HAZEL P.O.V

I walked to Old Nana’s apartment and I can hear her voice from outside, she was busy singing, did someone give her money? Or did her mate resurrect? Foólish me.

I walked to her apartment and I saw her lying down and signing out loud. “Good day, grandma” I greet with my head bow and she chuckled. “What are you doing here?” She asked and I frown my face at her question and she glare at me. “Miss what are you doing in my room?” She asked again.

Don’t tell me Liza lied to me. “It’s better you talk or leave my room” Old Nana said and continue singing. “Liza told me you sent for me” i replied and she scoffed. “And you believe that bràt? I told her, she should come back to run an errand for me and she went and call you” Old Nana said.

“Oh, I’m gonna kîll Liza today,” I said and turn back. “Not too fast Miss, you are gonna do the work since you’re here,” Old Nana said, Liza is a bad bîtch, I am very sure she pushed me here because I didn’t tell her the reason why I was smiling. “Old Nana, but it was Liza you wanna send before, I have many things to do in the room, please let me go” I said with a pout. “stop pouting your lips, go serve the visitor in the visitor room, he is there waiting for his Majesty, he is Alpha Khan of blue moon park,” Old Nana said.

“What’s Alpha Khan doing here? is he here to wage war on our park again?” I asked because I don’t understand why he will come to our park after all the things he did to our park. “I don’t have the answer to your question Miss, you can try asking him when you get to the visitor room” Old Nana replied.

“Hope is Majesty isn’t there?” I asked and Old Nana lye down flat again. “You’re so mean” I muttered before walking out of her room, I walked straight to the kitchen and I met Reina with the other maids, they were talking about something, they keep quiet immediately they heard the sound of my shoe. What are they talking about? Reina scoffed immediately she saw me and face the other maids.

“I thought it was someone important, I didn’t know the most hated slave is the one coming to the kitchen,” she said and I ignored her, I choose to ignore her because of Old Nana, I don’t want her to scold me. I walked to the big fridge in the kitchen and brought out wine, I placed it on a tray and walked out not without glaring at Reina.

I pity those maids that are listening to a fóol like her. I walked towards the visitor room and I keep walking fast, I don’t really know why I am walking fast, but I am feeling the urge to. The more I try to resist the force that keeps pushing me into the visitor’s room, the more the force hardens. I walk through the veranda, until I stop in front of the visitor’s room, wondering where that scent might be coming from.

“Hazel are you out of your mind!” Landon said and I turned back to glare at him. “I hàtè you,” I said and dash out of the room. I burst into tears immediately I walked out of the room. He can never be my mate, I hàtè him more than before, I am very sure he knew I am his mate how could he?. “Hazel, what happened to you?” Liza asked and rushed to my side. I sat down on the floor and break down.

“Talk to me, why are you crying? I caused this, I shouldn’t have lied to you, did his Majesty punish you again, how could he do that?” She asked and burst into tears and we turned the room into a crying room. “Hazel talk to me, I am going cràzy” she yelled. I don’t even know how to tell her, words her too big to come out of my mouth, how will I tell her that Ryder is my mate? Will she even believe me? I doubt if she will, because how can a slave be paired with a king, no a bèast rather.

“You know, you can always tell me your problem? Let me share your pain with you, I am dying of guilt here” she said and I chuckled. “Share my pains, when we aren’t lovers” I replied with a smile.

“What happened to you?” She asked and I look around. “I have found my mate” I replied and look away from her. “How? When? Are you serious? Why are you crying when you replace your mate? You should be happy not crying? Who? Was it Alpha Khan?” She asked and I shake my head.

“Did you actually believe I found my mate?” I asked with a frown. “You can’t lie with something like that, so tell me everything” Liza replied. “Okay, I found out that His majesty is my mate!” I replied and she frown her face, she burst into laughter the next minute and danced around the room.

“Are you okay?” I asked with a frown. “I am celebrating, it’s a good thing to be the future Luna friend” she replied. “I hàtè him! I will reject him, how can someone like Ryder be my mate? Alpha Ryder rolled angrily immediately after Hazel walked out of the room. He cliched his fist in anger and Alpha Khan move away from him. He moved closer to Alpha Khan and raised him up with one hand.
