Xaiden's little body laid limp on the ground with Chrissy standing overhim with an evil glint in her eyes. I couldn't help the scream that left mylips. How in the hell did they replace my baby? what was the bitch going togain from this?

so many thoughts and emotions running through my body.

"She's been on my side all this time.” The rogue king cackles, I look atXander who looks beat and is tightly restrained, beside him is Dontaewho is badly beaten with blood covering his body and his limbs tiedtogether.

"She's the second mate of the werewolf king, why would she side withyou?" I was curious on how she could do this to her own people. Adeep laugh came from behind me.

"She's never been his mate, it was a simple spell and the blood of asiren.” I frown at his words and watch as Chrissy leaves my son andwalks towards us. I watch her every move very closely.

"As long as he stayed away from you he was bound to me.” How couldshe be so vile? what was she to gain from all of this.

"Your a piece of work Chrissy, why would you do that to your ownpeople?” I yell out in frustration, a slight movement behind caught myattention and I hide my surprise and keep my eyes trained on Chrissy."Because Carson is my brother.” I look at her like she’s mad, who thehell was Carson?. The rogue king steps out from behind me and movesto my side to face me. it suddenly clicks what she was saying.

"Well that fucking explains the crazy whore shit." I could not stop thelaughter that escape between my lips. She growls loudly at me, Carsonon the other hand just stands there staring at me.

"I'l show you crazy you slut.” she screams and then throws her openhand at my face, the slap wasn't hard enough to make my head turnonly leaving a sting in its wake. I grin at her, this makes her eyes gowide.

"I hope you know when this is all done, I'm going to kill you for killingmy babies.” her eyes almost bulged out of there sockets, Carson groansbeside us. I silently saw Xaiden crawling towards his father withoutanyone seeing him. I was so proud of him but also worried. I quicklylook at Xander who has his eyes trained on my every move. I tilt myhead to the right and then turn back to Chrissy, hopefully heunderstood what I was trying to say.

"You know I never new you where pregnant the first time but I'm gladeyour baby died painfully, and the second one..." she grins at me.

"Now that was fun to execute, you should have seen your sorry face.”she starts to giggle which grates my nerves.

"Chrissy not now, right let's get on with it." I stare at him.

"Choose which one dies and which one lives." I just keep staring at himtrying to bide us some time.

"He means will you kill your destined or chosen” I glare at her, damnshe was a stupid bitch most days.

"Why kill either of your intending on taking me with you?" I questionCarson, his red eyes glow brighter as an evil smile spreads across hisface.

"Because it will entertain me deeply.” was his simple remark, I roll myeyes at him.

"And I refuse to choose one." I reply, if we keep this up we would justbe going back and forward over the same shit and still not gettinganywhere.

"Okay tell me where the angle is and I'll let them both go.” I raise abrow at his words and then I shrug as a reply, to be honest I hadn't aclue where Gabriel was.

"Don't lie, you know exactly where he is you lying bitch.” Another slaplands on my cheek, taking a deep breath in I finally answer them.

"Look I haven't seen him since the day I helped him escape, if hedoesn't want to be found then he's going to stay hidden no matterwhat." it was like talking to children who still couldn't comprehend whatI was saying to them.

"your bound to him, how can you not know where he is?" Carsondemands and slaps my face again. I growl at him and Chrissy decides topunch my stomach for it.

"kill the mates.” Carson yells out before picking my body up andtossing me onto his shoulder like a bag of potatoes.

"No leave them alone.” I scream, managing to lift my head high enoughto see them. two males stand at there backs with knifes in each of therehands. both males stare up at me with worry in there eyes, I wasn't sureexactly what they where worried about. was it there deaths or the fact Iwas being taken away? I would never know as there body's disappearfrom my view.

I didn't even see where Xaiden crawled off too, had everyone else beenbeaten too? had we failed our mission? I could feel the energy startingto drain from my body.

suddenly a loud road echoes through the woods making the tree shakefrom the sheer strength. I smiled as I knew exactly who that roarbelonged to, it was a promise of what's to come.
