"I see. How can we make them recognize us then? We've never practiced any cultivation methods ofthe spiritual race, and the spiritual root is unique to them. Even if we have been proven to havespiritual roots in the test, it probably won't be the same as theirs, right?" Vivian commented. She feltconfused and hesitant.

"Actually, the so-called spiritual root of the spiritual race is a kind of potential. You can think of it astheir version of the innate demonizing ability of the Shura Race. They're all born with creatures. Ifyou release your power, the Earth Monsters will be able to sense the existence of your spiritual rootsince you were also born with it," Rocky enlightened.

"That's all we need to do now? That's easy!" Vivian exclaimed as she finally figured it out.

"That's right. So, who's going to do it, you or me?" Rocky smiled as though he just challengedVivian.

"I got this. You must've been badly hurt from when you made me hit you uninhibited earlier. Justtake a rest and let me force them out."

Before she could even finish talking, Vivian released her martial spirit at the God Realm and swiftlyshowed her true strength. In a flash, an aura with mixed characteristics of deity and demon burstout of her delicate body and instantly pervaded the entire cave.

The overwhelming aura shook the whole cave.

The sudden disturbance inside the cave alarmed the people outside who were standing guard.Although they had no idea why the cave was shaking, they knew something terrible was happening."Go and inform the young master right away!" the Spiritual King in the lead hurriedly ordered.Meanwhile, after Vivian released her violent power, strange screams echoed from the depths of thecave. It sounded as though they were in panic.

"You did it!" As Rocky observed the scene, he hinted to Vivian that their plan worked.

Vivian then restrained her strength and slowly calmed down.

"Please forgive our rudeness! We came here to take out the holy treasure at the order of our youngmaster. Please help us replace it," Rocky expressed politely.

After a moment, a white-haired ape slowly appeared in front of Rocky and Vivian.

"Um, are you the Earth Monster?" Rocky was somewhat surprised to see the white-haired ape. Hehad thought that the Earth Monster would be some kind of a violent evil spirit, but he did notexpect it to look so ordinary.

The Earth Monster did not say anything. Instead, it looked at Rocky and waved.

"Come on. Let's follow it," Rocky urged Vivian as he understood what the Earth Monster meant.They walked behind the white-haired ape and found themselves deep into the cave.

Although there was no light inside the cave, they could still vaguely tell which direction they weregoing. They walked for a while until they finally made a few turns. All of a sudden, a dazzling greenlight shot in front of them.

They quickly squinted their eyes and gradually opened them as they adapted to the bright greenlight.

When they tried to take a closer look, they found themselves in astonishment. As it turned out, thegreen light was emitting from a piece of emerald green bamboo.

It was, by all means, the holy treasure of the Wankong Clan.

"Huh? What kind of holy treasure is this? It's nothing out of the ordinary!" Vivian could not help butmutter under her breath.

Nonetheless, she focused on completing the task. She did not care that this bamboo did not looklike a holy treasure at all, so she went straight ahead and aimed to grab it.

However, Rocky had different ideas. The more he thought about it, the more he felt that somethingwas off. Out of impulse, he shouted at Vivian, "Don't touch it!"

Unfortunately, it was too late. As soon as Vivian touched the emerald green bamboo, a strong,green light swiftly bounced back. It bound her hands and feet that kept her from being able tomove at all.

"This holy treasure must be good at sealing powers and constraining others. It even managed torestrain Vivian's power so easily. I guess this holy treasure wasn't as ordinary as it seemed..." Rockydeftly surmised.

In spite of that, he remembered that the young master of the Wankong Clan asked them to comeinto this cave and take it, so he must have thought that one of them could obtain it.

Rocky thought it should be him.

He then walked forward without any hint of hesitation and reached out his hand to the emeraldgreen bamboo.

"Stop! Don't do that!" Vivian was worried that Rocky might suffer the same fate as her.

The moment Rocky touched the green bamboo, it briskly flashed. Before he realized it, the bamboohad already turned into a green bracelet and wrapped around his wrist.

At the same time, the power that had been binding Vivian vanished. The darkness before them alsodispersed, revealing the true face of their surroundings.

Apparently, no maze or hindrances could have existed in this cave, as they were actually in a placeof worship all this time. What Rocky and Vivian had experienced was actually an illusion caused bysome spiritual skill.

They eventually saw twelve identical Earth Monsters surrounding them, either hanging or swingingall over the place.

They came forward, and then suddenly, all twelve of them knelt down in front of Rocky.

"Let's go," Rocky called Vivian. They quickly went back to the entrance of the cave under thewatchful eyes of the public.

Following the strange movement in the cave, the spiritual skill that had sealed the cave was lifted.Because of this, the guards felt compelled to relay the news to the young master.Consequently, just as Rocky and Vivian made it out of the cave, the young master arrived with someof his attendants.

The young master was stunned when he saw Rocky and Vivian. However, as soon as his eyes fell onthe emerald green bracelet on Rocky's wrist, his face immediately lit up. He had no doubts thatRocky would obtain the holy treasure of their clan.

"Leave us!" the young master instructed his followers.

Everyone hurriedly stepped aside.

"Young master, this is the holy treasure you asked for, right?" Rocky walked up to the young masteras soon as he saw him. He raised his right hand and pointed at the green bracelet.

"Precisely."

"Alright, let me take it off," Rocky acknowledged. As he was about to remove the bracelet, itsuddenly shrank and wrapped itself more closely around his wrist. There was no way he could take itoff.

"It seems that it wants to stay with you. It must have recognized you as its master,” the youngmaster remarked, completely unsurprised.

"As master? But I didn't do anything. Can it be so intelligent?" Rocky was truly curious. After all, onlyintelligent treasures could directly recognize someone as their master.
