She had worn a gold front Slit Sequin Gown made from glistened gold sequins and fully lined with a soft, stretch jersey. Featuring her body-sculpting fit, a high front split, and a gradually flared skirt with an elegant long trail. The deep V neckline could be adjusted by the self-tie halter strings, allowing for a more or less revealing look as desired. The split ensured that she could walk and move with ease, while the half-open back design subtly exuded sexiness.

Unlike other days, she didn’t wear dark make-up and let the stylish decide everything, and she must admit that the stylist did her work in the best way.

Her hair was curled on the edges, and her face had light make-up on. This was the first time she took several hours of skin treatment instead of doing anything at home.

Taking a deep breath, She finally dialed her mother’s look to show her THIS look. Damn, she missed her badly; there were a lot of things that she wanted to share with her mother except for this look.

While on the other side, Sophia, Caroline’s mother, was guiding what they had to prepare for the dinner. She was feeling tired and all thanks to her horny husband, who had souls in one body. She had just checked the time and was expecting her husband at home any moment.

Leaving the kitchen, she went into the living room and sat on the couch. She had barely sat there when her phone rang, displaying Caroline’s video call.

“Oh My God!!!” She screamed happily and received the call. Finally, the time that her daughter needed had ended. She thought. “Caro.. Prince…” She lost her words when she saw what Caroline was wearing.

“Hello, Mom!!” Caroline thought to talk, seeing her mother in pause mode. “How’re you? I missed you so much. And I’m sorry for talking to you or anyone in the family except Colton all these days. I hope you will forgive me for not talking to you for any reason. And I’m sorry for the other things as well that I did. As for now, I’m just expecting you to forgive me for everything. EVERYTHING.” She stressed on the word ‘everything’ and also repeated it. When Caroline observed that her mother was not moving at all, she spoke further.

“I think there is some network issue.” She muttered with a frown and was about to disconnect the call when Sophia finally spoke.

“The network is fine, sweetie!! It’s just that you look so beautiful that I can’t take my eyes off you.” Sophia said, sighing and smiling widely. Caroline blushed at her compliment.

“Thank you, Mom.”

“Who is he?” Sophia asked the next question; Caroline was taken aback after listening to her mother’s question. Was her face look so obvious that she was in love or something similar to that? “I won’t force you to tell me if you don’t want to. By the way, you have called at the right time; your dad is about to arrive home. He will be surprised to see you like this.”

“Mom, Mom…” Caroline got scared at the mention of her father. “Did you hear what I was saying before?” She asked. “I… I did something because of which you both will get mad at me, especially dad.”

“He looks scary, Princess. But he can never get mad at you; you know that, right?”

“In case, in an exceptional case, if he does get mad at me, then will you support me? I mean, you will have my back, right?”

Sophia couldn’t understand why Caroline was saying that. Why could she do to upset her parents? “Of course, sweetheart! I will stand by your side always. And if your dad will get mad, then I will handle him. You have my words. Now, tell me because you’re scaring me.” Sophia said in concern. “Are you pregnant with your ex-boyfriend’s baby? If yes, don’t worry. We will support you and won’t suggest or force you for abortion.”

“Wait, what?” Caroline’s eyes widened in shock. When the hell did this topic come into the picture? “No, mom. I’m not pregnant.” She quickly removed that doubt about her mother. “Mom…” Taking a deep breath, she continued, “I found my mate, and he is a werewolf. We met in Madrid when I left home to clear my mind from the thoughts of Mark. Even though I wasn’t ready for a relationship, I couldn’t stop myself from giving him a chance. And… mom, he won my heart; he is funny, caring, and damn so loving. So, I fell for him in a flash, within fifteen days, to be exact. And, and mom… he really loves me for me!! He doesn’t have any problem with me wearing black all the time or wearing dark make-up, in short, my goth look. So, he is nothing like any guy I have ever come across.”

“Congratulation, sweetie!! I’m happy that you finally found your soulmate and also love you for YOU.” Sophia said, not understanding why anyone would get mad over this fact. Yeah! It would be hard for Brandon to adjust to the fact that his Princess was finally old enough to become someone else’s woman and also the fact that finally, he had to let his Princess go!!

“Colton is also in Italy, I guess, because of some work. Does he know about your mate?”

“Yes, Mom. Colton is not just got to know him, but he is also staying with us.” Caroline told her, making Sophia shocked because among Colton hated Mark from the button of his heart.

“So, he likes your mate?”

“Yes, Mom. He gave a green flag to Artemis, my mate, a long ago, and now, I think they sort of share a bond of brothers now.”
