Chapter 902: Want To Marry Me?

Chapter 902: Want to Marry Me?

When Allan heard Reed's words, he hesitated and blurted out, "Undress... you mean I should undress?"

Reed looked at him. "What else? How can I treat your wound without you undressing? Besides, your clothes are stained with blood. If it touches the wound and gets infected, it won't be good." Reed's tone was serious, her expression natural.

On the other hand, Allan felt a bit awkward. He had undressed in front of women before, but he had always maintained boundaries with Reed. Even though Reed was now an adult, Allan still felt it was inappropriate.

Seeing that Allan didn't move for a while, Reed furrowed her eyebrows. "What's wrong?"

Allan collected his thoughts. "N-nothing."

"Then take off your clothes, hurry up," Reed urged.

Allan let out a silent sigh before raising his hands to remove his shirt.

As Reed saw the scars all over Allan's body, her eyebrows furrowed even tighter. "You..."

Reed wanted to say something, but when she opened her mouth, she didn't know what to say.

Allan looked at Reed and reached out to tug at the hem of her shirt. "Weren't you going to help me with my wound? If you don't, it'll heal on its own."

Hearing Allan's words, Reed snapped back to reality and stepped forward to tend to Allan's fresh wound.

After cleaning the area around the wound, Reed applied ointment and then fetched some gauze. "Raise your arm."

Allan heard her and lifted his arm accordingly.

Reed reached around Allan's waist, embracing him as she wrapped the gauze around the wound.

Once she finished tying it, Reed looked up at Allan, about to say something. Their gazes met, and Reed froze momentarily.

They locked eyes for a moment, and Allan's Adam's apple bobbed up and down as he looked at Reed up close. The scent emanating from her body made him itch with desire.

Within the entire mountain area, Allan had encountered many girls Reed's age or slightly older, but in his eyes, Reed was the most beautiful one. Even without using skincare products, her skin was still flawless.

The longer Allan looked, the stronger his uncontrollable thoughts became.

Before he realized it, Allan had leaned closer to Reed.

Reed didn't move and maintained her bent posture.

Just as they were about to kiss, Allan suddenly halted his movement.

Reed had already closed her eyes.

Allan stared at Reed from such a close distance, hesitated for a few seconds, and then reached up to ruffle her hair. "You're still young."

After hearing Allan's words, Reed opened her eyes, her gaze serious. "I'm an adult. According to the mountain region's standards, I can get married next year."

Upon hearing Reed's words, Allan smirked and asked, "Do you want to get married to me?"

"I..."

"It's fine if you want to, but maybe you should ask your brother's opinion first. I'm afraid he'll kill me if I take you directly to get married," Allan interrupted before Reed could finish her sentence. Reed averted her gaze and turned to tidy up the first aid kit. "I didn't say I want to get married to you."

Allan reached out to grab his clothes from the side, intending to put them on. But Reed turned to look at him. "I'll replace a shirt from my brother for you. I'll wash your clothes since they're stained with blood." Allan paused. "Reed, if you don't want to get married to me, why are you washing my clothes?"

After those words fell, Allan's voice echoed again, "Only my future wife can wash my clothes."

Reed stared at Allan for a while, then turned around to continue packing the first aid kit. She stood up and said, "Then wash it yourself."

Afterwards, Reed grabbed the kit from the table and prepared to leave.

Allan reached out and grabbed Reed's hand. "You wash it. Help me wash it."

"I didn't say I want to get married to you, and I didn't say you're my... future... future..."

"What future?" Allan had initially not planned to tease Reed further, but seeing her reaction, he couldn't help but want to tease her.

Reed pulled her hand back. "I'll go ask my brother for a shirt for you."

"Ask Zane then. Do you think I can fit into your brother's clothes?" Although their heights weren't much different, Allan was slightly taller and had a bit more flesh compared to Mitch. Mitch was too skinny, so Allan definitely wouldn't be able to fit into his clothes.

Reed nodded upon hearing this. "Got it."

After Reed left the room, Allan looked around. There were few things in the room, and he could survey it all at a glance. Finally, his gaze fell on a family portrait on the side table. The eight family members stood together in an orderly manner. Although Reed in the photo still looked young, Allan immediately spotted her. Little Reed in the photo was even more adorable than she is now.

"So lovable!" Allan murmured softly as he looked at the picture.

Mia stood at the door and let out a light hum upon hearing Allan's words. "My sister is definitely lovable!"

When Allan heard Mia's voice, he immediately reached for a nearby shirt and put it on while speaking to Mia. "Mia, you're lovable too!"

Mia stood at the entrance of the room, watching Allan put on his shirt. Then she lifted her foot and entered the room. "Why aren't you wearing clothes?"

After saying that, Mia added, "Third Brother said boys shouldn't be in a girl's room without clothes on. Only when they're married and living together can they do that. What you're doing is being a pervert!" "Then why didn't you close your eyes when you were standing at the door?" Allan asked.

Mia replied, "Because I'm a child, and you're an adult."

"I..." Allan wanted to argue with Mia, but he remembered that this little girl hadn't nodded her head before in Manches City. He decided not to provoke her further and just said in a low voice, "My clothes are dirty. Let your sister ask your brother for a shirt for me to wear."

Mia looked at Allan for a while, then turned around and sat down next to him. "I want to talk to you alone."

Upon hearing Mia's words, Allan turned his head to look at her. "Talk to me alone? Are you going to hit me?"

Mia glared at Allan. "Can I beat you? What do you think?"

Allan shook his head. "Can't beat me."

Mia said seriously, "Wait for me at the main entrance. Change your clothes and come there. And don't tell Reed about this."

After speaking, Mia stood up and left Reed's room directly.

Allan sat on the edge of the bed and watched Mia leave before letting out a soft chuckle.

"What are you laughing about?"

Reed happened to come in just as she heard Allan's laughter and asked softly.

Allan looked up at Reed and smiled. "Nothing. Where's the shirt?"

Reed approached and handed the shirt to Allan. "Mr. Lawrence said this shirt is for you."
