"So, we're not going to chase them?" the commander confusedly asked.

"Well, if we don't chase them, they will have a chance to regain their strength. We are already shorton our soldiers too. So, itwas completely within his expectation that Alyssa would come after them. Besides that, he was surethat Alyssa was the perfect bait. The enemy's major forces would come if the ambush of the SouthUnited Army were prevented.

Yet, the smart Alyssa didn't realize that she missed one important thing. Rocky was also a bait. Hisreal purpose was to lure out the enemy's remaining forces and let Marcia take the opportunity toattack and seize the enemy's military camp.

Of course, what Rocky did was putting himself in a dangerous situation. He had less than tenthousand soldiers left, while the enemy was almost in full force with at least twenty thousandsoldiers. "I don't care about that. I still need to try,” Alyssa answered without showing any fear. She was notonly not afraid, but also anxious as she waited for Marcia and the rest of the South United Army toshow up. In this way, she would at least have a chance to fight against the South United Army to theend.

"It's really a pity that you are not smart enough. I think there must be more than twenty thousandsoldiers behind you, ready to launch a surprise attack at any time. The twenty thousand soldiersshould be almost all of your soldiers.
