Chapter 88: The Sparrow Still Wants to Become a Phoenix

Reeva Lawson looked at Solomon beside her with a slight twinkle in her eye and she was about to say something when Solomon took Eloise Thompson's hand and spoke, "Auntie Eloise, I'm hungry." Reeva Lawson then spoke up, "You go ahead and take Solomon to get some food! I'm going over to Hector, call me if you need anything."

Eloise Thompson couldn't help but frown slightly, somehow it sounded like Reeva Lawson was the hostess of the party.

Eloise Thompson didn't think much of it, either, and after a breezy response she led Solomon to the dining area.

Eloise Thompson was on pins and needles as she drew a lot of stares along the way - after all, it did seem odd that she was holding the Rogers family's Solomon.
