Rebirth of the Prime Dragon Master
Chapter 507 The Secret plan

"Then you should come back to the Crimson Dragon Army with me!" Isis cried. "They can protectyou. It's also extremely risky for you to stay here, with your current condition!" She hadn't thoughtto consider Rocky's safety. Now that she could see how precarious his condition was, she felt a bitworried. She also felt it would be dangerous to leave Rocky in the logistics camp.

"As long as I don't interfere, the Timber Deity Empire won't do anything to me, because they'vealready reached their goal,” Rocky replied. "In fact, during the time on Mount Clouds, the princewithdrawing the array that had trapped us not because he believed that I would betray the CrimsonDragon Army, but it was because he had wanted to take this opportunity to trap the CrimsonDragon Army. Now, the Timber Deity Empire has succeeded. I believe that once they replace out I havebeen relegated to logistics camp, they will probably lower their guard. So, if I lie low for a while, theywill forget about me. Besides, at the moment, I have another master at the Supernal Stage toprotect me," Rocky finished with a shake of his head. In fact, he had already figured out the prince'splans after he saved Isis. However, he had been more worried about Isis’ safety, so he didn't thinktoo much at the time.

"Are you really not going back with me?" Isis pleaded. Seeing Rocky's disposition, she knew that hehad made up his mind--but this didn’t stop her from trying to reason with him.

"You should go back. The Crimson Dragon Army needs you, Deputy Commander in Chief— morethan they need me. It's time for you to go back and lead the troops. Otherwise, the Crimson DragonArmy will be seriously disadvantaged, fighting against Timber Deity Empire!" Rocky dodged thetopic by shaking his head once more.

Judging from Rocky's words, Isis knew he was too stubborn to go back to the Crimson Dragon Armywith her. Her eyes flashed a strange color in anger, but later grew bleak in her helplessness.

"May I ask you another question?" Isis asked, after a long pause.

"This will be a last one." Rocky glanced at her, waiting.

"What do you think about what happened that day...the day you saved me? Do you feel guilty? Ordo you take it nonchalantly, since your goal was to save me...?" Isis asked boldly. However, hercheeks flushed a little. After all, it would take a lot of courage for her to bring up such a topic.Rocky was stunned. He didn't expect Isis would bring up the subject, let alone in this manner. Shehad been quiet about it since it happened, and judging from her behavior, it's as though nothinghad happened between them. Although he always knew that she would definitely mention whathappened that day, he didn't expect that she would be so calm about it, and he didn't senseresentment in her tone.

'ls she pretending to be calm, or does she actually not hate me?' Rocky couldn't help but reactdubiously to Isis* strangely calm disposition. He felt that she should feel some sort of shame or rageor some other strong emotion. After all, he did take her virginity-- even if it solely was for thepurpose of saving her life.

Actually, what Rocky didn't know was that Isis was half conscious when it happened. Moreover, shewas willing to do it with him, which would explain why she could talk about it so nonchalantly, asthere was no hatred towards him. Actually, since the incident, she felt some subtle feelings wellingup inside her.

Rocky's silence seemed to answer her question. "Well, you don't have to answer,” she said softly. "Ialready have the answer."

"I haven't answered you yet, have 1?" Rocky said quickly.

"Take good care of yourself. I'll come for you later. I'll make you come back with me, one way oranother. I won't give up so easily..." With that, she abruptly turned around and walked away.

"This woman..." Looking at Isis" back, Rocky shook his head with a bitter smile. Actually he could donothing for Isis’ persistence. If she kept coming to bother him from time to time, he might be softhearted. Though he knew deep in his heart, he owed a lot to her. This wasn't the first time that hefelt this way for a woman. He recalled he felt this way first with Lena.

Meanwhile, in the Timber Deity Empire camp in the Deity Unicorn Valley, many people gathered inthe commander's tent. Among those present included Alyssa, Woods, and many Timber DeityEmpire commanders. Also present was a burly man, garbed in a Crimson Dragon Army robe.

"You did great this time. You've worked hard these past few years," Alyssa said to the strapping man, with a sly smile.

The large man went by the name, Dunn.

"As long as I can work for you, I will do anything for you— no matter how dangerous it is. I amindebted to you. Without Your Royal Highness, I'm afraid I'd still be an inconspicuous disciple of theSima Clan," Dunn saluted

"You were able to tolerate humiliation in the Crimson Dragon Army for many years. Your abilitieshave already been proven. From now on, you are officially a Commander of the Timber DeityEmpire. I'll put an army of 3000 people under your command. After defeating the Holy DragonEmpire, I'll reward you for all the meritorious deeds you've contributed over the past years. I won'ttreat you shabbily!" Alyssa nodded with a flourish.

"Thank you, Your Royal Highness," Dunn raised his head and said, "After I pretended to be injuredand went back to the main camp of Crimson Dragon Army, I heard that Rocky was relegated tologistics camp and removed the position of Crimson Dragon Army Elite Commander. It seems thathe won't be helping the Crimson Dragon Army anytime soon."

"Brother, you seem to have succeeded in your plan.” Alyssa immediately turned to Woods, a shrewdlook on her face.

"Didn't you blame me for sending the tiger back to the mountains?" Woods looked at Alyssasmilingly. After she heard that he released Rocky and Isis, she thought they were releasing the tigerback to the mountains. She didn’t know it was a plan until Woods told her the truth.

"You didn't tell me your plan! If you told me in advance, how could I have blamed you?" Alyssareplied sulkily. She looked at Woods reproachfully.

"Now that Rocky has been wronged by Lance, he must be full of resentment. It's doubtful he'dcontinue to help the Crimson Dragon Army after what happened. This is a great opportunity for us. Ican try to draw him over to my side. I'm going to see him..." Woods said confidently. It was obviousthat Woods was dead set on getting Rocky to join him.
