Love Comes To Me
Chapter 613: You remembered?

"How's Eloise doing?"

As soon as they came ashore, Rowson rushed over and made a move to grab Eloise.

Hector's eyes went cold as he reached out and pushed Rowson away, saying angrily, "Don't touch her!" The scarlet eyes seemed to devour blood, and a gloomy shade of light floated beneath them.

The person in her arms seemed to be pale as if she had lost her breath.

His hands were shaking as he held Eloise, and God knows how scared he was now.

There was only one thing on his mind at that moment, and that was that nothing must happen to Eloise!

Rowson's face went blue for a moment as he was pushed away.

Seeing that Hector was about to disappear from view with Eloise in his arms, he hurried to follow.

The crowd also reacted and hastily gathered around.

Hector carefully carried Eloise into the room, laid her flat on the floor and began to administer first aid to her.

Hector unbuttoned Eloise's shirt and squeezed her chest, to make her spit out all the water she had just choked on.

The set of measures was done with fear and tension, and Hector gasped lowly, as if his strength had been drained. Not long after, Rowson barged in.

Rowson, unable to see Eloise's face, looked at Hector's reaction and thought he had failed to revive Eloise, and his face suddenly changed.

He rushed forward, his voice eager, "What's wrong with Eloise? Let me see!"

Hector heard him and pulled the sheet over Eloise's body as soon as he could.

He had just unbuttoned a couple of Eloise's collars, which would have exposed Eloise's chest. He didn't want Rowson to see it.

Getting up and directly blocking Rowson, she looked at him defensively and said in a cold voice, "She's all right now!"

Eloise had just spat out the water she had choked on, but she soon passed out again because she was deflated.

Hector checked his breathing and knew that Eloise was alive, and his heart hung in the air with a sense of relief that he had survived.

Blocked by Hector, Rowson's anger shot up and his palms clenched in an attempt to punch someone.

"I don't believe you, I want to see it for myself!"

Hector was no pushover though, and with a grunt, he reached out to stop Rowson, his muscles tensing.

The smell of smoke and mirrors in the light of electricity.

Rupert saw this and stood in the middle and mediated, "Let's all stop and let Aisly in, she's a nurse and a woman, it's perfect."

After the proposal, he looked at Hector and then at Rowson, asking what they meant.

"That's okay, right?"

The two ironically scowling men eventually nodded their heads and agreed.

Aisly went in, checked and found that Eloise was indeed in no serious condition.

Eloise's breathing has normalised and she is just a little pale.

This would seem to be a dream, and the brow was furrowed tightly.

"Miss Eloise?"

She called tentatively to the person on the bed.

"Hmm?"

Eloise, asleep, answered her in a daze.

Aisly was relieved to see that it did look like Eloise was just too tired to fall asleep.

Afraid that Eloise would catch a cold, she took off Eloise's wet clothes and gave her a clean change of clothes.

After all this was done, she walked out of the room and said to the group of people guarding the door, "There is really nothing serious, just let her sleep for a while, you all go back and come back later." Rowson's tense face eased only slightly.

Because this is Hector's home turf, Rowson is not in a good position to get angry.

Hector won't let him in to see Eloise, and Sweety is clinging to the Rogers family.

In that case, staying here would seem to be self-defeating.

Rowson angrily brushed himself off, intending to wait for Eloise to wake up before picking the man up.

Sweety's clothes were also wet and Hector found Solomon's childhood clothes to put on her, but they still looked a bit big.

As Eloise was still awake, Aisly asked him to take Sweety to a nearby shopping mall to buy clothes.

At the children's clothing counter in the mall, Hector fished out a pink princess dress and Hector had someone change the little girl into it.

When she came out of the fitting room, she softly inquired, "Does Sweety like this dress?"

"Well, like it!"

The little girl nodded her head as if it were a garment, and looked very much like it, and turned around in front of him.

The softness in Hector's heart was touched more and more by looking at the pink little man.

Hector hated to give her everything he had when he thought that this was his daughter.

"Wrap all this row up then, it's pretty much the same style."

With that, he instructed the attendant to buy all the children's clothes in the row.

When he came out of the mall, Hector was holding his little girl.

Father and daughter walked ahead, and behind them, several bodyguards were carrying a pile of bags, all with children's clothes.

Worried about Eloise's condition, father and daughter didn't wander for long.

Sweety walked into the room, body next to Solomon in front of the bed, frowning and looking worriedly at Eloise in the bed. "Is Mummy still awake?"

Hector stood guard, watching Eloise's furrowed brow, his thin lips pursed into a straight line as he reached out to smooth her frown.

Seeing this, Aisly and Rupert had the good sense to back off, leaving space for the family of four.

An hour later, the cold sweat on Eloise's forehead was growing.

Images kept passing through her mind.

I dreamed that I was being escorted and thrown into the cold sea.

On the boat, a woman whose face could not be seen was frantically screaming something.

She stammered her lips together and moaned out in pain.

"No, don't!"

"Mummy!"

Solomon took hold of Eloise's hand as it waved in the air and called out to her worriedly. "Eloise!"

Hector leaned down and scrambled to check on her.

The low voice broke through the chaos at once and Eloise's eyes snapped open out of the darkness.

A dizzying, tingling headache.

Hector's handsome face magnified before his eyes, overlapping with the many illusory shadows that passed by.

She murmured and suddenly tugged at Hector's coat.

"Have I been kidnapped and crashed into the sea?"

Her voice was weak and pale, and her eyes glittered with complexity as she looked at Hector.

The question, which was asked out of the blue, caused Hector to freeze.

His pupils instantly dilated and he stared at Eloise in awe.

Eloise's expression was pained as she struggled to recall the images that had flashed through her mind, trying to describe it.

"There was a ship, out on the ocean, and a woman ... who seemed to know me."

With every word she spoke, the tide of Hector's heart set off in huge waves.

He watched in ecstasy as Eloise's blood boiled in his body at the memory of something.

A slight tremble and a movement of the throat, the excitement was indescribable.

"You remembered?"

His voice seemed to contain gravel as he muttered a word, his slightly cool fingertips trembling.
