Rocky's fists clenched as he listened to Alyssa. If he really wanted to do it, he would not hesitate.However, Alyssa's change was too sudden, and it confused him. Something felt wrong, but hecouldn't quite figure out what it was.

"If you don't kill me now, I will definitely kill you!" Alyssa called out as soon as she saw Rocky leave.But her threat didn't affect Rocky. He walked away without sparing her a second glance.

Alyssa's shoulders drooped, and the spark in her eyes died. She muttered to herself, "Don’t blameme!"

Meanwhile, Alston was delighted to learn that Alyssa had succeeded in her plan to ambush Lanceand cause his death out of serious injury. As he was the West United Army's Commander in Chief,Lance's severe injuries and subsequent death left the army leaderless. Their morale was greatlyaffected as if they had seriously come under attack. Alston believed if they continued to chase thesurvivors, they might destroy the West United Army completely.
