Rebirth of the Prime Dragon Master
Chapter 511 Matter Of Principle

"You seem to be quite familiar with this forest..." Sabina said softly as she watched Rocky waltz freelyin the forest without hesitation. She figured he must have known the forest like the back of hishand, as he easily avoided running into spirit-manipulated beasts.

"Of course!" he answered cheerfully. "I could navigate this forest with my eyes closed," he said withtwinkle in his eye.

Sabina glanced at Rocky dubiously. Upon locking eyes with her and seeing her doubtful expression,Rocky threw his head back and laughed.

They continued to walk for about an hour.

"It should be around here,” Rocky said as he stopped abruptly.

"What do you mean?" Sabina scanned their surroundings, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. With a mischievous smile, Rocky summoned Uriah from the Magic Spiritual Space. He then reachedinto his bag, and pulled out a bottle containing magical saliva. He gingerly loosened the cap on thebottle and then darted off, leaving Uriah with the opened bottle.

Soon after, roars from beasts nearby thundered throughout the forest. So thunderous was theiranimal cry, the very trees of the forest seemed to quake in fear.

Eyebrows knitted, Sabina suddenly noticed a scent in the air-- then, 20 to 30 wild spirit-manipulatedbeasts gathered before them. She couldn't hide her shock, wondering how so many beasts couldmaterialize all at once. Of course, she didn't know that the magical saliva actually had fatal attractionproperties. No spirit-manipulated beast could refuse it; even the Dark Heaven Insects couldn'tescape from its tantalizing scent.

At this point, Uriah had returned, followed closely by a group of two-star and three-star wild spirit-manipulated beasts— at least thirty in total, all fierce, forming quite the spectacular scene.

Even an ordinary spirit manipulator of the Earthly Stage would be scared to bits!

But before Rocky and Sabina, these spirit-manipulated beasts didn't pose a threat.

"Let's race to see who can disable the most beasts without getting them killed. The loser gets tocook dinner tonight..." Rocky jabbed playfully at Sabina.

"Why should I race with you?" With one eyebrow raised, Sabina wasn't having any of it. She shotRocky a cold glance.

"I think you are afraid of losing!" Rocky teased provokingly.

"Just you..." sinking her teeth into the bait, Sabina sneered.

"Let's begin then.” Rocky smiled and abruptly turned to face the beasts that were stampedingtowards him.

Without so much as a flinch, Sabina immediately followed suit, and the two figures were seenrushing into the crowd of beasts.

"I've got one!” Although it was just a weak two-star wild spirit-manipulated beast, Rocky was quickenough to knock it out unconscious in one hit.

As soon as the words left his mouth, a beast fell cold to his feet. Although it was unmoving, it wasevidently still alive. He looked up in surprise, only to see Sabina smirking at him with a raised fist.Rocky smiled and went on working.

Two hours later, both Rocky and Sabina eyed the last wild spirit-manipulated beast.

"Now, we each beat ten beasts. This is the last one,” Rocky pointed at the wild beast. “The one whogets it wins!" Rocky shouted, with a mischievous smile plastered on his face.

Sabina shot Rocky an annoyed glance, but rushed to the beast anyway. Rocky, on the other hand, didn't move an inch. He stood there, and watched intently as Sabina knocked down the spirit-manipulated beast.

Sabina looked up in surprise, locking eyes with Rocky. "Why didn’t you move?"

"I will cook for you tonight,” Rocky replied with a sheepish smile.

Sabina was stunned. She quickly snapped out of it, realizing Rocky tricked her into helping himfreely. Her eyes widened in fury; she looked like she wanted to eat him alive.

"Now I'll do my job. You can rest a little.” Rocky began to use the three kinds of Beast EvaluationSkills, which would aid in identifying the half-dead wild spirit-manipulated beasts on the ground. Ifdeemed worthy, the beast would be sent directly into the Magical Spiritual Space.

When Rocky was almost done with his work, it was already dark out, as night crept unto the forest. As he was about to sigh from exhaustion, a tantalizing smell of grilled meat danced around his nose.Rocky immediately turned around to replace that Sabina had hunted and cooked a spirit-manipulatedbeast the size of a rabbit. In the time he had been working, she had managed to pluck the fur offand gut the beast, and cooked it over a crackling fire.

"It smells so good!" Rocky salivated and hustled to her side. He immediately proceeded to happilyrip a hind leg off the cooked beast, releasing a delicious aroma into the air.

"Did I allow you to eat?” said a cold voice.

"Don’t be so stingy, we're good friends!" said Rocky dismissively, as he eagerly chewed his food. Infact, he hadn't eaten physical food in a long time. Since he was an Earthly Stage spirit manipulator,as long as he cultivated regularly, he had no need for food.

"What a shameless guy!" Sabina cried in an annoyed tone.

"I won't eat your food with nothing in exchange,” Rocky said smugly as he took out a little bottlefrom his bag and tossed it to Sabina.

Upon catching the bottle, Sabina glanced at it. "What is this?"

"This is a gift for you. There are ten drops of magical saliva. You have seen the miracle liquid and itsabilities,” said Rocky as he kept eating.

"Ten drops?" Sabina's eyes lit up. She now realized the true value of this miracle liquid. She knewthis would be extremely useful to any spirit manipulator. And yet, Rocky gave her ten drops as a gift.Of course, if Sabina knew that Rocky had been taking the miracle liquid every day for a while now,her reaction would've been different.

"Why did you give me such a precious gift?" Sabina asked, confusedly.

"Precious?" Rocky shook his head with a smile. To him, the magical saliva was easy to replenish, soto him, this was nothing special.

"You saved me twice!" Rocky paused to think, then responded.

"I don't need that." As much as Sabina wanted to take the previous bottle, she was a woman ofprinciple. She refused to accept an item so valuable that easily.

"If you don't need it, just throw it,” Rocky said nonchalantly. "I never take back what I have given.Thank you for cooking dinner.” Rocky stood up and walked to a relatively secluded spot in theforest. He then sat cross-legged, closed his eyes, and began the process of cultivation.

Sabina watched him leave, too dumbfounded to speak. Thoughts raced across her stunned mind.Tightening her grasp on the bottle of precious magical saliva, there was a twinkle in her eye.
