Married By Mistake -
Chapter 16
LUNA
“Wouldn’t Dylan be angry when he found out I’m with you now?” Camille said as she drank her cappuccino.
I invited her to wander around because I missed her so much. I have forgiven him for what he did although I know he feels that our relationship is cracked.
And one more thing, I want her to prove that she doesn’t love Dylan anymore.
“A thing he doesn’t know won’t hurt him,” I said smiling.
I was startled when my cellphone rang. I immediately picked it up and answered when I saw Dylan’s name.
“H-Hi, D.,” I said softly.
“What are you doing? Why is the noise there?”
“Hm, I’m at the mall,” I said.
“Who’s with you?” I looked at Camille who was now also looking at me and listening to Dylan and I talk.
“Uhm—”
“And don’t you dare lie to me.” He said, menacing.
I sighed. Defeated. “I’m with Camille.”
“Uh-huh. Okay. Enjoy, wife. Be ready when you get home. Take care.” He said sarcastically before he hangs up.
“Eh.” I was suddenly nervous at what Dylan said.
He sounds mad because I didn’t follow his instructions. I can’t stay away from her. Even though Camille is crazy, I would never stay away from her.
“He’s mad. I guess.” Camille sighed.
I cleared my throat and smiled sweetly at Camille. “Don’t mind him. Come on, let’s go shopping.”
“But, Luna.”
I smiled at her and pulled over to the various shopping stalls. Dylan disappeared from my mind for a moment. It was as if I had lost weight in my chest, the lightness of feeling. It’s always like this, we don’t have any problems.
We got home late at night because I didn’t have the time. I turned off the car when I parked in front of our house.
I Swallowed a few times while looking at Dylan’s car. He came earlier, already broken.
I got out of the car and turned around to pick up my groceries. I carefully opened the door and went inside.
“Dylan?” I call him. I put the paper bags down on the sofa and went to the kitchen because I could hear noises from there.
“It’s good that you’re home. We’re going to eat.” He said coldly as he placed the plate on the table.
“Ahm, Dylan .. what.”
He didn’t look at me and sat in his chair.
“What, c-cause …” I averted my eyes. “Camille and I ate outside.”
He looked at me for a moment. His expression is blank. “Okay.”
I bit my lower l*p. Oh no. He’s doing the silent treatment.
I wanted to help him put away what he was eating but he refused me. I went to our room and got dressed for bed. I’ve been rolling around in bed a few times but I still can’t sleep.
The bed was big when he’s here. I went downstairs and saw him still watching a basketball game in the living room while holding a bottle of beer. I yelled at him but he walked away from me immediately.
“Dylan.”
“Go to sleep. You’re tired of hanging out with Camille.” He said coldly.
I pulled his hand holding the beer bottle so it fell and broke.
“Goddamnit, Luna!” he shouts at me.
I paled at the sight of anger in his eyes. The corner of my eye heats up.
“I-I’m sorry.” I stood up and was about to pick up the crystals when Dylan stopped me.
“I said, go to sleep!” He says emphatically. I bowed.
My tears flowed that I had been holding back. I felt his grip on my hand loosen.
Is my sin that serious for him to treat me like this? I grabbed my hand he was holding and quickly ran into our room.
I covered myself with a blanket and quietly cried. I don’t know how long I’ve been crying. I heard our bedroom door open and close. Moments later I felt the mattress next to my sink.
“Luna ..” He sighed.
I suppressed the sob coming out of my mouth. I tightened my grip on the blanket that covered me. His hand caressed my waist.
“Talk to me.”
“No. you’ll shout at me again.”
“I’m sorry. I’m just mad because you met Camille again.”
I removed the blanket and looked at him. “Of course, she’s my sister. What’s your problem? Do you still have feelings for her?”
“Luna ..”
“Can’t you just get along with her?”
He frowned and laughed softly. “You want us to get along? Impossible. Luna, may I remind you that she was supposed to be the woman that I will marry and not you. And you want us to get along?”
I stood up to leave the room but he stopped me. His expression softened. “Well, I’m sorry. But, Luna, we can’t just get along because you want to. She is my past lover, don’t you get it?”
“You’re lying, aren’t you? You still have feelings for Camille so you just want her to stay away.”
His face became serious. “What do you want me to do to make you believe that I don’t love her anymore?”
“Talk to her. It’ll make me happy.”
He took a deep breath. “The reason I don’t want her to come near us is that I’m just protecting you.”
He touched both my cheeks and pressed our foreheads together. “If Camille and I are close and with you, you will inevitably get hurt. We are past lovers. There are things Camille knows that you don’t know about me. And maybe you can compare yourself to her. I know you’re still insecure. I don’t want to hurt you again. “
How did he know I was insecure with Camille? However, I did not reveal that to him when we met.
I read the sincerity in its puffy eyes. It was nice to hear what Dylan had to say. I can feel my heart race.
“Thank you, D.” I smiled and hugged him tightly. I looked up at him. There was a strange gleam in his eyes. “Dylan, what do you feel about me?”
He didn’t answer for a long while. So long that I didn’t think he would even reply. And I was right. He didn’t reply. Instead, he grasped my chin with his hands and then his mouth covered mine.
I g*****d in disappointment when Dylan broke the k**s, but he ignored the protest and lifted me into his arms. He lowered me on the bed and leaned over me. He kissed my l*p again.
“You make me happy in a way no one else can.” He whispered.
Dylan continued to drive me wild with his mouth, his tongue, his teeth as he nibbled on my bottom l*p before sucking on it. His hands travelled down the bumps of my spine, callused fingers snaking beneath the hem of my shirt.
I shivered as he began sliding the material up, those strong hands caressing my stomach, moving closer and closer to the undersides of my breasts.
“Ready for this?”
“Yes, but—”
I didn’t get to finish my sentence, because the next thing I knew, he yanked his T-shirt over his head and tossed it aside, then shoved his sweatpants down his legs.
I gaped at him, my heart pounding even harder. My gaze darted around like a pinball, unable to land on one particular spot. Every inch of him was pure perfection, from his smooth, tanned skin to his tight six-pack, from the muscular thighs dusted with golden hair to the unmistakable e******n beneath his black boxer briefs.
At the speed of events, I didn’t even notice that I was already naked.
The warmth of his mouth surrounded that swollen bud as he suckled on it, sending shockwaves of pleasure through my system. It felt so good I almost fell over again, but Dylan gripped my h**s to keep me in place. He made little sounds of happiness as he devoured my womanhood.
He covered my body with him, the weight of him sending a jolt of exhilaration through me, and then his mouth captured mine in a punishing k**s that left me gasping for air. His heavy e******n rested between my legs, but he didn’t thrust it inside me. He just kept kissing me, propping himself up with one arm while his free hand drifted to my chest.
I wasn’t prepared for his first thrust. It was so fast and so deep I gasped in startled delight as my body stretched to accommodate him.
“Dylan!” I felt so much pain. I couldn’t bear it.
“Damn it.” Dylan’s features tensed as if he were trying desperately not to lose control. He eased out a few inches, then slowly slammed right back in, and sure enough, his face took on a tortured expression.
“I’m fine. I’m fine. Move.” I m****d.
Dylan grabbed one of my legs and lifted it to his h*p so he could drive deeper. A moment later we both let out a hoarse g***n and started to come, the heat of his release warming my core right through the latex.
He lay on top of me. I didn’t even feel the weight of him because of what happened.
“You’re mine and I’m yours. It’s official.” He said breathlessly and squeezed my neck.
“You’re mine,” I repeat what it said.
“You’ve got what I need.” He traced the line of my jaw.
