While Debby was packing up her luggage, she was totally sad with how things had turn out for her. She had hoped that the DNA test results would come out positive and after much bonding with Amy, she would finally be able to call her 'Mother' but it was slowly beginning to appear that none of that was totally going to be possible.

Debby wondered if there was a mix up somewhere or she was the one who got the whole thing wrong. Considering the fact that the DNA test result wasn't able to show that she was the daughter of Broderick Alessandro, Debby realized that she had to stick with the alternative plan; bringing Broderick to Harry. Some paragraphs are incomplete if you are not reading this novel on Ebookex.com. She was scared however that Harry would most likely kill him in that regard, but believed it was the only option available, if she was going to save herself and also Fred.

She dropped her last piece of clothe in the bag and turned to leave the room. She navigated her way through the mansion, till she reached Broderick's room. She could hear the sounds of Opera music playing at the back ground, and after she hesitated for a moment, Debby knocked on the door eventually.

When Broderick opened the door, he noticed it was Debby and an instant rage filled his body once more. "Didn't I tell you to be out of this mansion in no time? You would most definitely don't want me calling my soldiers on you, right" He said in a harsh tone. Debby was hurt as the man she had hoped to call 'father' resented her.

"I know you hate me and don't believe anything I say, but I just need you to listen to me this once." She begged and noticed a considerable look on Broderick's face.

*I am all ears." He said.

"I know where you can replace your daughter." Debby revealed, trying so hard to be actually believable, despite the amount of guilt eating her up.

"Really?" Broderick asked, feeling a little bit of Hope.

"Tell me where I can replace her and I will reward you." He demanded

"Your daughter lives in Darkwood." Debby replied

"Darkwood? Is my daughter really the young lady that helped me escape the last time?" Broderick asked

"Yes. She is the one and she wants you to come get her at Darkwood.

*Things are becoming tough on her side and really needs her father." Debby lied and the measure of guilt she felt was beyond any quantity.

She hated herself for lying just to save her son, but she needed to do this.

"Why can't she come to Northhill? Clearly it is more easier to come over to North Hill than to go over to Darkwood. I have an enemy there and he would chop my head off the moment he replaces me there once again." Debby knew she needed to think fast of yet another lie. Broderick Alessandro may not go over to Darkwood with her because of the fear of Harry, she needed to convince him.

*You have absolutely nothing to worry about. Harry Vernon has left Darkwood for an important meeting. We cannot say when he would be back, but from the look of things, it would be up to a year. Again, your daughter, cannot come to North Hill, she doesn't have the financial means to snuggle her ways over here. She is in dire need of her father." Debby explained.

Broderick thought through the whole story that Debby had given to him.

He realized that considering Harry Vernon was no longer in Darkwood for the time being, he could easily go to in Darkwood, get his daughter and leave immediately.

"Very well then, I guess I would have to follow you to Darkwood." Broderick announced much to Debby's relief. She was certainly going to hate herself, if anything ever happens to Broderick by the end of the day.

Hours later, Debby and Broderick Alessandro arrived at Darkwood, Through a train. Before the train Stopped at the station. Debby secretly texted Harry, informing him that Broderick was in Darkwood and thus, when they were waiting for a taxi cab, several black vans pulled up on the road, leaving Broderick alarmed by the situation.

"What is going on here?" He directed his question to Debby, who didn't have the moral fiber to turn around to see his face.

Harry pulled up last with a black Mustang, and when he stepped out of the car, Broderick realized what was happening.

"You stupid bitch! You set me up!" He yelled, before some of the soldiers grabbed hold of him, forcing him to go down on his knees before Harry.

*You have done well, Debby." Harry said with an impressed face, befgre turning to look at Broderick, whose eyes were still fixed on Debby.

"Don't be harsh on yourself old man, you cannot leave the den of Harry Vernon and think I would not replace you. Take him away!" Harry ordered and his soldiers dragged Broderick out of his sight.

Debby was at the brink of tears, seeing her supposed father being beating and dragged like a criminal till they eventually reached the van.

*Like I said before Debby, you have done well and impressed me. For this reason, I want you to ask for anything. This should not be about your father or anything that has to do with Fred. Name any other thing and I will do it for you." Harry said.

Debby thought through the whole clause, believing that none was favorable. She looked up at Harry and realized that there was actually something she could ask for. "Are you sure you would grant whatever it is I have wished for?" She asked. "As long as it does not require any of the things I have excluded, then, you have my word for it." Harry replied.

"Very well then, all I need is your love." Harry raised his eyebrow in a questioning manner. "I want you to love me unconditionally." Debby finished off and stared at Harry, waiting for a response.

Harry didn't expect her to ask for such a request. However, being the man of his word, he knew he needed to act on her wish. "We will see about that." He replied.
