"Wait! I'll pick," Debra said quickly.

It wasn't often she could get Drake to open his wallet, and she had no intention of letting the opportunity slip by.

She moved carefully between the rows of pianos. Drake, lounging on the sofa, watched her intently, a faint smile tugging at his lips.

Debra paused at one, her hands feeling its surface, and tested the keys. "I'd like this one."

The manager, who had been lingering at a respectful distance, immediately stepped forward. "Good choice, Miss. This is our finest model, flown in directly from Phoria. The craftsmanship is exquisite, designed with the utmost precision." "Good. I'll take it," Debra beamed, turning to Drake. "Mr. Lowe?"

Drake didn't even bat an eyelid. "Send it to the casino tonight."

"Of course, Mr. Lowe," the manager replied smoothly.

Drake rose from his seat and instructed Kale, "Pay the bill, and let's go."

"Yes, boss," Kale replied, his efficiency almost robotic as he handled the transaction.

Drake suddenly paused at the doorway, his gaze drifting lazily to a piano in the far corner. "And that one, too."

"Should I send it to the casino as well?"

"Yes."

Debra glanced at the piano and asked, "I've tried that one. It's cheaper, but its tone isn't that rich. Why are you buying two?"

Drake's eyes flicked to her, cool and detached. "Not your concern."

Debra tapped her lips. "Right, right. Silly me for asking."

They'd barely made it to the

entrance of the mall when Drakeet

stopped abruptly, causing Debra to nearly bump into him. "What's

Kon

wrong?"

Drake regarded her with a thoughtful expression before saying casually, "Go buy two dresses." Debra was stunned.

"Kale," Drake commanded, ignoring her confusion. "Take us to that shop we usually go to." Kale's eyes darted briefly toward Debra. "Yes, boss."

A short drive later, they arrived at a small, unassuming boutique tucked away in a quiet alley. From the

outside, the shop seemed almost e

modest, but the moment they stepped inside, it was clear everything here was imported,

custom-made, and expensive.

A saleswoman hurried over with a bright smile. "Mr. Lowe, back again with your girlfriend?"

But her smile faltered as her eyes

settled on Debra. The awkw

lingered in the air, but Debra

quick to break the tension

She slipped her arm through Drake's and grinned up at him. "Drake, have you brought other women here before?"

Drake merely raised an eyebrow and grabbed her hand. "You're the only one who matters."

Debra flushed and quickly withdrew her hand. "Just kidding. I'm going to pick the clothes."

She slipped away to browse the racks of dresses while Drake settled down on a sofa.

An elegant off-the-shoulder gown caught her eye, and she said, "I'm going to try this one on." "Alright," Drake hummed without looking up.

Debra disappeared into the fitting room, but the saleswoman's voice suddenly rang out. "Miss Sharp."

Yvonne sauntered into the boutique and immediately caught sight of Drake.
