Love Comes To Me
Chapter 578: She's back

There was a crash and the glass fragments flew in all directions.

Hector was oblivious, his gaze falling dead on the woman who had entered. There was a mixture of hurt, shock, surprise, disbelief and more in the eyes.

The hand is clenched into a fist and trembles slightly.

Even Fletcher Godbold felt that something was wrong; Hector had always been calm and self-possessed and had never been in such a moody state. The dismay on his face almost spilled out.

Fletcher Godbold, with a surprised look on his face, followed his line of sight and followed closely, blushing profusely.

That, that's...

How can it be such a coincidence that there are people in the world who look so similar.

At the same time, Rupert, who was talking to his guests, sensed something.

He looked towards the doorway and soon his smile froze on his face as he looked around for Aisly with a stunned expression. "Aisly, am I blinding myself?" Rupert said dreamily.

Aisly was too shocked to care at this point.

The chatter around the room suddenly got louder.

"What is that guy, why is he coming at this time, the ceremony is over alright, no manners at all."

"No, why do I feel, that woman looks so familiar."

"That's right, I thought I was the only one who felt that way, so who the hell was that, and the guy was nice and gentle."

...

All eyes were on the two men, accompanied by whispers that were not quite audible, and Eloise paused in her steps, rushed. Slightly overwhelmed.

What's going on, why is everyone looking at them, is there something wrong.

She subconsciously glanced down at her dress, which was decent.

To show respect, it's a dress she picked out especially for the occasion, so it should be fine.

But the look in everyone's eyes, so strange.

She had only come to thank some people for helping Sweety, so why was she staring at them.

Eloise had no place to put her hands and feet and almost wanted to run away.

She couldn't help but regret a little that perhaps this was not the occasion for her to come, or to pick another time, or she wouldn't be in such a mess as she was. Eloise forced a smile, but it was a little stiff.

While this was going on, there was another shout of surprise.

Eloise sniffed at the sound.

A tall figure was seen striding towards this way.

He was tall and well-built, with a high-fashion suit that fit him properly.

His hair is slightly dishevelled and his features are handsome in the extreme.

But now, for some reason, it looks a little grim.

People on either side automatically ducked, as Hector, at this time of year, exuded an air of strangers.

The murmur of the crowd gradually laughed, and the sound of Hector's footsteps as he walked quickly by seemed clearer and clearer.

In Eloise's eyes, it was as if everyone was standing still, except for this man who approached, who was moving.

She looked at the man with a slight sideways glance, a hint of strangeness and bewilderment in her eyes.

Hector walks briskly, with too much on his face.

Shock, lost and found ecstasy, fear, dread.

He stared dead ahead, afraid that if he blinked, the person would disappear.

God, if this is a dream, then let me be in it forever and not wake up.

Hector cried out silently in his mind, while his pace grew more and more rapid.

It ended up almost with a run.

Meanwhile, Solomon has seen Eloise.

He was going crazy and muttered, "Mummy, that's Mummy ..."

Tears were slowly sliding down the white cheeks, unknowingly.

Aisly pressed one hand on Solomon's shoulder and covered her mouth with the other, her eyes quietly red.

"Am I reading this right ..."

That's Miss Eloise, isn't it.

The Rogers family was so bewildered that no one dared to move, just stared in awe at the man in front of them.

The guests around were also confused, as the demeanour of the Hector and Rogers families was so out of character.

Hector kept his eyes on the woman in front of him, never taking his eyes off her for a moment, unable to see anything but her. Eloise was also shocked beyond belief, her mind blown.

This was the man who had appeared repeatedly in her dreams and she could not be mistaken.

In her dream, she could not see the man's face, but this figure, she could not mistake.

The figure, it turned out, had such a face.

But why did she have no recollection of this man, and who was he anyway?

Why does he look so sad.

Eloise stood dumbfounded.

The man finally walked up to her and gazed greedily at her face.

That look, as if it wanted to carve her whole being into her bones and blood and never forget it for the rest of her life.

Hector gazed at the face that drove him mad, a face that had disappeared for years but that he had not forgotten for a moment. The eyebrows, the nose, the eyes, are exactly as they are remembered.

It's his Eloise.

Hector slowly reached out his hand, trembling slightly.

retracted back a little more before touching Eloise.

So many times he saw people right at his heels, and when he went to touch them, he couldn't touch anything.

He was so scared that it was also an illusion.

Rowson frowned and blocked his hand, he had just noticed that Hector didn't seem quite right.

The man's eyes, which never took their eyes off Eloise's face, were greatly unpleasant to him.

"Mr Hector, are you not feeling well somewhere?" Rowson asked out loud, trying to restrain the displeasure in his heart.

Hector brushed his hand away as if he hadn't seen him, his gaze still glued to Eloise's face.

However, that touch from Rowson just now also made him perceive that it was not an illusion, it was real.

The person in front of him is the living Eloise.

The ecstasy in his heart was hard to contain and his large hand eventually touched Eloise's cheek.

Warm, slippery skin with a temperature that makes you watery.

"Eloise!" cried Hector in a low voice, taking the person in front of him into his arms as he did so.

With a crash, everyone in the Rogers family gathered around.

Mrs Matriarch, with tears in her eyes, looked at the two men who were trying to use them closely and murmured, "Mr Fletcher, that's Eloise, isn't it, Eloise is back, isn't it?" She asked over and over again, and Mr Fletcher answered over and over again.

Over the years, because of Eloise's disappearance, the eldest son seems to have lost his soul.

Though alive, it is just that: alive.

Mrs Matriarch even wonders if Hector would have done something extreme without Solomon. She kept her fingers crossed that Eloise would return.

Only then will the son be complete.

In this situation today, it is probably because God has heard her prayers.

Eloise was caught off guard and was held in a warm embrace and her whole body was frozen.

This man was hugging her so tightly, as if he was trying to strangle her into his chest.

Rowson watched the scene in shock.

His mind went blank, and Hector called out Eloise's name, and did so so naturally. Why, does he know Eloise's name?
