Everyone woke up and was now all sitting at the table with eitherpancakes or a coffee in front of them all. I watched as all of my friendsas they all sat talking at one end of that table while Xander, his secondand third spoke to both of his parents about his missing brother and allthe details

I sat on the bench with my legs dangling over the edge and watchedeveryone while I sipped on my hot chocolate. Xaiden sat on his father'slab eating his food. I smile at the two of them and how they wouldinteract with each other.

"That's the thing Xander, know one saw them come or go, it was likethey all just vanished.” Dontae's mum tells Xander, tears where runningdown her face as her mate held her closely to his chest.

Even though Xander was not her blood son she still treated him like hervery own, and it showed even now when they spoke, just how muchthey both cared for each other.

I watched my friends and noticed how all nine of them where staring atme with strange looks on there faces. I smiled at them to hopefully givethem some reassurance that things where okay.

"Maybe a witch was involved.” Sal tells Xander, he frowns at hersuggestion but gives a little nod

"Can a witch go undetected that easily?" he ask her, Kelly looks at Salwho stares at Bree, they all turn to look at him with a sad look andnodded to confirm that it was definitely possible.

"so the rogue Demon king has witches on his side.” Louisa asked a littleshocked.

"Anyone gone rogue is most likely a part of his group, to be honest noone knows for sure exactly what the demon king is." Arrow comments, Ilower my head and look into my cup.

"he’s a hybrid, father's a wolf mother's a witch/ demon.” I tell themwithout staring at any of them.

"And how exactly do you know this?" Xander's father ask with a frown."Because she is the only one to come in contact with him." Sally tellsthem all, I groan at her.

"she saved a baby who's demon mother died, even sent the baby to itsfamily. It wasn't until she almost died a few years later that she realisedwho the rogue king was and what he was. not many people know muchabout him other then he’s a demon.” raising my head I watch Sally asshe stared straight faced at the old king.

I knew it was hard for her to speak about this sort of things as itbrought back memories.

"Sally was a captive for three years before I found her and her sister's,after that they pledged to help me when ever I needed it." I tell them, alook of shock and pity went through everyone.

"Lilly helped save my younger sister, it's why I'm here now...For her."Arrow tells everyone, I smile softly at her.

"How do you suppose we get Dontae back Liliana?" I look at Louisaand give her a soft smile. I knew now it meant our plans would have tochange.

"We take the fight to him, if you all can get people ready to fight I'd liketo leave by tomorrow night.” I jump off the bench and walk around tothe table to stand inbetween everyone.

"He has a big group on his side.” everyone nods and then stand toleave the room. Xaiden tugs my leg to get my attention.

"Mummy what do I do?" He ask in a excited voice. I smile down at himand then pick him up.

"you my baby boy will be playing hide and seek from the bad guys." Itell him, his eyes light up with excitement of having a game.

"Will you spray your bottle on me so I can hide?" I laughed at hiswording.

"Yes I'll spray you with the no scent spray.” he knew the plan once Isprayed the no scent spray, it would last up to four days and then he'dhave to spray again.

for once I was worried that I wouldn't make it back to my baby boy, butI have every intention to fight for him.

"Mummy will daddy be going with you?" I gave him a sad smile, asworry flicks in his eyes.

"Yes baby, but don't you worry cause daddy will be back before youknow it." I kiss his little head, Xaiden's Little arms wrap around my neckin a tight hug.

"You have the angels watching you mummy." before I could sayanything else he jumps out of my arms and runs off, I shake my headwith a small smile on my lips

starting my trek through the house until I came to Xaiden's bedroom.walking into his room I head straight to his cupboard and grab out abag.i packed a few PJ sets along with shorts and a few tops, histoothbrush, shoes and socks. a book to read and colour in.

I knew this would be hard for him but in a way I'm hoping it will teachhim how to stay silent and undetected.

once I had his bag packed and ready to go, I placed it by his door forwhen he would need it. making my way back to the kitchen I could heara few people talking in the lounge room area and decided to head thatway.

"Do you think she will take him back?" I herd Xander ask in a sad voice."I don't know son, to be honest I don't think she will." Came Xander'sfather's reply, I turn to my left at the feel of a present body and noticedLouisa beside me. a soft smile graced her lips, she points towards thekitchen and I follow behind obediently.

"You know when you left Dontae, it broke everyones heart. my sonwent bananas for a month afterwards, if it wasn't for Xander I dare sayhe would have gone on a killing spree.” she laughs at her own wordsand then shakes her head.

"Who knew that the one place you ran to was the one person whosaved everyone else.” I frown at her for a second.

"What do you mean?" I finally ask, her words confused me but alsoentranced me to know more of this story.

"A week after you left Xander came around, Dontae wasn't doing towell mentally then. He and Xander had a full blown fist fight untilDontae caved and broke down in tears. He blames you for everythinguntil Xander told him that there had to of been a good reason for youleaving and if you would return then it was best to let you run free." mymouth had dropped open in shock, they fought over something stupidand then made up. was that what a sibling relationship was like?

"I'm not surprised he would blame me for everything, I just couldn'ttake anymore after loosing the baby." I admit to her, sadness hit usboth as we thought about the past.

"I know my boys both love you dearly and I'm glade your with Xander,but I want you to remember that you have to take care of yourselfbefore everyone else.” I knew what she meant, Louisa had seen me gothrough a lot of bad with being with her son. It was now time for me totake care of what I needed for a change, not just what my son andeveryone else wanted from me.

we said no more as she parted and left me to drink my drink in peace.“I'm coming for your head rogue king." I say out loud with an evil smirkon my face. this would be the last of this evil creature and I was goingto succeed no matter what.
