Chapter 353: Dare to use my reputation

After eating, Eloise spoke up and inquired, "Going?"

At the sound of his voice, Hector immediately got up.

Seeing him this quickly, Rupert shook his head and Hector turned his head, returning his raised eyebrow.

Eloise didn't hold back her laughter at the two's kindergarten-like antics.

On the other side of the room, Aisly's mouth curled up in a smile as she held the paycheck she had just received. She is not as angry as she was just now, but happy and cheerful. Unconsciously humming, with a crooked smile and a brightness in her eyes.

"Aisly," the other voice she loathed slowly rang in her ears again before she took a few steps, and Aisly frowned, turning her head to look at Dougal.

"Are you annoyed?" Dougal was just about to speak when Aisly opened her mouth and blocked him in front of her.

"I ..." Dougal froze and took a step forward, a little unsure of what to say.

Aisly glanced at him, not paying much attention to him, the glint of disgust in her eyes stabbing Dougal's pride hard.

Dougal sighed and, without too many words, raised up to grab Aisly's wrist, only to have her duck violently.

"Dougal, you're really disgusting like that, how many times have I told you to stay out of my sight and dirty my eyes, you make me sick you know that?"

With no regard for Dougal's feelings, Song Qing said coldly, and with that, he was about to leave.

Dougal Manchu stepped in front of her and spoke, "Aisly... I didn't mean that, I just... just wanted to treat you to a meal, it's long past dinner time and you haven't eat, I'm afraid you're hungry to."

A good man, the words had just fallen out of his mouth when he stepped forward slightly, wanting to be to encircle Aisly in his arms.

Those last few words seemed to come out of her mouth through gritted teeth, and sadness instantly appeared in Dougal's eyes as he tried to play on, only to hear Aisly's line.

"And I've had a new boyfriend for a long time, so if you say that, he's going to feel badly, inside." Aisly cocked her head and smirked at Dougal.

When he heard this, Dougal's mouth, ready to open, stopped and his brows furrowed together as he asked tentatively, "Really?"

Hearing his sceptical remark, Aisly smiled and said, "How can it be false."

"How is that possible?" Without expecting it, Dougal looked as if relieved, disbelief in her eyes slow all over.

"You can blow it, Aisly, no one wants you but me." Dougal burst out laughing, full of sarcasm, causing Aisly to blush with annoyance.

"And, don't you dare say it, it's Rupert, the second prince of the Rogers family whose philandering reputation is spread throughout the circle," he said with a slightly weaker tone as he said this despite his disbelief.

At these words, Aisly froze, immediately thinking of Rupert's face, and a touch of sadness spread through her heart, but instead of showing it, she said back, "So what if it is?"

Dougal, who had been laughing lightly, stiffened at these words, and the smile on his face seemed to crack a little, then he added, "Are you really, like, a liar?"

In the crowd, at the sound of Rupert's name, Eloise turned her head slightly, and Rupert noticed what was going on over here, his cold eyes moving back and forth, only to skim Aisly's face.

A moment of anger was gone.

"You should stop fooling yourself." Dougal said mockingly, with all the disdain in his tone.
