The long-lasting battle left the King Realm warriors in both the yellow and white teams gasping forbreath. They didn't have enough strength left to fight back against the two high-level spiritualbeasts.

It only took a few moments for both teams to suffer heavy losses. The warriors were losing theirground.

"Damn it!" The captains cussed as they saw what was happening to their troops.

"I think it's better if we retreat. Let's just think it over later,” Carver suggested.

"No, this is impossible. I can't believe I can't kill this spiritual beast,” Drake said in a defeated tone.He seemed to have lost all his confidence.

"Don't act hastily! Maybe if we retreat, the two spiritual beasts will end up fighting each other. Wewill surely benefit from that,” Carver said in a stern tone.

"Well..." Drake hesitated to agree.

"We have to retreat first. Look at how many people we lost!" Carver didn't want to take no for ananswer.

"Okay, fine!" Drake finally agreed, albeit he felt a bit forced.

The two captains wasted no more time and immediately led their teams to safety.

As the teams hurried to escape, Rocky hid in the darkness with a bone flute on hand.

The girl he met last time reminded him of some things, making him come up with a new way to usehis Mysterious Beast Transformation Skill. He could only use the skill at close range before, so hehad little to no opportunity to use it without putting himself in danger most of the time. But byusing the flute, it was now possible for him to use the technique from a distance. However, it was noeasy task to integrate the Mysterious Beast Transformation Skill into the sound of the flute.

He wished himself good luck before blowing into the instrument. Luckily for him, as soon as the twospiritual beasts heard it, they began attacking each other.

The two teams couldn't believe what they were seeing. It was as if someone heard their prayers andgranted their wish.

The ensuing chaos between the two beasts gave them more time to save their people.

Meanwhile, Rocky joined Carla and the others as soon as possible.

"Are you finished?" Carla immediately asked.

"Of course. But next time, I need the assistance of the red team. The moment the two spiritualbeasts become exhausted, we need to step in and defeat them both at the same time," Rocky said."At the same time?" Carla was stunned.

"That's right. This is the only way we can obtain the two items without giving the other teams achance to steal them." He already had a plan laid out.

"Wow, I have to admit, you're so smart.” Carla didn't expect that Rocky had already planned theirevery move. "But... are you confident it will work?" she asked.

"Who knows?" Rocky shrugged with a grin.

"Then, when are we going to make our move?" asked Carla, unfazed by his lack of confidence."We'll wait until the other teams make their move.”

"Okay." Carla nodded and immediately turned around to give orders to the members of the redteam.

It was only a matter of time before the other teams made their moves.

Six hours later, the two spiritual beasts were rendered exhausted.

The yellow and white team darted off as soon as they saw that. They were more than eager to killthe two beasts and get their rewards.

Just as they were about to charge, the red team appeared out of the blue to block their way."Sorry, but we'll be the ones taking both of them," Carla declared as she stood straight with anintimidating expression, making it clear to the other teams that there was no way they were goingto get past her.

"Are you kidding me? How could you possibly stop us?" That struck Drake's nerves since the redteam had already defeated them last time.

"Honestly, I don't know. But how about we give it a try?" Carla bit back, provoking him intoattacking.

"Go and teach them a good lesson. I'll go get the task objects,” Drake ordered his men.

"I'll go too,"

Carver chimed in. Without wasting any more time, they rushed forward towards the toweringbeasts.

Carla's brave antics were enough to intimidate the captains of both the yellow and white team. Noone wanted to fight her because of how powerful she truly was. They stood no chance against her inan even battle.

The last thing the two wanted was to fight her, and so, they both jolted past Carla knowing that shecould only stop one of them. However, they were mindful of letting the other one get the taskobjects.

Carla was well aware that Carver was a little weaker than Drake. Therefore, she decided to stopDrake and let Carver go.

"You brat..." Drake's face twitched in anger when he saw Carla in front of him. He thought that shewould definitely fight Carver because he was weaker.

"Now, let's see who's going to win," Carla said as she switched her stance.

Drake gritted his teeth. He knew he had no other choice but to fight her if he wanted to win.Meanwhile Carver easily found himself approaching the two spiritual beasts. Now that the twobeasts were exhausted, their auras were much weaker than before.

"Ha-ha! If I can get my hands on these two objects, our team will win!" Carver let out a triumphantlaugh.

Suddenly, Carver heard a weak voice beside him.Carver's heart jumped as he saw Rocky suddenly appear beside him, but he immediately regainedhis composure as soon as he sensed that Rocky's aura was very weak. No one should talk ill to him like that.When the disciples saw Carver fighting Rocky, they looked at each other in surprise. They knew thatRocky was no match for Carver.

The cloud and mist quickly surrounded Rocky, causing him to lose track of his opponent.

The disciples cheered and roared triumphantly as if the battle result had already been decided.
