"Where did she go?" Maggie's airy voice rang through the phone.

She paced back and forth in her room as she tried to process the information she had gotten from Mrs Rachel.

When Mrs Rachel had told her that Amelia left home, Maggie thought it was one of Amelia's usual schemes to get Lennox's attention. But when she heard that Amelia had left right in Lennox's presence, she was shocked.

Amelia that Maggie knows would never leave Lennox. If what Maggie suspected had happened between Amelia and Lennox after drugging him had actually happened, Amelia would be mad with excitement. It was the opportunity she had always wanted. The reason she resorted to silly vices like running away and hurting herself.

"I have no idea, Master has ordered me not to follow her. I don't know the way she went. She might be anywhere in the world now."

"Find her and let me know her location." Maggie blurted

"A tracker was installed into her ohone but she did not take it with her, there is no way I'm supposed to know where she would be now." Mrs Rachel was taken aback by the impossible request. How was she supposed to replace Amelia without knowing where the crook disappeared to?

"Rachel," "Ma'am?"

"I don't care if you have to reach the ends of the earth to replace her but make sure you replace her. If you ruin my plans this time, I'll see to it that you are fired." "Y-yes ma'am."

Maggie ended the call and hurled her phone on the bed, as she let out a frustrated sigh. She began pacing around the room, thinking of what to do.

"Amelia, you can't escape from me, where did you go?" Her thoughts spilled into muttered words.

Suddenly, her face brightened like a light-bulb moment and a sinister smile spread across her face. She leapt on her bed, snatched up her phone, and dialed number that picked at once. "Mr. John,"

"Good morning Miss Maggie, how can I help you today?"

"I have exclusive news on Amelia Morrison for you." She smiled.

Gelic sat on an outside chair of a small cafe, her suitcase safe by her side as she sipped her coffee. The anger and shame had long drained from her body and all that was left was the wicked reality of things. She had no idea what to do with herself. She could stay at an hotel for the night but she forgot her phone at Ethan's house and left Amelia's phone behind, making it impossible to pay.

She looked at the time on her watch and realized how stupid her situation was, letting out an embarrassed laughter. She had sat there for hours and ordered more than necessary cups of coffee. It was almost nightfall and she had nowhere to go.

"What do I do?" She dropped her cup and giggled, her face turning sour as she smoothed her hair.

"This is why you should never be reliant on a man. He will break your heart, and send you packing in an instant and you will be homeless in the streets of Mexico, drinking cheap coffee." She laughed at her situation and wondered what to do with her life. The

"Gealic, you are very stupid. Grandma, I really should have listened to you, I'm sorry." The mad hysteria had gotten to her, leaving people around her wondering what was wrong with the woman talking and laughing alone in the middle of the street.

"Sorry ma'am, are you Amelia Morrison, the actress?"

She raised up her head to take a look at the man asking her a question, when he didn't seem familiar, she waved him off. "I'm not Amelia."

"You are Amelia Morrison, what are you doing outside without a bodyguard?" The man's voice pitched high in surprise. It was then that Gealic took a good look at the man and spotted a professional camera in his hands. She slowly got up and started to back up away from him. She had heard of crazy reporters following around celebrities and starting a mob, she couldn't believe it was happening to her.

"No, I'm not Amelia, this is a very big mistake." She took a hold of her suitcase and tried to leave but the man followed her. "Look, the police." She screamed, distracting the man and giving her a couple of seconds to run away. "Shit." He spat and ran after her. "I've found her." He spoke into his phone, calling the others.

Three shops away, Lennox's men sprung into action, going after Gealic and the reporters, but they lost them.

"Call for backup!" one of Lennox's men yelled to the other, his voice laced with urgency as he ran in the direction he had last seen them. The other immediately complied, phone already in hand, and barking orders into the receiver.

Meanwhile, the first man continued the pursuit, his eyes scanning the crowded streets with a mix of frustration and determination.

Gealic's heart thumped loudly as she ran, trying to replace a safe spot to hide away from the reporters. They had joined the man and followed her in a large number, the chase eliciting the interest of some fans and non-fans who wanted to take a real time look of Amelia Morrison.

Grealic managed to escape to a desolate street where she slowed her pace, dragging her suitcase with her towards the busy road. Her chest heaved in exhaustion and thoughts of where to go and how far she can go clouded her mind and she fell to the ground, rolling a few meters on the gravelled walkway. With a groan, she pulled herself up, inspecting the injuries she had gotten from the fall. She had torn her gown, her kenns were bruised and bleeding, and a few places on her arms and face where she had gotten scratched turned red.

Immediately, she heard the sound of people coming from behind her and turned to look. It was the little mob that had started in her cause. But instead of running, she stood there and waited for them to rain on her with whatever they had. As the mob came nearer, a black Benz screeched to a halt dangerously close to her, the door swinging open with a soft click.

"Get in the car," Lennox shouted from inside.

Instead of complying, Gealic nervously looked around, hoping to replace another way to escape the mob, another way that did not involve getting into Lennox's car.

"How did I get myself into this mess?" She looked back at a few suit-clad men that she recognized as Lennox's men, trying to subdue the crowd but there was a few of them and compared to the people.

"Amelia!" He growled, annoyed that he had to wait for her to make up her mind. If it were left to him, he would have knocked her out and thrown her into the car, but the paparazzi was around and a bad press was not just any press to his reputation.

Gealic looked at Lennox through the open door of the car, the harsh reality dawning on her that he was her only way out of there. His glare told her that he was mad at her but she would much rather be burned by Lennox's wrath than to be trampled to death by a crazy horde of reporters. In resignation, Gealic limped into the car, shutting the door just as the mob broke free from Lennox's men.
