Love Comes To Me
Chapter 604: It's His Daughter

Eloise's hand waved through the air, grabbing air and then waking up with a start, sitting up from the bed. That's when I realised it was a dream.

She breathed heavily, the feeling of emptiness in her mind expanding and almost overwhelming her.

Eyes staring vacantly at the ceiling, his arm lifted to wipe away tiny beads of sweat.

The uncertainty in his eyes slowly dissipated when he turned his head and saw Sweety on the other side.

The sunlight fell scattered on Sweety's delicate skin and her little mouth smashed as she sucked her thumb with relish.

The look was so cute that it cleared all of Eloise's worries.

Eloise had a grin on her face and jerked Sweety's thumb away.

The little bubbles spat out shattered in the air with a boing.

Sweety's brow furrowed and her eyes opened in a daze, misting with water and looking at her in confusion.

"Sweety, get up, let's go see your brother at the hospital okay?"

Eloise said and hugged Sweety.

"Yes!"

When she heard that she was going to see her brother, her eyes darted around and she immediately kicked off her little quilt and climbed up.

During this time, Eloise went downstairs to cook the porridge and the little girl couldn't wait, urging her to hurry up one after another.

After giving the little girl a simple ponytail, Eloise carried her food and took her out with her.

When we arrived at the hospital, we pushed open the door of the ward and the little girl poked her head in first.

The sight of Solomon, lying in a hospital bed, made both eyes light up.

"Brother! I'm coming, did you miss me?"

She Sweety shouted, bouncing and running inside.

The shouting disturbed the father and son in the ward, and Hector watched as a small and large figure came this way.

His pupils dilated slightly as his eyes swept over the two men in turn, and for a moment he froze.

Both mother and daughter wore the same ponytail today, with Eloise's draped hair tied back to reveal her pale neck.

In the light, her features are even more luminous.

And the little girl follows her seventh looks, with curved eyebrows and thin eyes and a small cherry mouth, and when she smiles, her eyes are sweet like crescent moons. Only, the cunning in those eyes was completely different from Eloise's.

She climbed into bed and pressed her face against Solomon's.

In contrast, Hector was surprised to replace that both the little girl and Solomon's eyebrows resembled his.

This knowledge struck a chord with him, perhaps ...

Climbing into bed, the little girl saw Solomon dripping an IV.

With eyes red from thinking of her previous miserable experiences with injections, a serious hoo-hah for Solomon. "Brother, the shot hurts, Sweety will blow you and it won't hurt anymore."

"Thanks Sweety."

Solomon will be overjoyed to see Eloise bringing Sweety to see him.

"Sweety, come down, you're pressing on your brother's IV tube."

Eloise put the thermos down and turned back to the little girl.

The little girl nodded good-naturedly and held out her arm towards Hector, who was off to the side, "Daddy's hug."

He smiles with a wry smile and is full of wit.

Hector stared into Sweety's eyes for a long time, his heart already surging.

When I look at the time, I see that the child Eloise was pregnant with would have been the same size as Sweety if she had been born.

Once he accepted the setting, the more he looked at Sweety, the more he felt like his daughter.

With a slight movement in his throat, Hector's blood clamoured all over his body for a moment.

His fingertips trembled as he tried to contain the joy in his heart, fearing to frighten mother and daughter.

Looking at the little girl's outstretched hand, Hector's heart trembled.

He carefully went to hug Sweety with a glint of excitement in his eyes.

The moment I touched Sweety, my heart became soft and a very magical feeling was conveyed to my heart.

His fingers tightened slightly, full of joy, and he looked at Sweety with a little red in his eyes.

There can be no mistake, Sweety must be his daughter!

Cuddled in his arms, Hector suddenly couldn't let go and loved it.

Sweety also loves Hector and immediately rubs up against him like a sloth as soon as she is taken into his arms.

Eyes darting around, looking for something fun to do.

The eye lingers on Hector's cufflinks.

"This is so bright and pretty."

Sweety curiously plucked at Hector's fine cufflinks, her little girl giving a wanting expression.

Children always like shiny things.

Without saying a word, Hector moved his fingertips and unfastened the two cufflinks and placed them in the girl's hand.

He gave a gentle expression and said softly, "Take it back and play with it."

"Really?"

The little girl's eyes lit up and she cocked her little head to look at Hector, looking all of a sudden adorable.

Eloise came over with the porridge and saw the scene.

The two cufflinks that Hector stripped off are beautifully crafted and look luxurious.

And having faded from Hector's dress, Eloise didn't need to think about it to know that it was expensive.

She rushed out to stop it, "Sweety, no!"

Sweety jumped at the sound and retracted her small hand, returning the item to Hector.

She looked at Solomon with pity, but there was nothing Solomon could do, he couldn't go against his mummy's word.

But Hector encouraged the little girl by saying, "It's not a problem, take it."

"Mr Hector!" said Eloise sharply, looking solemnly at Hector.

"It's just two cufflinks, I've got plenty more, it's a sort of meet and greet gift from me to Sweety, you don't have to take it too much to heart." Hector patiently fought for Sweety's welfare.

When he said that, Eloise couldn't stop him, so she let him go.

She prepared the porridge and brought it over to feed Solomon.

Hector, on the other hand, was holding Sweety and playing with her on the side, not bothering her at all.

From time to time, she converses with the maid in a child's tone of voice.

Inside the ward, the time is quiet and the light sweeps by, all afraid of disturbing the warmth of a room.

At that moment, Mrs Matriarch returned from outside, carrying fruit in her hands.

Walked in and was stunned to see Eloise, mother and son.

"Solomon, look what Grandma brought you ... Oops, Eloise and the maid are here."

She had a kind smile on her face without realising it.

Eloise got up and greeted Mrs Matriarch, "Hello, Auntie."

"Hello Grandma."

The little girl climbing on top of Hector saw Mrs Matriarch and Sweety called after Solomon.

Mrs Matriarch's heart was instantly melted by the soft, baby talk and she couldn't stop looking at the little girl.

She walked over, shook the little girl's tiny hand and smiled, "Grandma will cut you some fruit to eat, does Sweety like apples or something?" "Love them all." Sweety smiled.

"Ugh, yes, Grandma will cut it up for you now, and get a fruit platter." Mrs Matriarch said dotingly.

A light smile also graced the corners of Eloise's mouth as she watched the scene.

She had always known that the family had no ill will towards them, but on the contrary a feeling of a hundred favours that made her feel flattered.
