Following Aisha's assistant and makeup artist, the rest of the crew quickly picked up on Aisha's disdain for Flora. They all started giving Flora a hard time, thinking she was just a lowly staff member with no one

to back her up.

"Hey! I said get up, didn't you hear me?"

Seeing Flora stay put, a gutsy girl reached out to pull her up. But before she could touch Flora, Flora lightly tapped her toes, shifting her chair slightly to the side. The girl, caught off guard, stumbled forward. She almost faceplanted.

Though she was fine, the dress she was holding in a bag slipped out and fell to the floor.

Panicking, the girl scrambled to pick up the dress.

This was the dress Aisha was supposed to wear later, and if it got damaged, the girl could never afford to replace it.

She silently cursed Flora, blaming her for the mishap.

When Aisha saw the dress on the ground, her face darkened, about to unleash her fury. But then, the door to the dressing room swung open.

"Flora?"

Rafael walked in, brimming with excitement, pausing when he saw the crowded room.

Upon seeing Rafael, Aisha's anger melted away, replaced by a perfectly timed smile.

"Rafael, what brings you here?"

She approached him, her voice dripping with charm, her face slightly flushed: "Are you here to see me?"

With Rafael's recent reveal as Regretless, his fame had skyrocketed.

Every director and producer wanted him in their films.

Aisha had just signed on for a new movie, and the director hoped she could get Rafael to play the lead.

Confident in her rapport with Rafael, Aisha was sure he'd agree, so she took the role.

See, no sooner had she arrived than he showed up looking for her.

And he called her Flora...

How cozy.

Aisha thought to herself, then noticed Rafael's gaze land on Flora, who was sitting in a corner.

His eyes held an unusual emotion.

Feeling threatened, Aisha knew all too well the allure Flora's looks had on men.

She glanced at Lindsey.

Catching Aisha's cue, Lindsey quickly moved to dismiss Flora: "What are you still doing here? Our dear Aisha took pity on you for being poor and let you stay, but you're lazy and have a terrible attitude. You never want to do anything you're asked, just leave."

Her words were cunning, praising Aisha while trashing Flora.

No matter how beautiful Flora was, if people thought she had a bad attitude, they'd lose all interest.

As expected, Rafael's expression darkened hearing this.

Though he didn't fully grasp the situation, he knew they had no right to talk about his Flora that way. "Are you blind?"

He spat out the words, cold and unforgiving.

Lindsey froze, still processing when Rafael walked over to Flora: "Flora, what's going on?"

Flora?

Hearing him call her name, everyone in the room was stunned.

Aisha's smile faltered.

What was going on? Rafael knew this woman?

And seemingly quite well.

Annoyed by the chaos, Flora looked visibly irritated. Glancing at Rafael, her tone was somewhat heavy: "Are you close with them?"

In that moment, Rafael sensed danger.
