Chapter 175 Having Lunch

Eudora had just been killed in the game, but now she had respawned and was ready to quickly finish a battle.

"Where do you plan to have lunch?" Colbert asked.

"Grandma told you to take care of me, but you don't need to keep an eye on me. I won't starve. By the way, I've been busy these days and haven't asked you, where's Wendy?"

She had completely forgotten about Wendy since she had been so busy after returning home.

"Wendy left after returning to Kenison City."

"Oh, I see. I have to go."

"You..."

Colbert was speechless because Eudora hung up on him.

He clenched his phone, his face darkening.

Eudora was so ungrateful.

Ring, ring.

At that moment, Colbert's phone rang.

It was Alva's calling.

He answered.

"Colbert, have you eaten yet?"

Alva's gentle voice came through the phone.

Although she looked exactly like Eudora, their voices were different.

Alva's voice was gentle, but Eudora's was sweeter and more pleasant. Their tones were distinctly different.

"No."

His reply was concise.

"I haven't eaten either. Do you want to join me, Colbert?"

Five minutes later, Eudora finished her battle, packed up her things, immediately left the apartment, and walked out of the lobby of Philomel Club.

She took a taxi to Felice Restaurant and waited at the entrance for a while. Finally, she saw Chasel.

They hadn't seen each other for half a month. She found that Chasel had lost weight and tanned quite a bit.

However, it made him look more mature.

"I haven't seen you for a long time."

Eudora stepped forward and greeted him.

Seeing Eudora standing in front of him safe and sound, Chasel approached and gave her a big hug. "Eudora! Where have you been? Do you know how worried I've been these days!"

Chasel hadn't really experienced worrying about someone since his mother's death. But having known Eudora for so long, he found himself gradually falling for her because of her honesty, sincerity, and straightforwardness.

Her disappearance during this time was undoubtedly torture for Chasel.

Chasel held Eudora tightly. "I'm glad you're okay."

"Hey, Chasel, let go of me. I can't breathe."

Eudora didn't expect Chasel to be so emotional. It warmed her heart and touched her deeply.

Hearing her shout, Chasel immediately let go of her with a smile on his handsome face. "I'm so happy. Are you alright?"

"I'm fine. I'm not dying anytime soon."

Eudora waved her hand and joked. "If your grip was any tighter, I would have suffocated."

Seeing that she was in the mood to joke, Chasel was relieved. After all, he hoped she was safe and sound.
