugging another bottle of energy drink. "You need to take it easy on that. There's too much caffeine in that thing." I tell him, but he waves me off.
"I need it for practice later," he explains and I sigh.
I can never get him to ease up on training. This guy practically drowns himself in the pool whenever something comes up that's stressing him out and right now, a certain someone-or two-is very much doing that.
"So what should I do? Should I go talk to her?" He groans as he rubs his hands on his face.
"Oh, s**t. There she is, she's walking in." Devon's eyes shot wide open as he went from looking at me to the entrance of the cafeteria and true enough, Suri is walking inside.
She looks reserved. Prim and proper in her purple pastel uniform. I always thought the girls' uniforms looked tacky. The only consolation to it is how every girl works their way around it. Some pull the skirt from the top so that it goes way above their knees. Some unbutton one or two at the top of their shirts. They do all sorts of things just to make themselves look better in the uniforms, but with Suri, the first time I saw her in it, I just couldn't help but look at her longer than usual.
I don't know what it is about her, but I've been drawn to her presence since the moment I first laid my eyes on her. Even when I was threatening her, telling her to leave while she still had the chance, a part of me wasn't feeling that same way. Like I didn't even believe my own words.
It was f*****g weird, but I had to do it. My brothers and I decided that nobody should ever be allowed to come in between us and Suri, that's exactly what she's going to do if we keep letting her think she can become part of the family. Our family. But it's clear as f*****g day that Devon was failing miserably at it. This dumbass was already head over heels for her when he already has a whole a s s girlfriend. He can't even take his eyes off of her and we just got back to school this Friday morning. "If you stare at her any more she's going to combust." I teased him, shooting him a grin and he gave me the meanest glare I've never even seen him do before. Man, this boy is whipped.
Sometimes I feel like Atlas is, too.
Ah, speaking of, there he is coming in just now too and I'm a hundred and ten percent sure when he sees Suri his body is going to tense up, his eyes will narrow at the sight of her, and he's going to try and tell himself to act normal. He's turning the corner where the food counter is, and... yup, there it is.
I couldn't stop myself from snorting at the sight of Atlas immediately freezing once he realizes Suri is just one student away from him.
"You know all of this would just be so much less complicated if you and Atlas stop making her feel so out of place. Why can't we just let her in? She's not the enemy, she's just-"
I snapped my head to face him, cutting him off abruptly. "We don't know who she is. Not really. That's the thing. You have got to stop being so open to everyone. Look where that got you with Destiny."
"Destiny is different, okay? You- you just wouldn't understand. I have... history with her." He grumbled under his breath.
"Yeah, well, your history is putting you into deep s**t. If you're going to crush on the fresh meat then you better clear it up with Destiny first." I subtly point my fork towards Destiny who was laughing cheerily with her other royal and pampered friends. That girl was never not surrounded by people. While I was a magnet of hot girls (okay, fine, maybe some boys, too), she was a magnet of people who wanted to be her best friend.
"First of all, stop calling her 'fresh meat' like she isn't human. Second of all, you're not really the best role model for relationships, are you, Thorne's number one player?" Devon shoots me a smug smirk.
He's trying to make me feel conscious about my endeavors, but actually, it just makes me feel like gloating.
"What can I say? I like my girls how I like my cars - always changing and easy to ride."
Devon lets out fake gagging noises and I burst out into laughter. After I've managed to recompose myself, I lean closer to him in order to quietly tell him my other observation.
"Oh, and maybe inform our big brother over there about your feelings as well because by the looks of it, you're not the only one vying for our sister and I don't think he's the polygamy kind of guy." I wiggle my eyebrows at him while he looks at me confused.
It takes him a second to notice where my eyes are focused on and he understands what I mean instantly when he sees Atlas standing by Suri like he's trying to subtly inhale the f**k out of her scent.
To others, nothing seems out of the ordinary.
But to us who sees every little thing and knows Atlas from head to toe, we know what he's doing and probably even thinking.
"Something tells me you're not just inhaling the delicious food of Thorne Academy, Atlie." I shoot Atlas a mindlink and he immediately turns his head towards where Devon and I are seated, shooting us a glare that was seething with rage the temperature felt like it shot up.
"Don't test me, dick head, or I'm going to tell our headmistress you f****d her secretary on her desk table." He threatened and that just made me laugh harder. Ah, brotherly love.
