She hurried over to him and sat opposite him before removing her sunglasses and greeting him with a friendly smile, “Mason, how long have you been here? | didn't keep you waiting for too long, did |?”

Shannon eyed him eagerly and whispered carefully, “Do you have the money?” Mason looked at her intently. “I have it.”Shannon was floored.

“Eight hundred million! How did you get it all together?” she expressed incredulously.

She knew that the Browns were more or less on the same level asher family, and it was unlikely that they would have this much money at their disposal. How did he get so much money in such ashort time?

He hadto pawn everything he could and pile it together with all his savings to put together the eight hundred million required.

Shannon no longer pressed him for an answer and smiled sweetly and appreciatively. “Thank you, Mason. Let me thank you onbehalf of my sister as well.”
