Love Comes To Me -
Chapter 550: Finding Dad, Eating Meals
In a moment of wandering, the little girl had rushed up to her. Eloise hurriedly knelt down to catch her for fear of dropping her.
Once the little girl had stood still, Eloise scratched the tip of her nose dotingly.
"You little girl, running so fast, you're not afraid of falling down."
The little girl snuggled up in Eloise's arms and sniffed, giggling out loud.
She wrapped her arms tightly around Eloise's neck and nuzzled her head, responding sweetly, "I'm not afraid, I'm not afraid, I have mummy to hold." Although the words are not clear, there are many body language movements and they can already express a lot of words.
Dark eyes dripped and ghosted, a perfect rendition of emboldened.
Eloise shook her head in amusement.
She reached over and gently patted the dust off the little girl before picking her up.
Efforts were made to slate her face and try to educate her.
"You, you've been naughty again, you can't run so fast with Mummy over here, in case you really fall, you'll cry again."
After standing up straight, she couldn't resist giving her little girl a few flicks on the forehead.
She is pink and pinkish looking, with dark eyes, arched eyebrows and a small cherry-like mouth.
A smug smile is on the little pink face.
Although the little girl's features have not yet grown, the outline is already visible as a beauty.
Perfectly inherited from Eloise, with her big curved eyebrows and endearing eyes.
But the personality is not quite like her, the little girl is much more mobile than she is.
At a young age, he reveals a quick wit and can often play a trick on adults.
As she gets a little older, the little girl is getting really hard to keep an eye on.
As soon as she has to be preached to, she starts looking for someone to be pampered and mushy.
She is already cute and has such a sweet mouth, so no one will be able to say anything about her. Looking at her, Eloise has a feeling that she will grow up to be a very dark girl.
If you're so young, you'll grow up to be a pig and eat a tiger.
In between the mother and daughter were talking, the middle-aged woman also caught up with them.
She was panting slightly, and when she saw mother and daughter, a kind gleam came out of her eyes.
There is an air of elegant nobility about her, still charming in her middle age.
She is Rowson Darlington's mother, Ardith Bierly, who came to France with Rowson's father some years earlier.
A winery has been opened and life has been peaceful.
"Mother, she's giving you trouble again, isn't she?"
Eloise nods with apologies towards Mrs Darlington.
Mrs Darlington had a kind smile on her face as she straightened her skirt.
Reaching out, he petted the little girl's head lovingly.
She's just been at home too long and is bored, so she wants to go out and have some fun. Why don't you take her out for a walk and ask Rowson to join you?" The little girl, still a little hard of hearing the words, scanned her eyes back and forth between Eloise and the elegant noblewoman.
But probably heard the words out and about and a bright light flashed in his eyes.
Immediately, he clapped his hands and laughed, anxiously expressing his desire to go out and have fun.
The hands danced and said, "Yeah, play, go play."
This vineyard at home is a bit boring for children.
When you stay for a few days, all you see are purple grapes and green leaves, which are much more monochromatic.
She wanted to go out and see lots and lots of people, and little pigeons all over the street.
Eloise shook the little girl's hand lovingly and gestured for her to take it easy.
Turning her eyes to Mrs Darlington, after some thought, she said with a light smile, "I'll take her out myself, Rowson is so busy, I'll leave him to his work." A flicker of loss in Mrs Darlington's eyes.
She'd had a hard time coming up with ideas to set them up.
It was killed before it was even implemented.
Eloise looked on and, not wanting to spoil Mrs Darlington's fun, continued, "I'll come over later and meet him for dinner."
It was then that Mrs Darlington smiled and nodded her head in agreement.
The little girl cocked her head and struggled to catch a few words.
Vaguely aware that Eloise was going to Dad.
Eyes bent in laughter, little hands waving in the air, babbling, "Yes, replace daddy, replace daddy, eat rice."
This look also amused Mrs Darlington and Eloise.
The sound of laughter echoed through the vineyard in a peaceful manner.
Looking at the sky, I don't think it's very late.
Eloise looked over at Mrs Darlington and said, "Mother, let's take the girl for a walk across the square and come back later, shall we?"
Mrs Darlington nodded in agreement.
"That's fine, I'll come with you guys, it just so happens that there's nothing to do."
With those words, the three moved over to the square.
It is late afternoon and the square is much less crowded with pedestrians.
The sun spreads a soft glow over the romantic and relaxed street corners of the city.
Getting out of the car, Eloise walked towards the middle of the square with the little girl in her arms.
The little girl's eyes went straight when she saw the peace doves that landed not far above the square.
The little short legs kept fluttering in the air, babbling something, signalling for Eloise to put her down. Eloise had no choice but to smile lightly and bend down and carefully lower her down. "Run slowly, don't scare the pigeons."
She gave a soft admonition before daring the little girl to go down to the ground.
The little girl nodded her head.
As soon as Eloise got out of the way, she watched the little half-grown figure, on short legs, waddle off towards the pigeons in the middle of the square with such joy. Excitedly, she claps her chubby white hands, her little mouth puckers up, sips and purrs, and reaches towards the little pigeon.
Eloise followed her with a loving smile, bending over to protect the little girl.
Behind them, Mrs Darlington watched the scene and couldn't help but raise a smile.
Laughing and smiling, he sighed again.
"What a nice girl, if only she were really ours."
She looked at Eloise's figure and recited it with emotion.
Such a daughter-in-law is what the Darlington family is missing today.
Eloise is a perfect illustration of the words "gentle as water", "sensible" and "good wife and mother".
People of the older generation are unconsciously delighted to see such a girl.
This Mrs Darlington is no exception.
The more she spent time together, the more she saw of Eloise, the more she liked her.
This fondness gradually turned into a thought that often converged on her mind: if only Eloise were really her daughter-in-law.
As the memory pushes forward, Mrs Darlington can't help but think back to three years ago.
Three years ago, her son Rowson was away on a trip.
When he returned, he was surprised to bring back a woman.
The woman was unconscious, her head was bandaged and there was blood seeping out.
And this woman is Eloise, who is now in front of her.
Alarmed, she asked what was going on.
Her son Rowson told her with a serious face that he had been rescued at sea.
He hit his head on a sea reef rock, which caused him to fall unconscious, and was saved when he saw the pity.