I'm practically hopping to my room after Keith's announcement that we were flying out tonight for some much-needed vacation time. Devon is whining about missing training this weekend and I tell him that he also needs to rest and he should be excited to possibly see Suri in a bikini. He gave me the coldest glare in the whole of Antarctica.
"Maaan, it's going to be a weekend full of hot bikini babes." I comment as I'm shoving random clothes in my duffel bag, not even bothering to check what it is or if I'm getting what I need.
Well, it's not like I need much. I'll probably be topless ninety percent of the time I'm there.
I turn to Devon who's lounging on my bed and staring at the ceiling like he's lost in his own train of thoughts.
"Maybe this weekend is all you and Atlas need to forget about our sister. I'm sure a little weekend fun with someone hotter could do that."
Lies. I don't think I've seen anyone as magnetically gorgeous as Suri, but hey, maybe if I say it out loud more, I'll start to believe it too.
Devon turned his head towards me with an unamused expression. "All you really think about is s e x, huh?"
I give him a curt head shake followed by a smug smile. "False. I also think about food and videogames. Oh, and you getting your a s s handed to you by Suri. Did you manage to talk to her at the library earlier?"
Devon let out another long groan as he rolled on my bed like the dramatic f**k that he was.
"She wouldn't talk to me," he said as his voice was muffled against my pillow. "Like she literally refused to talk to me." He moved his head from the pillow to face me.
"How is it that I've been nice to her since day one yet I get the silent treatment, not you two who literally call her that stupid meat name? It doesn't make any sense! I just want her... to like me..." He says, his last words turning into a barely audible whisper. "Women are complicated creatures, little brother. This is why you f**k 'em and leave 'em." I reply to him and this earns me another eye roll in which I let out a raucous laugh.
-
One moment Keith is my favorite human on Planet Earth, and then the next, I want to literally drag him out to Mudwaters and leave him there for a week or two.
How could he invite us for vacation and then tell us we're all stuck in one room together? Okay, sure, this room is the size of an apartment or even bigger, but come on. How am I supposed to have some fun when I have my two idiot brothers breathing in my space?
Damn it. Keith has something against me.
It's not like I meant to destroy two of those hotel rooms before...
Out of nowhere, I saw a pillow flying towards me at the speed of light, and I managed to catch it an inch before it hit my face and when I looked up, the suspect was looking at me with a bored expression.
"This is your fault. You're not allowed to bring any girls around here to f**k. Do it in their rooms because I would rather you keep your DNA matter away from me." Atlas said in a less than amused tone and if I didn't know my brother well like the back of my hand, I would take offense in his words.
But I do, so I don't.
He just talks like an a*****e because he kind of is, but deep down inside, I know he wouldn't think twice to sacrifice himself for us.
He's like the nicest a*****e you'll ever meet.
"I know the rules, grumpy pants." I told him with a teasing grin before catching him off guard and the pillow hit him right on his face.
Atlas gets ready to wrestle me to bed when there's a knock on the door and Keith comes inside, clearing his throat so all our attention is brought to him.
"If the two of you decide to shed some blood, please do it in the forest, not the bedsheets that will be a pain in the a s s to clean for the hotel maids." He says monotone.
"Yes, father." Atlas and I say jokingly before giving each other a satisfied grin.
Even as little kids, we just loved messing with our daddy-0.
He opens his mouth, but closes it again as if deciding not to say anything else that will waste any more of his time and energy.
"Anyways," he says with a sigh before looking around. "Where's Dev?"
I shrugged my shoulders before glancing over to the bathroom. "Taking a shit."
Not a second later, we hear Devon shout on the other side of the door. "No, I'm not! I'm taking another bath because some rich prick who last used the room loosened the bidet on the toilet so when I used it, it sprayed on me!"
Spoiler alert: That somebody was me, though I would say I'm more of a handsome prick, not rich. Being Keith's son on paper does make me legally rich, but I never really grew accustomed to that idea.
I contain my snickering so I won't expose myself to anyone, but Atlas and Keith know me far too well, their heads shaking at me, an obvious sign they know the perpetrator is nobody else but me.
We're on vacation. Live a little, guys!
"As I was saying," Keith continued. "I'm going to rest a little so I just came here to say do as you please and when I wake up, let's have dinner together. And when I say 'as you please', I mean keep it to legal things only for goodness' sake. I've also already told Suri she can explore the island."
"By herself?!"
