Love Comes To Me
Chapter 564: She's like my own sister

Hector looked at Solomon and said warmly, "She's gone home."

Solomon sighed with relief, then suddenly remembered something and asked in disbelief, "But there's no one home, what's she doing back there, didn't she say she'd wait for me here?" Knowing he had misunderstood, Hector stressed, "No, it's back to her own home."

Solomon let out an ahhh and looked at Hector in confusion.

"Didn't my little sister get lost, so she has a daddy and a mummy?"

He almost thought that his little sister would be here with him forever.

Hector raised an eyebrow, snapped his index finger lightly on the table and said softly, "Everyone has a daddy and a mummy, why doesn't little sister have one?"

With that, Solomon hung his head and muttered, "I feel like she's my real sister, she should be in my house."

Hector gave him a faint look and reminded, "She's just something you brought back from the outside." "I know."

Solomon's mood was low to the point of depression.

Thought I would have my little sister back home with me, but now it's all gone to pot.

He misses his little sister and his mommy so much...

Mummy has been away for a really long time and Solomon misses her so much.

Knowingly, Solomon only dared to think in silence, because if he said it, Daddy would be so hard too.

But today he couldn't help himself and asked, "Daddy, if Mummy was still around, would she have had a little sister too?"

Solomon's eyes were full of longing.

In Solomon's eyes, Daddy is the all-powerful Superman.

He asked the question, hoping only to get an affirmative answer from his daddy.

Hector's expression, however, faded at a rate visible to the naked eye, and his hand on the table slowly curled up.

Solomon didn't see it, chanting to himself, "If my little sister had been born, she would have been as big as the little sister I picked up."

Yes, if Eloise was still around, their child, with that little girl was about the same.

It's sure to be cute and lively too.

Because Eloise is so good, the child she gives birth to will be the best in the whole world.

Pity, pity...

Hector's fingers clenched and his eyes were covered in sorrow.

Eloise, where are you?

Hector lost his composure for less than a minute and immediately regained it.

He looked down, pretending to organize his papers, and said to Solomon, "In a few days, we'll go back to see our grandparents."

It was not a clever change of subject, but Solomon was, after all, a child and did not notice the difference.

He pursed his lips, put on a small smile and clapped his hands, "Great, I can go home and see my grandparents."

Hector was relieved.

Who knows, Solomon added excitedly, "Maybe Mummy's already home, we'll see her when we get home, Daddy, don't you think?" Hector: "..."

All he could do was pretend he hadn't heard anything.

But because of Solomon's words, a little hope also rose in him, as if Eloise was really already at home waiting for him.

When he opened the door, he could see her smiling face, as he had done on countless days before.

Hopefully, this time it will no longer be what he expected.

...

Hospital.

Eloise woke up languidly, followed by a small, fragrant, soft body pouncing on her.

"Mummy!" The little girl's sticky childish voice.

Rowson admonished from behind, "Mummy's very weak, so you take it slow."

But Eloise didn't care, clutching the small body in her arms.

At the smell of that familiar milk scent, her eyes reddened and tears fell in big globs.

"It's okay it's okay baby, you're finally back, mummy was worried sick."

Eloise was sobbing uncontrollably.

In the past few days since her little girl was lost, it was like she had lost her soul, she couldn't eat or sleep, and even her dreams were about her baby. Finally, finally, she is back.

Eloise's burning tears fell into the little girl's neck, causing her to shrink her shoulders, but instead of avoiding them, she wrapped her arms more tightly around Eloise's neck. "Mummy, don't cry, I'm fine now, nothing is wrong."

The innocent voice of the little girl soothed Eloise's heart.

She sucked in her nose and untied the man a little.

"Let Mummy see if you're hungry and aggravated out there?"

The little girl left Eloise's arms, spun around several times and giggled, "Look at me, Mummy."

With tears in her eyes, Eloise pulled her in again, stroked her little white face and murmured, "Not skinny, okay."

Rowson laughed, "She was laughing so hard when I got her, she would have thought she was out on holiday if she didn't know. That girl, she's so heartless too."

The little girl scrunched her face at Rowson, "No, I don't, I miss Mummy and Daddy."

"Good, you're tempted, it's Daddy who's wrong." Rowson responded with a smile.

Then tried to carry her to sit next to her so as not to disturb Eloise.

Instead, the little girl clung to Eloise, very attached.

"Baby, mummy doesn't have the strength, sit yourself over here oh." Rowson patiently reasoned with her.

The little girl looked up and looked at Eloise, "What's wrong Mummy, is she sick, why is she inside the hospital?"

She had known since she was a child that hospitals were scary places.

You have to have injections, which are painful, and take very bitter medicine.

Does Mummy have to have injections and take very bitter medicine too?

Eloise sniffled and squeezed out a smile, "Mummy's fine, just misses my baby."

With these words, the little girl said solemnly, "Then I will never leave Mummy again, I will follow Mummy well, and Mummy will not be sick again, okay?" Eloise laughed out loud with tears in her eyes at the seriousness of the little girl.

"Good."

"Pull the hook." The little girl cocked her head and stuck out her little thumb.

Eloise then held out her fingers and pulled with her.

Then the little girl darted out of bed again and stomped off to the kettle.

It looks like it wants to pour water, but is not competent enough.

"Daddy, help me out here."

Rowson smiled and walked over, "If you want a drink of water just call daddy, you can't lift it anywhere."

The little girl pursed her lips without speaking and took the glass of water Rowson handed her seriously.

Walk over to the bed and hand it to Eloise, "Mummy, have some water."

She had seen on TV that people who were sick had to drink water.

Drink a little more water and you will be well.

Eloise took the glass of water and drank it all down in one gulp, feeling sweet to the core.

Then the little girl sat down next to Eloise with the help of Rowson.

Two small, fleshy hands cupped Eloise's hand, which still had the adhesive tape left on it from the infusion.

"Puff, puff and it won't hurt anymore." The little girl blew in a serious way.

Eloise was amused by her and squeezed her root-like arm, finally settling down.
