“you mean this is, Hazel?” Alpha Ryder asked with a frown.

“Sure, she’s the one your majesty, I was more than surprised when I saw her” Landon replied and alpha Ryder left out a smile.

“She’s a beauty, my mate is very beautiful” alpha Ryder said with a proud smile.

“I wonder where she has been keeping this beauty, where did she keep her long hair all this while?” Alpha Ryder asked with a smirk.

“It seems she has been wrapping it, your majesty” Landon replied.

“I know right? I will go check on her later, it seems she’s doing fine” alpha Ryder said and stood up from the chair.

“Let’s go to the visitor room” alpha Ryder said and they both walked to the room.

“Your majesty,” Mr and Mrs Kaden greet with their head bow and Alpha Ryder signal them to stand up.

“Hope you are both fine?” Alpha Ryder asked and they both nod their heads.

“I will appreciate if you can reply me with your mouth” alpha Ryder said.

“We are fine, your majesty” Mrs Kaden replied and alpha Ryder smile at them.

“I found out, Hazel is not your child, can I know what happened? I wanna know how she end up with you guys” alpha Ryder and and Mrs Kaden fall her knees.

“We are sorry for keeping it away from the palace, we deserve to be kîlled” Mr Kaden said and alpha Ryder chuckled.

“I didn’t ask you guys to apologize, tell me what I need to hear, tell me how Hazel end up with you guys”

“I will like to see Hazel for some minutes” Mrs Kaden replied.

“Did you think she will like to see you?” Alpha Ryder asked.

“Yes, your majesty, she will be very happy to see me” Mrs Kaden replied.

“Landon take her to where Hazel is, get back to me when they leave” alpha Ryder said and walked out of the place.

“Trying to behave like a changed person, I know you can never change, you are just pretending to change, anyway time will tell” Harriet said and walked out.

Landon place a knock on alpha Ryder door when they get to her apartment.

“Who’s that? I don’t want visitor in my room” old Nana said and Liza rushed to open the door.

Alpha Ryder said and Mrs Kaden clear her throat.

“We saw her when my wife was trying to give birth some years ago, we are sorry for keeping the baby to ourselves, we waited for her real parents to make announcements, we gave her name when we didn’t hear anything from her real parents and we decided to make her our child” Mr Kaden replied.

“When did she replace out you aren’t her parents?” Alpha Ryder asked.

“Some days ago, your majesty” Mrs Kaden replied and alpha Ryder nod his head.

“So you decided to sell someone else child as a slave, you help and rescue her just to sell her off for your own interests” alpha Ryder said.

“It wasn’t like that, your majesty, I didn’t have intention of selling her off before, I am sorry, your majesty” Mr Kaden replied.

“Why did you sell her off?” Alpha Ryder asked.

“I sold her because I need money, I am very sorry, your majesty” Mr Kaden replied.

“Why don’t you sell off your own child? Why didn’t you sell her off?” Alpha Ryder asked.

“I hate hearing sorry, I will come back for you after my mate forgive me, you have to pay for what you did, you can go, I will call you when I need you” alpha Ryder said.

“Come in,” she said dramatically and Landon chuckled.

“Good day, ma, sir” Liza said and Hazel stood up immediately she saw Mrs Kaden.

“Mother!” She called and rushed to hug her.

“How are you doing, my baby?” Mrs Kaden asked.

“I am fine, mum” Hazel replied happily.

“You look beautiful, how my goodness, you pour your hair” Mrs Kaden said surprised.

“Yes, mum I decided to pour it, it look good right?” Hazel asked and Mrs Kaden touch her hair.

“It’s beautiful, you know I told you, you look more beautiful when you pour your hair” Mr Kaden said and Hazel raised her head up to look at him.

“Thank you” she muttered.

“You look good when you pour your hair” Mrs Kaden said.

“Come and have your seat, what will you like to take mother?” Hazel asked and help her sit on the chair.

“I will eat anything, I just came back from the market when, his Majesty sent his guard and Harriet to to call us” Mrs Kaden said.

“What did he call you for, mother?” Hazel asked with a frown.

“It’s nothing to worry about, I am happy you’re fine my daughter” Mrs Kaden said and Old Nana smile.

“Are you gonna keep standing there? Don’t you wanna sit down?” Old Nana asked Mr Kaden and Hazel scoffed.

“He can’t sit down,” Hazel said with an eyeroll.

“Liza” Hazel called with a smirk.

“Your highness,” Liza replied with a grin.

“My mother need to eat, get her food to eat,” Hazel said.

“Your highness, send me with reapect if you don’t wanna be unfortunate” Liza replied and old Nana burst into laughter.

“I am gonna inform his Majesty that you said his mate will be unfortunate” Old Nana said and Liza chuckled.

“His Majesty, can’t do anything to me, I am his favorite now” Liza replied.

“I will ask, his Majesty to behead you, if you didn’t go now” Hazel said with a smirk.

“I will come back for you, you can’t send me message anyhow you like, I am not your slave” Liza said and Hazel Burst into laughter.

“But you’re my personal maid now, I can send you anyhow I like” Hazel said and Liza moved closer to her, she dragged her hair and Hazel wince in pain.

“Let go of my ear” Hazel shouted.

“There’s different between the Luna best friend and her personal maid, I am your best friend, and you aren’t allow to have another friend, get that into your empty skull” Liza said.

“Liza go get the food before I stone you” Old Nana said.

“Shît, why will you even support her, eish” Liza said and walked out.

“Hazel I am very sorry” Mr Kaden said.

“I hold no grudges against you, it just that I can never call you my father again, I can’t call someone that sold me my father, you didn’t deserve that statues” Hazel said.

“I am sorry, I know better now” Mr Kaden said.

“Why didn’t you sell your daughter off? You sold me off because I am not your biological daughter, I know you won’t even remember if I die a slave” Hazel said.

“Hazel don’t talk again, I don’t want you to stress yourself, just let him be, him hiself knew he didn’t deserve to be called your father, just forgive him and let him go” Mrs Kaden said.

“Yeah, I am in good mood, today, I don’t want anybody to spoil my mood, we can talk about anything you have to say later” Hazel said and Mr Kaden nod his head.

“Hazel, his Majesty is in your room waiting for you” Liza said and Hazel stood up immediately.

“Old Nana, I will see you later” Hazel said and walked to her room. The maid open the door for her and she walked inside. Alpha Ryder left out a smile immediately he see Hazel.

“You look more beautiful today, I hardly recognize you” alpha Ryder said abd Hazel scoffed.

“What did you wanna see me for?” Hazel asked and sit opposite him and alpha Ryder clear his throat.

“I came to keep your company and I also came to express myself, I will go straight to the point since that’s what you want” alpha Ryder said and Hazel nod her head.

“I know I have hurt you alot, I know nothing will make you see me as a good person, I don’t even know how to start, but I will start like this, I don’t like hearing sorry and I have never say sorry before, infact I have never apologize before, you will be the first person, I will apologize to, I know I have deeply hurt you, I am a monster, I know, but can you please replace a place in your heart to forgive me, I know it won’t be easy for you to, I know the feelings, I know I shouldn’t be saying this Hazel, I know sorry won’t be enough, that’s why I don’t like saying it, but you will have to replace a place in your heart to forgive, I don’t deserve your forgiveness, I know it will be hard for you to forgive and take me as your mate, but I will wait, I am very sorry Hazel, forgive me” Alpha Ryder said going down on his knees.