Atlas and Devon both asked at the same time and while that made me chuckle, it confused Keith as he looked at Atlas and the bathroom door with a raised brow.
"Yes, by herself. The reason I chose this place is because it is thoroughly guarded in all areas. I guess even more so now because of that celebrity."
Right. There is that celebrity staying here to celebrate his or her birthday weekend. I for one am hoping it's a smoking hot female celebrity I can play around with, but I don't want to get my hopes up. Either way, I'm sure there's more than enough fish in the sea for
me.
Thinking about it excites me when another thought suddenly invades my head - what if it's a male celebrity and he hits on Suri?
f**k. I don't know why the hell I suddenly thought about that or her in the first place. I try to shake it out of my head and pretend that never happened.
Keith bids us a good day/good night for him and right after he gets out of the room, Atlas is grumbling something under his breath. I know what it's about and I'll bet my pinky toe Devon is doing the exact same thing in the bathroom.
"I'm going out," Atlas exclaimed as he pulled off his shirt and changed into just shorts. Seconds later, he's already walking to the door.
"Where are you going? Finding some hot and single girls? If so, count me in!" I get off of bed as Atlas shakes his head at me.
"Can you stop thinking about girls for one second?" He gave me a challenging look.
"Hm..." I say with a thinking expression before clapping my hands together and giving my pissy brother a smirk. "That was one second. So, are you going to replace hotties or not?"
Atlas groans at me and when he does that, he looks a lot like Devon. Put the two of them together and they'd demolish the drama club in one act.
"No! I'm... I'm... just going to get some air." He says in a very suspicious tone and I was about to say something else when Devon practically busts down the door all changed in new clothes and shit.
He doesn't even stop to breathe before saying, "Yeah, me too. Fresh air."
"Wha-"
I don't get another word in before the eldest and the youngest are out of the room and I've been left all alone.
"For f**k's sake," I mumbled before letting out a deep sigh.
Life of a middle child, everyone.
"Hm..." I pursed my lips as I got another idea.
Since nobody else is in the room, does that mean our rule doesn't apply? Surely I'll have enough time to play around with a girl here before those two drama queens come back.
Well, only one way to replace out.
-
Three hours later, I don't get to replace out because I've searched high and low around the place and the girls around here are either married or are under fifteen years old and those are both completely off limits.
It doesn't take me long to figure out that the celebrity in this place is, in fact, male, and that bugs me to my core, but I don't let it disappoint me so much. Somebody has to be the right age and single here, damn it!
f**k. There's one. A petty petite and curly-haired ash blonde girl that kind of reminds me of someone though I can't pinpoint right now.
I was just getting ready to approach her when I got a mindlink and both Atlas and Devon are dragging me to a restaurant on the other side of the place.
f*****g hell. Fine, I'm hungry for real food anyway.
I'll be back for the sexual food right after.
When I got to the front of the restaurant, Atlas and Devon were already waiting like they'd been standing there far longer than one should be waiting in a restaurant that isn't even full. When I squinted my eyes to see what the hell they were waiting for, I saw Suri inside.
Jesus f*****g wept. Did these two morose f***s follow her to here?!
At this point, I think it's best if I don't replace out the answer to that.
Atlas' gloomy mood and Devon's stiff composure tells me enough and my grumbling stomach doesn't want to wait for them to get their s**t together so I walk in before them and holy f**k, Suri wasn't just here.
She was with somebody else, and it was another guy.
"Terrible idea, little sis." I mouthed to her with a smirk and not sure if she understood that or not, but whatever.
Since we're already here, I decided to indulge in it and get some entertainment, replaceing the closest seat possible to them to piss both Atlas and Devon off.
It goes a little bit differently than I expected, especially after we found out that Suri's 'date' wasn't just anybody, but he was a whole a s s f*****g celebrity. Somehow the scenario I came up with in my head came to life. Damn it.
What's even more suspicious is that Atlas seems to know who the guy is. Well, we all do. The fucker was famous as f**k, but the way Atlas looked at him seemed like it stemmed from something else. Once Suri and him left the restaurant, Devon and I both asked how he knew the guy.
"His brother is a raging psychopath. I used to see him on fight nights at the boxing gym. Never fought him, though, because he eventually got kicked out for violating the most important rule - no killing." "Are you f*****g forreal?" Devon and I glanced at each other, cutting a look.
"Yup," Atlas nodded as his fists tightened its clenching.
