Chapter 464 Stuck In A Dilemma

At this critical juncture, the Rainbow Glow Unicorn didn't run away as Rocky intended, but jumped infront of Rocky.

Suddenly the body of the Rainbow Glow Unicorn radiated an intense light with a riot of colors,which brightened the air. In the wake of the appearance of that bright light, Rocky felt as if time hadsuddenly come to a halt. He noticed that there was a small cloud of riotous light flashing in betweenthe eyebrows of the Rainbow Glow Unicorn.

Rocky subconsciously reached out his hand and then pressed on that cloud of riotous light.

At the next moment, a glitter broke out between him and the Rainbow Glow Unicorn.

Rocky felt a strong spate of spiritual energy rushing into his body and blending up with him. As hecame back to earth, he found that his body became transparent and the Rainbow Glow Unicornstanding in front of him was also transparent, but its body shape was clearly visible to Rocky.

"Is it..." Rocky suddenly realized something was wrong and he looked quite shocked.

At that moment, the huge palm of the bear was just less than half a meter away from Rocky and theRainbow Glow Unicorn.

Rocky looked determined as he suddenly released his power, holding the Frozen Wind Dagger in hisleft hand and the Dragon Spirit Mark emerging from his left arm. This turned into several dragonpatterns which twirled around his arm. The whole arm was covered by a black light and an intenseevil spiritual power shot out from it.

Subsequently, Rocky held his thick left arm above his head and then without batting an eye, heconfronted the huge palm.

Bang!

A resounding sound was produced which could be heard clearly from hundreds of miles away,startling the wild spirit-manipulated beasts in the neighborhood who then scattered in all directionsin fear.

Within over ten meters around Rocky, a strong wave of sand was dashed by this move and surgedupwards. The ground sank by about half a meter, leaving a huge crack.

Rocky's face turned pale as he resisted the huge palm of the irritated bear. He spat a little blood butmanaged to survive the attack from the bear.

The power that could resist this palm was by no means ordinary. Rocky had used the power of theHoly Dragon Bead which nullified the overwhelming force from the attack of the palm.

Rocky after letting out a loud growl, raised his right arm which was less numb and pointed at thehuge palm of the bear to release the energy he had swallowed and attack the palm again.

The bear sensed a strong strand of power dashing towards it. This forced its palm aside and causeda wave of severe pain in it. When it looked back at the sunken ground, Rocky and the Rainbow GlowUnicorn had already disappeared.

The bear looked around angrily and Rubygon and Uriah too were nowhere to be seen, and it wasjust able to see the disorder caused by the fight.

It roared furiously on replaceing its prey disappeared out of the blue. It lingered there for severalseconds before leaving.

As the bear moved some distance forward, Rocky and Rainbow Glow Unicorn who hid on one sideof the cliff showed up.

Rocky heaved a long sigh of relief but still felt a little tense. He looked at the Rainbow Glow Unicorn."You let me share your ability to save me?" Rocky asked the Rainbow Glow Unicorn in shock. Thereason Rocky and the Rainbow Glow Unicorn could disappear was just because he shared theRainbow Glow Unicorn's ability to become invisible. To share its ability when Rocky wasn't themaster of the Rainbow Glow Unicorn and also when their spiritual power was not connectedtogether, seemed impossible, but he was able to do it.

The Rainbow Glow Unicorn roared as an intended response to Rocky.

Rocky was quite astonished and it was something which happened rarely. He managed to share theRainbow Glow Unicorn’s ability of being invisible at that most critical point, and moreover, underthe situation that his and the Rainbow Glow Unicorn’s spiritual power was not connected.

Rocky was unaware of the fact that the higher the rank of the spiritual beast, the stronger would betheir ability and consciousness, including the manipulation of their spiritual source. The RainbowGlow Unicorn was willing to open its spiritual source to share its ability of invisibility with Rocky.

It signified that the Rainbow Glow Unicorn had established a bond with Rocky to some extent. Thisbond, like the connected spiritual power, could let them trust each other in the fatal time.

In other words, Rocky had been the master of the Rainbow Glow Unicorn, though not in thesuperficial form. After this experience, he could share Rainbow Glow Unicorn’s abilities as long as itconsented in the future.

"Uriah and Rubygon are severely injured. We'd better leave here now and replace a safe place to curetheir wounds,” Rocky said to the unicorn. Rocky looked around with quite some fear that the bearwould come back. So he decided to leave the place at once.

After sending the Rainbow Glow Unicorn into the Magic Spiritual Space, Rocky moved forwardalong the cliff and quickly found a damp stone cave covered with moss in the lower part of the cliff.He looked up and down to sense any danger in it. As he found it safe, he entered it and opened theMagic Spiritual Space.

Then Rocky entered the Magic Spiritual Space and checked the injuries on Rubygon and Uriah.Rubygon's right forelimb had been trampled, but luckily it only had a slight fracture. He collectedsome drops of water from under a dripping stone and diluted them with two drops of magical salivabefore applying them on the injuries on Rubygon. Finally, he braced the injured forelimb with sometwigs he had picked up on the way.

Compared to Rubygon, Uriah was injured more seriously. It had a fracture on several parts and therewas a severe accumulation of blood in the tissues. There was also some damage to its spiritualsource.

Taking a tiresome effort, Rocky immediately conducted a surgical operation for Uriah which lastedfor four hours. Luckily, the operation successfully checked any aggravation in Uriah's injuries.However, Uriah was not combat-ready and was in need of a good rest to recover.

After curing Uriah and Rubygon, Rocky left the Magic Spiritual Space and found himself a spot to siton. He started to treat the injury on his right shoulder while recalling the thrilling combat.

The encounter with the bear made him suffer a great loss. But he was lucky enough to survive. Allthanks was to the Rainbow Glow Unicorn. If it weren't for it, the consequence would have beenbeyond imagination.

Uriah and Rubygon were injured. The Myriad Beasts Ground was a dangerous place. If Rocky stayedhere any longer, he might have to encounter more dangers. But if he decided to leave, he would failto accomplish the purpose of this journey.

Rocky was replaceing it hard to make a decision at the moment and was stuck in a dilemma.
