*Coronation and Punishments*

TWO HOURS LATER

It took Lisa and Harriet four whole hours to get me ready, they tried different makeups and gowns on me, all in the name of searching for the perfect look for me.

And finally they found the perfect look, but that’s after two hours and several trials. They are really stressing my maids.

“Now that’s perfection! You really look like a real queen” Lisa clapped her hands.

“What did you mean? Is she not a real queen before?” Harriet asked with s frown.

“Keep quiet!” Lisa replied with an eyeroll.

“I don’t know why you guys have to fight Everytime, is this how you fight in your park? I am very sure my brother will be tired of you both” I said and they both scoffed.

I rolled my eyeballs and sprang up, then checked myself out in the mirror and nodded in approval.

“Thanks, but you guys aren’t that perfect, this is something I can do on my own” I said and they both look into each other face.

“See this ingrate, it wasn’t your fault, we are the ones that came all the way from our park to celebrate you” they both said. They are now claiming b***d moon park as their own, two bitches.

“I was only joking with the both of you, thanks darlings” I said and they both nod their heads.

“Now to the ballroom!” Dora said with s smile.

The guards standing by the door pushed it open and all heads turned towards me, everyone’s smiling happily and clapping their hands. I saw Lisa, Harriet and Dora giving me thumbs up from their seats, which helped boosted my confidence and morale.

Ryder’s standing at the front with the seer with a big smile on his face. This wedding look like human marriage, I have read many romance books and I can tell when I see human wedding, Ryder really tried, he pulled all this up without letting me know about it.

Balnulf came to my side, he opened his right hand and I took it. He smiled at me.

I scoffed at his pride, I don’t blame him though, pride’s in our gene.

“Let’s go” he said. I nodded and we started marching into the hall.

After a two minutes walk, we arrived at the front of the hall and Balnulf handed my hand to Ryder, which he accepted happily with a small smile.

“I’m putting my sister under your care, handle her with great care and don’t even think of hurting her…”

I smile at Balnulf, he is also a king, SI he can face him..

“… don’t think you can do what you want with her simply because you’re the King, don’t forget I am also a king, treat my sister well if you don’t want war between the two park and don’t you ever think you can win this time” he said and I smile.

Balnulf leaned forward and k****s my cheek, but flinched back when Ryder growled. He adjusted his suit and cleared his throat.

“Hey she’s my sister, I am your in-law not your rival” Balnulf said.

“Of course” Ryder replied and left out a fake smile, the both of them look funny, right now.

Balnulf nodded and retreated back to his seat. Ryder stared in my eyes and smiled sweetly at me.

Then we turned to face the seer, Ryder nodded at him to start the coronation.

Dora rushed inside the hall with Landon by herself. Landon look unhappy, I tried reading his mind and I figure out Dora is his mate. Fûck! What’s happening?

“Your highness, I am very sorry” Dora said and hold my leg.

“Where have you been?” I asked and bend to her level.

“I have been running away, but I think it’s high time I come back, I don’t have any excuse to give, but I am very sorry, I know I deserve death, but please spare my life, give me this last chance” she cried.

“Why did you have to bring her here!” Ryder growl.

“Calm down, she’s his mate” I mind link him and he look at Landon with shock expression.

“This is very interesting to watch, your majesty is this not the traitor daughter?” The seer asked and Ryder nod his head.

“Why are you keeping her here, let behead her!” The seer said.

“No you can’t do that, she came here herself because she has truly changed, no one force her to come, she wasn’t in her right sènses when she did that, it was the influence of her bad parents and moreover, Landon is her mate, I found het diary yesterday and I almost she’s not truly at fault, please let give her last chance” I pledge.

“Your highness, She has to die” the seer replied.

“No the punishment is that I much for her, you can give her minor punishment if you insist on punishing her, I only need letter of apologize from her” I replied.

A few people nodded at my words, but others were just staring blankly at me, while my friends were encouraging me to continue.

“Everybody makes mistake sometimes, she deserve a second chance because one good turn deserve another… She isn’t bad till the end” I concluded.

I was shocked when everyone started clapping as if I just gave a very great speech, almost everyone was nodding in approval and hailing me.

Ryder smiled and nodded proudly at me.

“Our queen has a heart of gold and she’s worthy of standing side by side with our King” the seer said and Landon help Reina to stand up. For the second time I saw smile on Landon face. He has been waiting for his mate for so long, I am happy he isn’t disappointed in her.

The seer turned towards the moon goddess’s statue behind him, he said some incantations and prayers to the moon goddess.

The seer stops in front of us and hands Ryder a dagger, Ryder cuts his palm very deep and let his b***d drop in the bowl.

I close my eyes and wince for him.

*What are you doing?!* I scold him.

The seer takes back the dagger and hands it to me, he place the bowl under my palm.

He paused and move closer to the boy carrying the ring box.

Ryder collected the bowl and took a gulp, then handed it to me. I looked at the b***d, and quickly gulp it down, I am a queen now, I should learn how to be strong.

“And now the ritual is complete, all hail queen Hazel!” The seer hail and bow at me.

Everyone followed his lead and started hailing me and bowing down in respect. I’m feeling overwhelmed with everything right now, but I couldn’t help smiling.

“The ritual is complete and the party has officially begin!” The seer said.

Orchestras started playing music and it soon became bustling as people started getting acquainted or dancing with their partners.

He walked closer a little bit, leaned towards my ear and whispered.

“You can’t escape from me tonight” he growled lowly in my ear, then rushed off somewhere.

I blushed at his words, but quickly sobered up.

“Congratulations on your coronation” Lisa and Harriet greet and I flash her a smile.

Dora rushed to my side and hug me happily.

“Congratulations, your highness” she said with a smile.

“I am very happy for Landon” Lisa said and Ryder move closer to me.

“I am sorry, I have to steal her from you guys” Ryder said and sweep me off my feet.

I can’t believe I am married to the man I once hàte. I am very happy he turn out to be my mate, he is the best mate I have ever pray for.

Seven years later

“I don’t know why you decided to snatch my husband from me, wait for your own mate, must you snatch mine” I said to our child Annabelle and she chuckled. She’s just lukf her father.
