Love Comes To Me
Chapter 1415: Staging a bloodbath.

"So..." Linda raised her eyes and smiled coquettishly, "I'll leave the matter of Paulina's son to you." "No problem."

Before the words were out of her mouth, Chris kissed her on the lips.

The room gasped as Linda climbed onto Chris' back, a ghoulish grin curving the corners of her mouth. Paulina, wait, I'll make sure you live in pain for the rest of your life.

...

"Achoo!"

Paulina sneezed suddenly, and rubbed her nose, her thin eyebrows unconsciously furrowed.

"Did you catch a cold last night?" asked Marcos with concern.

Did you catch a cold last night?

Paulina's face flushed immediately as if she had been wearing rouge.

"No, I didn't catch a cold!" she hastened to deny.

Her cheeks flushed and her eyes dodged as she didn't dare meet his.

Mark reacted to what she was thinking and the corners of his lips couldn't help but lift as he asked knowingly, "What are you thinking about?" Paulina blinked and sheepishly replied, "What was I thinking about? I wasn't thinking about anything, and I haven't caught a cold."

The smile on Mark's lips deepened as he watched her try to disguise her feelings, "Drink some warm water, you might catch a cold."

"I ..." Paulina wanted to say that she really wasn't cold and wouldn't catch a cold, but when she met his worried eyes, the words became, "I know." Paulina obediently got up and went outside to pour water.

Mark smiled and shook his head with a loving look.

Arriving home from work in the afternoon, Paulina went upstairs to see the two little ones after chatting with Mrs. Sweety.

Sweety was painting and when he saw her come in, he immediately dropped the brush and pounced on her.

"Mom."

Paulina picked her up and, sweeping sideways at the painting she had just been working on, asked softly, "Were you good today at daycare?" "Yes." Sweety nodded vigorously. "The teacher even rewarded me with a piece of candy today and said I was the cleanest child in the class." "She did?" Paulina made a surprised face, "Our Sweety is very good."

Sweety lifted her chin proudly, "I'm always that good."

The look on her eyebrows was quite similar to Marcos'.

It was true that The Leoz family had strong genes.

Thinking about it, Paulina couldn't help but smile as she gently pinched Sweety's nose, "You're just as confident as your daddy!" "Because I'm Daddy's little girl."

Paulina put her on the floor, stroked her little head and said, "Then baby boy keep painting while mommy goes to see her brother."

I don't know if it was just me, but I felt that Esteban had become even quieter since the last time.

Paulina pushes open the door to Esteban's room and sees the small figure sitting at his desk, walks in and gently closes the door behind her.

Esteban is doing his homework and is very attentive, completely unaware of the presence of another person in the room.

Paulina walks over to him and her eyes fall on his homework book.

"Esteban," she called softly.

At the sound of her voice, Esteban turned his head and when he saw her, his face, which had been indifferent, broke out into a wide grin, even the tips of his eyebrows tinged with laughter, "Mom." Paulina reached up and gently stroked his head, asking softly, "Is there a lot of homework?"

"Not much." Esteban shook his head as he pointed to the questions in his exercise book, "Just these few questions and I'm done."

"Then you do them, Mom won't bother you." Paulina sat on her bed and took a book in her hand and read it.

Stephen watched her for a moment, then withdrew his eyes and continued to write carefully.

Mark opened the door and saw the scene and his heart softened.

He walked over to her, "Dinner is ready."

At the sudden sound of voices, Paulina looked up and curved her mouth, "Why are you the one who came upstairs screaming?" "No?" asked Marcos instead of answering.

"Of course I am." Paulina stood up and said to Esteban, "Esteban, eat first, we'll eat later."

Esteban obediently put down his pen, and Paulina obediently took his hand and headed for the door.

...

The next day, Paulina drove Esteban to school herself and watched him enter the school before starting the car and driving away.

Not long after she left, several motorcades entered the school.

"Esteban, there's a film crew coming to our school to film, do you want to go check it out?"

Esteban was sitting in her seat reading a book when a male student ran up to her with an excited look on his face.

"No." Esteban flipped through the pages of his book and the words came out of his mouth in a cold voice.

The male student was instantly a little disappointed, "Esteban, go and take a look. I've seen the TV show but I don't know how it's done, I'm very curious, aren't you?" "I'm not curious."

Again, the cold words.

"Esteban, you're not enough friend!" The male student snorted.

Esteban finally raised his eyes and looked at him expressionlessly, "Monte Londono, it's not good to be too curious."

"Whatever if it's not good! If you're friendly enough, you'll go with me to take a look."

Esteban frowned.

"Gee, come on, let's go look at it together." Monte grabbed his hand at once without a word and pulled him out of the classroom.

"Monte, let go of me!" Esteban tried to break Monte's grip as he ran.

Monte's grip was strong: "I won't do it!".

With Monte pulling and tugging, Esteban was forced to go to where the crew was filming.

The scene was a basketball court, with a dozen tall boys in uniforms of two different colors, surrounded by audience members and onlookers. Esteban also saw some of his classmates.

The principal was holding a loudspeaker and giving instructions on what to do, and Esteban felt the noise around him was particularly loud. "Monte, I'm going back to class." said Esteban.

"No, you have to stay with me." Fearing he was leaving, Monte clung to his arm.

Meanwhile, not far away, a black car was parked under a banyan tree.

Chris, who was in the car, looked at the two little boys talking about something, his eyes narrowed and the corners of his lips curved into a grim smile. That was Marcos and Paulina's son.

"Ming, you better stage a bloodbath in front of him if you can."

That was what Linda explained to him, and it just so happened that the film company he had invested in was recently filming a trendy youth drama, so he logically had the crew come to this school to film the scene. Everything was at his fingertips.

It wasn't enough for the kid to witness the bloodshed, it had to be given a bigger thrill.

With that in mind, Chris made a phone call.

When he made it, he stared at Esteban, who was not far away, and said, "See that other guy next to the kid? When the time comes you will ...."

Esteban always felt watched from behind, but when he turned his head, there was nothing but a car parked under the banyan tree.

He looked at the car and noticed nothing unusual.

It was probably an illusion.

He withdrew his eyes and looked back at the scene of the shooting.