"So... what are you going to do about it?" Devon asks, obviously worried that our little sister/his crush is hanging around him.
"I told her not to go to his party, but she's too f*****g stubborn." He says as he takes deep and steady breaths like he's about to rip someone if he stops.
"Why do I feel like it's because you pissed her off again?" I taunt Atlas and bad f*****g idea, he snapped his head at me and almost shoots laser beams from his eyes.
"Well, f**k her, anyway. It's on her if she wants to go or not. I'm not her f*****g bodyguard and you guys aren't either, so don't be getting any goddamn ideas." Ah, there it is. We've released Atlas in full kraken mode.
I know deep down though that he doesn't believe his own words so I just leave him be. Devon, though, isn't exactly on the same boat.
"If anything happens to her, it'll be in your hands." He said with an ill-tempered tone before pushing the chair backwards and stomping out of the restaurant.
A few days ago it was Atlas picking a fight with me, now it's Atlas and Devon. Can we get a f*****g break?
-
The answer to that question is no, we cannot have a f*****g break because one minute I'm having a hot make out session with the girl I saw earlier, and then the next, I'm debating whether or not to go look for Suri because I just saw two of that f*****g Madden guy. Ryder Madden, the one in the white clothes, is-awkwardly-conversing with his fans. It's obvious he wants to be someplace else, but he has to keep his image.
All of a sudden, I saw another guy at the far back. Nobody else in the place notices him because he's wearing all black, blending perfectly in the shadows, but I am clearly not like everybody else.
It's easy to spot him with my eyes and that's how I know this is the brother Atlas was talking about earlier.
"His name's Ryan Madden. They look exactly the same and the only way you can tell them apart is by the tattoos all over his body so if he covers it up, there's just no way of distinguishing one from the other. The only visible tattoo he has is a skull on fire at the back of his neck."
And just as he said, when Ryan turned around and started walking away from creepily looking at his brother, the tattoo was right there.
"Baby, let's go to your room..." The girl seductively whispers into my mouth and by instinct I let out a moan when I feel her hand on my... package.
"Can't, babe. Is yours free?" I tell her as I continue to bite and nibble on her neck. She smells like some kind of strawberry sunscreen, but tastes like the sun.
Not my favorite flavor, but f**k, it'll do.
"Ah, my friend is there with her boyfriend." She frowns and I just know I'm about to get blue f*****g balls.
Not unless... we replace a more secretive spot around here...
Yes, that sounds like a perfect plan. I'm a f*****g genius.
"Come with me," I whisper into her ear before taking a soft bite that makes her giggle.
I'm pulling her by her hand as we walk away from the crowd in the party, looking for a place to stay, and have... a little more fun.
That's when I saw something unusual that immediately activated every f*****g anxious sensor in my body.
Before I can even think twice, I'm walking away from what was supposed to be a damn good lay and ignoring her confused then frustrated shouts at me.
"Where are you going?!" "What the hell?!" "Hey, come back here!" "Okay, fine, f**k you then! I'll replace somebody else to f**k!"
You and me both. Hopefully.
But all of those thoughts disappeared as soon as I saw her on all fours on the f*****g sand.
f**k me sideways and eight times on a Sunday, what the hell is happening with Suri? She looks just about ready to do... something definitely not Rated PG, but I am also feeling bad for her at the moment.
When I turned my head to the other side, I started to connect two and two together.
Ryder and Ryan are fighting like a bunch of f*****g morons, there's an empty bottle by the blanket there, and Suri can barely keep herself from standing.
God damn it.
She was drugged.
Things escalated not too quickly after that as paparazzi and some fans finally realized what their beloved idol was up to and then I went from making out with a random girl to making out with Suri and I would be lying if I said this wasn't the best f*****g kiss I've ever had with someone.
I know I shouldn't be doing this with her, not when she's not entirely in her right state of mind, but holy f**k, I can't stop.
I have her pinned against the tree by my body, my hard on pressed against her stomach and god damn it, just this sensation is blowing my f*****g mind away. When Suri opens her mouth more as if giving me better access, I replace her tongue and go to f*****g town with this thing.
I mean, f**k the town. I'm travelling the f*****g world here.
She tastes so f*****g good, like summer on her lips, and zest in her tongue.
And you know what my favorite fruit is? f*****g oranges.
Fuuuuuck meeeeee.
I need to get a hold of myself before-
"For f**k's sake, Wes, seriously?"
Shit.
Too little, too late.
