Love Comes To Me
Chapter 536: Goodbye, Hector

"Everyone says Hector is great, I don't think so, but now he's still being played with."

The words fell, and Agnes laughed a little wildly.

"What do you mean?" Eloise looked up suddenly, intuiting the words, the words.

Eloise pressed on, "Agnes, what did you do to Hector?"

"You don't need to know what's done, Eloise, so go to hell!"

She reached out suddenly and grabbed Eloise by the neck, the balefulness in her eyes was frightening.

Watching Eloise struggle, she gave a harsh smile.

She could finally put an end to this woman she had hated for so long!

She had waited too long for this day!

As long as Eloise is dead, she can have everything she wants.

Men, money, power, she, Agnes, has to master them all.

The thought of it made Agnes excited beyond belief.

"Eloise, goodbye forever, my sister."

With those words, Agnes jerked her hand and, due to inertia, Eloise tumbled right off the deck and into the sea.

The cold, biting water assaulted Eloise, causing her body to shiver.

At this moment she had only one thought in her mind, that she must survive!

She has a baby in her womb, she has Hector, and she has Solomon, so something must not happen to her!

But reality was harsh and Eloise's foot coincidentally cramped up.

She can swim, per se, and Hector forced her to learn to do so the last time she was on holiday.

But now in the sea, she can't even muster the strength!

It was all Eloise could do to hold her breath and prevent herself from sinking.

Agnes on deck, watching Eloise float and sink in the water, smiled a little madly.

The satisfaction of a long-suppressed obsession twisted Agnes' heart a little.

What was now in the water was not a life, but a plaything, a thing to be played with in the palm of her hand. The waves in the sea are huge and from time to time they slap Eloise under the surface.

A fair amount of seawater had invaded her nasal passages, making Eloise's consciousness a little fuzzy.

When Agnes saw her do this, she picked up her phone and pointed it directly at Eloise in the water.

Agnes' hands were trembling a little because of the overwhelming excitement.

"Eloise! I never thought you'd see your day, I'll make the man you love, see you die!"

The sound of her hissing voice pulled Eloise's consciousness back.

Eloise glanced at the deck, at which point Agnes' hair was loose and she was glaring angrily.

It was like a demon on earth, mad and a little scary.

Eloise's strength is fading a little more due to her long immersion in the water.

She knew she might be close to leaving this world, and her mind couldn't help but think of the days she and Hector had spent together before. Goodbye, Hector.

Goodbye, Solomon.

...

On the other hand, Marian returned to the Rogers family with injuries.

Inside the house, Mrs Matriarch and Rupert were shocked to see Marian covered in blood.

Rupert hurriedly helped Marian into the room.

"Mr Rupert, Madam, I'm sorry... it was my bad protection that allowed those bad people to take Miss Eloise, and I ask for your reprimand."

When she heard it was Eloise who was in trouble, Mrs Matriarch was in a panic.

He hastened to inquire, "How did you get kidnapped for no good reason? Did those people make any demands? Or do you know where Eloise was taken by them?"

Marian shook his head and covered the still bleeding wound.

"I'm sorry ma'am, I didn't know any of this, I was just going to park a car when I was ambushed by thieves ..."

At these words, Rupert frowned and ordered the maid to bring the medicine box to stop her bleeding.

When it had been dealt with, Rupert spoke up and asked, "So why is nothing wrong with you? Aren't you always with my sister-in-law?"

"Mr Rupert, when Miss Eloise and I entered the door, there was no difference, and I don't know where the group came from, and when I entered, a group surrounded me straight away. The rest of the group took Miss Eloise and I tried to go over and stop them but I was really outgunned so I got hurt and vaguely saw Agnes in the group."

Hearing Marian finish, Mrs Matriarch was in a hurry.

Grabbing Rupert's shirt, he said, "Rupert, what do you think we can do now, your brother is still out of the country, how can we save Eloise!"

Mrs Matriarch's tone was tinged with sobs, enough to show how worried and scared she was.

"Mom, it's okay, it's going to be okay." Rupert said in a soft, soothing voice.

The next second he looked to Marian and then asked, "Marian, so do you know where Agnes took my sister-in-law?"

Marian's face went a little white as he fought through the pain in his body and replied, "I followed the men's car out after I was injured. Only saw Agnes get into a boat with Miss Eloise, the rest I don't ... know ..."

Just after the last word, Marian collapsed to the ground.

Mrs Matriarch hurriedly ordered the maid to call and take Marian to the hospital.

After Marian left, only Rupert and Mrs Matriarch remained.

As she watched Rupert think, Mrs Matriarch did not dare to interrupt, but cried.

Things are tricky these days and Rupert doesn't know what to do.

With Agnes' animosity towards Eloise, it would certainly not be easy to let Eloise off the hook.

Thinking suddenly that Solomon was still in the nursery, Rupert said hastily, "Mum, you call first and tell Dad to bring Solomon back. I'm afraid those people will put their hands on Solomon again, and I'll inform my brother about my sister-in- law as soon as possible."

With those words, Rupert went straight out the door.

Instead of sitting at home and waiting to die, why not go out and think of a solution?

Mrs Matriarch didn't dare delay and rushed to dial Mr Fletcher's number.

Solomon is the heart and soul of their family and nothing can go wrong.

After giving a brief account of the situation, the pair hung up the phone.

Sitting in the car, Solomon blinked his big eyes at Mr Fletcher and asked, "Grandpa, I haven't even finished school yet, why am I being sent home?"

"Solomon be good, we have a bit of a family thing going on right now and we can't stay in the nursery anymore."

Seeing the sadness on Mr Fletcher's face, Solomon had the sense to stop talking.

When he returned home, the first thing Solomon did was to look for Eloise in his room.

But after calling out to Eloise for a long time, Solomon could not help but feel a little anxious.

Then she came into the living room and asked Mrs Matriarch, "Grandma, where's my mummy?"

Mrs Matriarch took Solomon in her arms and coaxed him, "Isn't your daddy away on a business trip? I didn't want to worry about your mummy, so I booked a ticket for her too. But don't be afraid, Grandma will sleep with Solomon for the next few days."

It was only when he heard Mrs Matriarch's answer that Solomon was able to dispel any doubts he had.
