Love Comes To Me
Chapter 571: A deal is a deal

"Mr Hector, what a coincidence." Rowson greeted with a smile, faintly flinching at the sight of the box full of people.

The Rogers family were there and couldn't help but feel they were being presumptuous.

"Daddy!" Sweety called out happily, but the child's chair restricted her movements and she had to sit obediently.

The family put down their chopsticks as they watched Rowson arrive.

Hector nodded, "Yeah, quite a coincidence, I've just returned."

"Really, we've just come back too." Rowson said with an exclamation.

It really is fate.

After a few pleasantries, Rowson walked over to Sweety, gently touched her face and said softly, "Baby, come back with Daddy." Sweety's mouth was bulging with a shrimp that Solomon had fed her, her little mouth stuffed.

Unable to speak, he looked at Rowson with his eyes.

Seeing how greasy she was, Rowson tried to replace something to wipe her mouth with.

Solomon had already taken the tissues and carefully wiped Sweety clean, not minding in the slightest.

Rowson looked amazed that the two kids knew each other so well, but they must have only met twice.

He could tell that Solomon was well brought up and was a total little gentleman.

Seeing Rowson's surprised expression, Hector chimed in, "The two boys are very affectionate and Solomon loves Sweety." "Solomon knows his stuff." Rowson commented with a smile.

It is not unusual for young boys of Solomon's age to be extremely naughty and mischievous.

Where is the willingness to get on well with a foundling girl, which shows that Solomon is of good character.

"Thanks brother." Sweety finally swallowed the shrimp and sprang to life.

Solomon fed her a sip of water, during which he carefully held his hand under her chin so that the water wouldn't leak into her neck.

A very caring brother, so to speak, who thinks of his sister in every way.

Rowson, however, felt it was a bit of a nuisance and spoke up, "Sweety, brother has to eat too, so will you eat by yourself?"

Before Sweety could say anything, Solomon said gently, "Uncle, it's okay, Sweety is small and it's only right that I take care of her." "How sensible, you're a little kid too then, we'll leave you to it Sweety, we should get back."

With that said, Rowson held out his hand to Sweety.

Sweety was still a little upset but knew enough to put down his chopsticks and let Rowson take him into his arms.

Wrapping her arms around his neck, she said glutinously, "Yes, Daddy."

A little look of not giving up and still being obedient is also very cute.

Seeing Sweety about to leave, Solomon tilted his little face and said, "Uncle, Sweety hasn't had enough yet."

He still had a lot of prawns to peel for Sweety, so he was sad to leave.

In fact Sweety was actually so full that her little tummy was bulging.

She just wants to play with Solomon, mainly this brother is so much to her liking that she wants to sneak it home and hide it.

"Thank you, Solomon, Sweety is going back to see her mummy, next time you come over, uncle will greet you, OK?"

Rowson smiled.

Solomon was a good listener and said, "Okay then, next time Uncle must take Sweety with him."

"Mr. Rowson, sit down and eat something together." Hector extended an invitation.

Mr Fletcher and Mrs Matriarch echoed the sentiment, saying that it was fate that we met and that the two children were so compatible that they might meet again. Most of all, they also like Sweety.

Seeing how much fun Solomon was having with her, it was only natural that they wanted to make their grandson even happier.

Mind you, Solomon hasn't been that happy for a while since Eloise disappeared.

Sweety comes along just in time to make up for his fantasy of his sister.

The Rogers family felt that this was fine, as long as they could make Solomon happy, that was their greatest wish.

Before Rowson could agree, Rupert had already decided to call the waiter in to order.

Rowson smiled and declined, "Thank you all for your kindness, my Sweety has already given you all a lot of trouble, so I won't be eating. My wife is still in hospital and I have to rush back to look after her, so I'll be sure to pay my respects some other time."

Out of courtesy, the Rogers family asked again about the health of Rowson's wife.

"She's never been very well, but this time she just fainted by chance, nothing serious." Rowson replied politely.

It was then that the Rogers family realised that it was not the big hearts of the people but the special circumstances.

But looking at Solomon's reluctance, the Rogers family really didn't want to let Sweety go.

But Rowson insisted that he would not stay, saying that he would visit with his wife next time.

The Rogers family was not in a position to impose, and after a few polite words, they let it go.

Seeing how inseparable Solomon and Sweety were, Rupert had an idea and said, "Since we're so close, we don't need to pick a date. It's my engagement next week, so Mr. Rowson should bring Sweety over for a get-together at the Green Hotel Ballroom."

Rupert is well-born and very sunny, and nothing he says feels out of place.

The sincerity of the invitation was also evident.

Rowson smiled genuinely after a slight dip, "Congratulations, that's great, I'll be there with my wife and kids to congratulate you."

"Okay, it's a deal." Rupert said happily.

He loves a good time, the more people the better, and can't wait for everyone to witness his and Aisly's beauty.

Aisly pursed her lips quietly at the sight of his beaming smile.

When the two old men saw it, they also smiled.

Before leaving, Sweety said goodbye to each and every one of them.

"Bye Grandma and Grandpa, Bye Auntie and Uncle, Bye Brother, Bye Daddy."

The little milk voice is sticky and full of childish fun.

The Rogers family looked as if they had seen it all before, and in a short time they were all used to it.

It was Rowson, on the contrary, who felt a little embarrassed.

But the boy can't be corrected and it's a headache.

If people didn't know, they would think she was the family's child.

The Rogers family all said goodbye to Sweety as well, especially Solomon, who chased after them saying, "See you next week, sister."

Sweety nodded, "Bye brother, see you next week."

This time, unlike the last time, Solomon didn't feel lost knowing that we would see each other again.

As soon as this week was over, he could see Sweety again at his brother-in-law's engagement party and couldn't help but look forward to it a little. Rowson left with Sweety and the Rogers family continued with their meal.

Before leaving Rowson thought to himself, "This is an interesting family.

The two brothers, one of each sex, seem to be like ice and fire, but the atmosphere is cordial.

With both parents alive and well, and a lovely baby, it looks like a happy kind of family.

However, as he looked around, he always felt that something was missing.

It was not until after going out that it occurred to me that the wife of Mr Hector was not there.

No wonder he always feels like he's left with an empty seat by his side?

But there are no dishes and it looks weird.
