“Father, Avery has been with me for four years. Without her and the Yeager family, I wouldn’t be who Iam today.” Tyler’s voice was as clear and pleasant as he said, “No matter what mistakes she may havemade, I won’t abandon her.”

Valencia looked at Tyler. “Tyler, do you have to be with Avery Yeager?”

Valencia and Orion paled slightly.

“Tyler, why are you mentioning these things all of a sudden? We looked into it and found that they wereall accidents, right?”
