Chapter 1395 An Abrupt Appearance

"You idiots! I'll destroy you all! By the time I'm done, none of you will be alive!" Wraith KingSebastian screamed like a madman as he witnessed the sea of people rushing towards Rocky tohelp him.

Soon after, the king morphed into a ghost-like shadow. Whatever was in his way was killed instantly.It was a merciless slaughter.

But even then, no one took a step back. They all stood their ground to block the king.

The trio—Rocky, Marcia, and Alyssa—sighed with gratitude when they witnessed the scene.

Not long after, the deaths and injuries rose. It appeared the mad king's deadly, god-like descentupon them was unstoppable.

The Divine Spiritual Source that enveloped the trio suddenly surged. It looked as though it was nearits limit and could soon be used by the three to their advantage.

"Everybody, run!" Rocky shouted.

"Let's go!" Bart commanded and quickly rushed away with Bryant, the latter seriously injured.

The spiritual race beings grabbed Isis and the other humans as fast as they could beforedisappearing in the blink of an eye.

Only the trio was left. The violent king immediately launched his first attack which was strong, darkand began to rush towards the three at an inhumane speed. Meanwhile, the Divine SpiritualSource's power was moments away from reaching its peak.

But it appeared the source wouldn't make it in time as the Wraith King Sebastian's powerful attackinched closer with each second. Without warning, a fire shadow appeared in front of the trio.Although it looked hurt, it did its best to defend them without hesitation.

It was Uriah!

Almost the same instant, the king's attack struck its body.

"Uriah! No!" Rocky was furious upon seeing the Dark King Mace's power pierce through Uriah.Uriah let out a deafening howl. The flame that once surged around its body gradually dimmed, likea candle’s flame about to go out. In the end, its body succumbed to the attack and dissipated intoashes.

Because Rocky failed to repair Uriah's defective gene in time, its life expectancy was cut short. Thebeast struggled during its previous battle. Despite this, it wanted to fight side by side with Rocky.Although he knew that Uriah would be gone sooner or later, Rocky had managed to form a deepconnection with the beast. Seeing it die and disappear into thin air in front of him felt like a hot,sharp knife had been rammed through his chest and pierced his heart.

Robin. Ken. Uriah. They were all gone now. The great loss of life left Rocky at a loss for words. Hefound it hard to endure the shattering blow.

"Wraith King Sebastian!" Rocky called out, eyes furious with rage. As he rushed towards the kingalone, the Divine Spiritual Source had just reached its maximum power.

Meanwhile, Marcia and Alyssa landed on the ground. They appeared to be exhausted and losingstrength.

The king cackled maniacally as Rocky hurried towards him with the source. He thought that therewas no way a man like him could ever come close to his power. He wouldn't allow himself to bedefeated so easily.

Then, the king suddenly raised his Dark King Mace high above his head. An ominous column of darkpower soared from it and into the sky where it began to spread quickly. Everything within a fewthousand meters was shrouded by it. The earth and sky shook as the king's power source was nearlyfilled.

The two forces collided with each other loudly and violently in the blink of an eye. The groundtrembled violently before collapsing in on itself. The entirety of the once glorious Palace City hadnow been reduced to ruins.

The sky above Imperial City burst into blinding light like that of the blazing sun which thenenveloped the entire city. Countless buildings toppled and turned into rubble. It looked as thoughthe city had completely vanished.

Thousands of flowers withered; the water dried up; mountains crumbled, and creatures disappearedwithin ten thousand meters from where the forces collided. It looked as if the once bountiful earthand all its resources were gone.

Suddenly a dazzling, gold light as bright as a star appeared. It continued to grow until it completelyenveloped both the Palace City and the Imperial City. The creatures that disappeared earlier hadnow returned.

Everything was at peace once more, as if the earlier disaster had never occurred

At the center of the Palace City, which was completely razed to the ground, two figures faced eachother.

Beneath the dust, countless figures crawled out in all directions. They were lucky enough to havesurvived the aftermath of the impact from earlier.

Marcia and Alyssa were safe and sound in the golden light too and weren't far away from Rocky. Itwas Lena who protected them. Earlier, she was tied to the altar but due to the impact, the altar wasdamaged and she managed to break free.

One of the two figures that stood in the center of the Palace City moved slightly before halfkneeling to the ground.

"Basil..." Terrified, the three women began to rush towards him.

But then, the figure in front of Rocky suddenly collapsed. The expression on his face was full ofresentment.

"Fortunately, you haven't fully regenerated yet. No matter how strong you get, you'll never be fullyreborn without your real body!" Rocky gazed at the Wraith King Sebastian who still lay on theground in front of him.

"So what? I'm immortal. There's nothing you can do to stop me!" the king sneered.

"Maybe. But I'll certainly seal you!" As Rocky spoke and walked towards the king, he was trembling.He looked like he was having difficulty standing upright. In fact, he was suffering from a splittingheadache that slowly began to push him to the brink of unconsciousness. His memories soonbecame foggy. He needed to restrain the daft king with the Divine Spiritual Source as soon aspossible.

Just as Rocky was about to detain him on the spot, he suddenly felt a powerful chill fall from the sky.It quickly held him in its icy grip.

Once he came back to his senses, Rocky found himself immobilized. He had released his powersource earlier once and now it reached its limit. Therefore, he was unable to break free of the frost'sgrasp.

Marcia and the other two women could sense that something was wrong. Before they could takeaction, however, an icy and delicate figure abruptly appeared.

"The Ice Queen..." Rocky recognized the figure the moment he laid eyes on her. He never expectedher to appear at that time.
