Sharon chuckled, her voice laced with a newfound resolve, "Jared, I don't want to be under your influence anymore. I'm tired of people whispering that you're my sugar daddy, and I'm sick of the crazy, cutthroat showbiz world. I'm thinking of selling the house and going abroad to study."

Jared fell silent for a moment, digesting her words before responding, "Alright, I'll have Leo take care of it."

"I need some space, guys. Just give me a moment to myself," Sharon said, her tone firm yet weary.

Agnes and Jared left the room, leaving Leo in the lounge. Jared turned to him, "Stay here with her, don't let her out of your sight. That's your job for the week."

"You can count on me, boss. I won't let anything happen to Sharon," Leo promised, using Sharon's nickname.

Exiting the Riverview Estate, Agnes commented, "Is it just me, or does Leo seem a bit... you know, into Ms. Sharon?"

Jared raised an eyebrow, caught off guard, "How can you tell?"

"Just a hunch," Agnes admitted.

"Let's not start playing matchmaker now," Jared warned her.

Agnes let out a light laugh, "Just teasing. But seriously, poor Leo's been single for years. Don't you think you should help your right-hand man replace some romance?"

Jared frowned slightly, "Maybe I should set him up on a blind date."

"I have a friend, remember? The one I told you about, Nocturne's mentor? I think she and Leo would hit it off. He's charming and capable, and he's got that caring vibe. My friend's a genius but a total introvert when it comes to socializing. They might be compatible."

Jared smirked, "Your friend, the top-tier hacker?"

"That's her. I'm planning to bring her back from abroad in a few days. Set her up somewhere quiet. I worry about her living alone out there. With her brains but no street smarts, she needs looking after." Agnes was genuinely concerned. Nate had lived with her for a year, and before that, she stayed at Eden Nights under the watchful eye of Phenix. She'd always been cared for.

"Well, if she's such a genius, let's offer her a job at The Tim Group. How about head of the tech department?" Jared suggested.

Agnes looked puzzled, "But didn't you give that position to Mr. K?"

"That slacker? He's been off chasing some feud with another hacker instead of doing his job. I'm about ready to kick him out."

"Seems a bit harsh."

"Not at all. It's his negligence that let our top systems at The Tim Group get hacked, spilling some sensitive data. We nearly lost the Harmony Hollow project because of him. Sending him to a place without internet in Africa would have been letting him off easy."

Agnes asked, "What's the status with Harmony Hollow, then? Which company dares to go head to head with The Tim Group so brazenly?"

Jared sighed, a weight in his voice, "It's The Thomas Group."

Agnes was taken aback. The Thomas Group? Weren't they managed by Valeria? And with a project as big as Harmony Hollow, Valeria would have been in charge. It didn't seem like her to stoop to such lows against The Tim Group.

She wanted to press further, but Jared changed the subject, clearly not keen on delving deeper.

Agnes realized that when it came to Jared's business troubles, she couldn't offer much help, so she dropped the inquiry.
