going to destroy everything here?"

The Light and Shadow Vortex unleashed four unparalleled bolts of lightning, each one striking withthunderous force. These powerful flashes bombarded the surroundings, causing massive cracks toappear on the floor and ceiling of the cave. In an instant, dust filled the air, and the entire cave trembledas if it was on the verge of collapse.

Following that, four more bolts of lightning surged toward Roland.

Roland skillfully utilized the power of the Netherworld Map to absorb the incoming lightning. At thesame time, he dispatched waves upon waves of Bone Dragons and undead beasts from within the mapto launch a fierce counterattack against Mona.

Unyielding, Mona stood her ground, resembling a thunder deity with absolute control over the power oflightning.

The entire cave was engulfed in swirling dust.

Roland found himself trapped, unable to move away from dealing with the overwhelming electricaltorrents unleashed by the Light and Shadow Vortex.

At the same time, Mona had to channel her energy to maintain the Light and Shadow Vortex as aconstant flow of monsters and ghosts emerged from the Netherworld River.

With all the chaos around them, the two still had to use their powers to resist the falling boulders anddebris that rained down upon them.

Soon, the seawater from outside started rushing into the collapsing cave, making the inevitablecollapse of the cave seem imminent.

Despite so, Mona and Roland remained locked in a tense standoff, each determined to outlast theother and emerge victorious.

Just then, Jonathan suddenly appeared beside the Astro Scepter. He grabbed the scepter and stowedit away in his storage ring. Shortly after, the icebreaker appeared and he swiftly boarded it beforesoaring out from the top of the cave.

As the cave was already collapsing, it was relatively easy for Jonathan to make his way out. However,the moment he escaped, all the seawater gushed in, bringing with it a terrifying water pressure thatthreatened to crush everything in its path.

Just like that, the most terrifying calamity that was a combination of natural disaster and human conflictoccurred.

Regardless, Jonathan had already charged out on the icebreaker.

"D*mn it!" Upon seeing the situation, Roland couldn't help but fly into a rage.

Mona's gaze was filled with anger as well, but she dared not withdraw her power just yet.

Roland shouted to her, "Both of us have been deceived by that despicable thief! Aren't you going tostop?"

To that, Mona replied coldly, "First, recall all these monsters and ghosts!"

"Shall we call it quits together?" suggested Roland.

"All right. On the count of three! One, two, three!" Both of them stopped their attacks at the same time.

With the cave crumbling around them, they didn't have time to chase after Jonathan. Right then, theirfirst priority was to save their own lives.

With a focused gaze, Mona swiftly opened the dimensional portal and dashed inside.

As Roland witnessed the destruction of the cave, he couldn't help but feel his heart aching with theloss. However, he found solace in the fact that he still had many magic items with him. Without

hesitation, he used Flaming Divine Armor to protect himself before summoning the icebreaker andcharging straight out.

As for Rhiannon, she had somehow vanished into the cave without a trace.

Meanwhile, Roland had no intention of getting entangled with Mona any longer, so he used FlamingDivine Armor to make his way out from the collapsing cave and burst out of the sea, heading straightfor the clouds in the sky.

While searching for Jonathan proved futile, Mona unexpectedly picked up on Roland's escape in herspiritual sense.

Without any hesitation, she immediately chased after him.

As for where Jonathan was exactly, it would come as a surprise to both Mona and Roland that he had

not left the open sea; instead, he continued his journey in the deep ocean depths.

Since he had the Polychromatic Mirror with him, it was impossible for anyone to replace him.

Rhiannon was with him. After taking a few deep breaths, she eagerly communicated with him throughtheir spiritual sense.

Both of them were breathing through ice crystal tubes, drawing air from the storage rings they wore,rendering verbal communication impossible.

"My goodness! What on earth just happened?" Rhiannon exclaimed. She had just faced the mostterrifying life-and-death peril and had believed her fate was sealed. However, to her astonishment,Jonathan proved to be in complete command of the situation. Not only did he survive the onslaught ofthe two formidable fighters, but he also managed to snatch the Astro Scepter from them.

Previously, Rhiannon had only heard about Jonathan teasing and toying with Theos Lynn, and shefound it somewhat fascinating. It wasn't until now that she realized she was witnessing the terrifyingextent of Jonathan's power.
