Dory didn't understand why.

Opening her eyes wide, Dory asked, "But why uncle? I think it would be a very good thing for Auntie Yesseca to marry that handsome man." Sheldon smiled wryly.

Placing his finger on Dory's forehead, Sheldon asked, "Aren't you a curious little girl."

They had only just met, but she was already asking so many questions.

Dory stuck out her tongue at him.

Dory was a primary school student now. She had very good grades in her class and all the teachers liked her.

She had a very good personality.

She never talked down to the other students, always studied hard and was always polite to everyone.

She was always willing to help her classmates.

If any of them were struggling with their homework, Dory would take some time to help them with it.

That was why all of her classmates liked her, except for Sabrina.

Soon, it was time for her class to elect a class monitor.

Everyone voted for Dory, except for Sabrina, she chose not to vote at all.

Dory was now the class monitor.

With her new role as class monitor and having the support of her classmates, Dory was no longer the same weak-willed and meek little girl she used to be. She was much more confident now.

She would always greet people and talk to them instead of hiding away.

That's why she was so open towards Seldon.

Dory wouldn't have dared to say anything to him if this wasn't the case.

Back at the dining table.

Yesseca felt very awkward.

She was replaceing it a little suffocating having to be alone with Tremaine.

Turns out even after all these years, she couldn't see him as an old friend after all.

Her former lover still had an important place in her after all.

It felt like a thorn, lodged deep into her heart.

She couldn't stay calm around Tremaine.

Things wouldn't be so awkward if Sheldon was around.

At least she could talk to him instead.

But since they were alone together, Yesseca felt trapped.

She stood up.

"I should go and check on Dory."

She made up an excuse to get out of this situation.

She felt panicked and terrified of being alone with Tremaine.

So she made up an excuse to get away.

Just as Yesseca stood up, Dory and Sheldon came back.

Yesseca breathed out a sigh of relief.

With Sheldon and Dory, things weren't so awkward.

But then Dory asked, "Auntie Yesseca, why don't you and that handsome man get married? Don't

you think it's a good idea? I think you

two are good together."

Yesseca was quiet.

Her face flushed red once more.

Tremaine's heart skipped a beat.

"Get married?"

He almost married Yesseca before.

He had everything prepared, a wedding planner, the venue and even the entire procession.

Fate, however, was not kind to them.

Because of Qiana's sudden

appearance and meddling, a

massive misunderstanding

happened between him and

ovel

Yesseca.

Which caused them to break up.

He then tried everything to win her back, but Yesseca couldn't forgive him.

"I don't deserve to marry her. I'm not good enough for her." Tremaine replied bitterly. Yesseca was shocked.

Dory however, was doubtful.

She then asked, "Why do you think that uncle? Is it because your think you're not handsome enough? You are! You're the most handsome man I've ever seen!"

The other man she was with was also good looking, but nowhere near as handsome as him.
