From Here to Ecstasy -
Chapter 131 - Tearing Down The House
Dedicated to...well, I think we all know who this is going to be dedicated to. Thank you, @oddball, @PenumbraMINE, and @N.Y.O.B.
Recap
We walked into a humongous room. I thought he said large but damn. I noticed he had several warriors with him along with his Beta and Gamma. I nodded to them, noticing they didn’t bow to me. I was happy to know they thought I was only an Alpha but I had a feeling it was more than that.
I soundproofed the room, Kat following in my footsteps. I noticed my Windy and Ares with listening devices in their hands. I could tell Alpha Black was in shock from what he was seeing and sensing. Windy and Ares sent the listening devices into the woods, surrounded by a bubble with voices from my mate.
"Now, we plan."
Sonny’s POV
“Ok-okay, I didn’t see that coming but I should have. We have a mole in our pack-”
“No. You have a witch who can teleport into your packhouse. I can fix it so she can’t teleport on your pack grounds.” I turned to my family and nodded my head as my family set up the spell to protect Alpha Black’s pack. “All set-”
Kat stood up, her eyes glowing. “Your mate is in Alveraz’s cells, yours too, Beta.”
“How do you know?” Alpha Black said as he gulped.
Kat’s eyes glowed even more. “It’s one of my powers I have been blessed with by the Moon Goddess.” Kat fell back in her seat. I checked her over. “I’m okay. Whew, that wasn’t freaky as hell at all.”
“Thank you…” Alpha Alveraz stopped not knowing my mate’s name.
“This is my mate. Her name is Kat,” I introduced, giving my mate a hug.
“Thank you, Kat. I had wondered why I didn’t feel as if she had died and I couldn’t replace her.”
She nodded, grabbing energy bars out of her bag of tricks. Hey, the pack was huge. “No problem.”
Alpha Black sniffed the air, a look of confusion on his face. "Why do I smell dynamite?”
“Uh, they are party favors for Alveraz’s pack,” Kat explained as we all laughed and she ducked down.
I heard Black’s thoughts about what was going on. He was confused but he was ready to go at these people or what calls bastards - quite the appropriate name for them.
“I know you have questions.” I stopped as Kat pulled out her drawing pad and pencils and furiously started drawing. I shook my head. “I’m going to explain everything, so please let me finish before you ask questions.”
“Alright. I know don’t have a lot of time, I’ll try to be patient,” he told me.
“Alveraz’s, used to be pack, has been working with Brujas and witches. They are attempting to make skinwalkers. I don’t need to tell you how dangerous they are. They keep women in their prisons to use them. My mate included, well, until she tricked them and escaped. She tried to free some of the women but she almost got caught. She ran to my pack and has been helping me get ready for this war. The bastards have been taking high-ranking and Elders mates for a while. They found their mates, well, some did when they were inspecting the pack, bringing it to my attention, yet again.”
I took a breath and looked around, making sure everyone was with me so far. “I knew of Dean’s involvement, a man who wanted my title, and he was put on trial. The Moon Goddess took care of him and a few others. Let me tell you, you don’t want to get on her bad side or you will meet the shadow demons on your own.” I cracked a smile. “Anyway, I have found several traitors and was in the process of replaceing evidence of Alveraz’s goings-on. He’s in a cell in my house, spelled out the wazoo. He will get his as soon as this is done with.”
“Done,” Kat whispered, looking up when the room went quiet. “Oops, sorry.”
I took the drawings she had finished and laid them on the table. “I need all your warriors took look at this picture. He’s my brother and I don’t want him killed. I don’t care if he’s a skin-walker or not. This drawing is of the packhouse, border guard’s rotation schedules, and the cells.” I turned to Kat. “Thank you, Kat.” I smiled at her and turned back to the men, a question in the eye of Alpha Black. I nodded at him.
“How does she know this much?” He asked me when he should have been asking Kat.
“I didn’t run away as fast as they thought I did. I snooped in their packhouse and I left recorders. I watched the borders for their schedules. I know a lot of things about that “pack’,” she answered, disgust clearly on her face.
I didn’t even know she had left recorders. Sneaky. “Well, okay, then. Do you have the recordings?” I asked her as she whipped out tapes from her bag. Every one of them was marked according to what was said. Cool and smart.
I teleported a tape recorder to the table, making all of Alpha Black’s men jump. “Oops. Sorry, I have a lot of power and I tend to forget not everyone can teleport things.”
I pressed play on the recorder and listened to fuckers words to members of his pack. They were crud and they were plans against the crown.
“We need to warn the Royal Alpha King, Alpha,” a warrior stated, his eyes wide.
“I do believe the Royal Alpha King knows this,” Alpha Black commented.
I sighed and stood up before I put another tape in. “Yeah, he knows. Let me introduce myself properly. I leaked a little more power. My title is Royal Alpha King. Please call me Alpha for all of your sakes. And, no bowing right now, okay?” I pulled my power back to that of an Alpha and started the next tape. I could see the warrior’s smile.
The next tape almost had me losing control. Had it not been for Kat’s hand on my arm I would have growled so loud the pack and everyone else around for miles would have heard me. They wanted to take my mate back from me and kill her. They wanted to kill her in front of me, too. I heard Alveraz’s plan in case he went to the cells. What they had planned was wrong on so many levels.
Alpha Black’s growl cut off the rant in my head. I looked up quickly. His were burning and I knew he was about to lose control. I couldn’t have him tearing off into the woods.
“Sonny, his mate’s name was spoken and his wolf recognized it,” Kat told me, her hands shaking.
I had little chance of calming him down any other way. “Stand down, Alpha Black! I’m sorry to use my Alpha King’s voice on you, but I can’t have you going there with hatred in your heart. We will get your mate out and I will teleport her to my safe room with guards standing watching over everyone. But, you need to calm down and think rationally, okay?”
Alpha Black deflated and sighed. “I’m sorry. My wolf and I were upset when we heard our mate’s name. Her name is Isabella. Promise me you or your family will protect her and I will stand by your side as we kill the fuckers.”
“I promise.” He nodded his head and sat down.
“It looks as if they know we will be coming for them, but at least we have what packs are helping them. We will replace every one of these women and help her.” I smiled for a second. “But, there are expecting us to show up at the borders.” Black looked at me and cocked his head. “I’m teleporting every guard, warrior, and us to the middle of the pack. You will be invisible for a few minutes. Are you ready to go teach some pack’s manners?” I smiled for real this time.
Alpha Black smiled at me and nodded, his men grabbing weapons. I made sure to spell all of them, making sure to spell Alpha Black and his up-ranked wolves, too.
Time to tear their house down
Hell yes!
I noticed all of the men’s clothing was changed into the same clothes we had on our backs. All of Alpha Blacks’ men jumped and looked around as Windy smiled and I shook my head. “Sorry, my sister thought it would be better if you are in the same clothing as us, plus, you can shift and these will stay on.”
“Oh, wow,” one of the men said, a big smile on his face. “We can tell each other apart from the ass-wipes of his pack, too.”
“Yup,” Windy replied, causing all the men to laugh.
When everyone was ready I teleported us to the middle of the pack. I noticed Windy, Ares and Kat went invisible quickly.
Completely Invisible.
