At this moment, no one knew what happened. It seemed as though everyone forgot that their liveswere in danger. Rocky's strange change attracted their attention as well.

He also seemed to be afraid of thecherry blossoms which protected Rocky, so he didn't move forward.

Upon hearing his words, the spirit manipulators including Erica and Sabina were shocked to knowthat the treasure they were fighting for belonged to the Dark Lord. He was the Sea Blue MagicJade's master and it meant that it'd be impossible for anyone else to possess it.

Everyone present felt that all Rocky had done was now useless. What the Dark Lord had just saidwas right. No human spirit manipulator stood a chance against a member of the spiritual race. Evenif the Dark Lord didn't exert too much effort, his power would still be equivalent to that of a humanspirit manipulator at the Divine Stage.

On top of that, the spirit manipulators at the Divine Stage were known to be extremely formidablein the Wild Spirit Land, only second to the several spirit manipulators at the Immortal Stage.

It was hopeless to believe that Rocky had a chance at retrieving the Sea Blue Magic Jade andclaiming ownership over it from the Dark Lord. Only a miracle could make that happen.

With each passing moment, the evil spiritual power within Rocky began to wane as it was beingsucked out by the Sea Blue Magic Jade. The jade was relentless, some might even say unsatisfied, asit continued to absorb the limited power from him.

Rocky had already driven his power to its limit. However, it was still not enough to make the SeaBlue Magic Jade accept him as its master.

"You really don't know when to give up, do you, brat?" the Dark Lord sneered with disdain as heobserved the spiritual power that Rocky released easily sucked up by the Sea Blue Magic Jade. In hiseyes, all that Rocky had done was in vain.

However, the Dark Lord still had some scruples, because he knew that someone protected Rockynow and seemed not to let Rocky be hurt by him. He also knew who this person was, but he didn'tunderstand why that person wanted to protect Rocky.

But the Dark Lord was confident in his power over the Sea Blue Magic Jade. Being its rightfulmaster, he knew that it would always return to him. There was no reason to try and take it awayfrom Rocky.

Looking up at the Dark Lord, Rocky's eyes were cold and paired with a calm yet unnervingly evilexpression. Due to the influence of the evil spiritual power, his whole body began to morph intosomething similar to an evil god with a strong aura emanating all around him.

This worried Sabina slightly. It reminded her of when she witnessed what Rocky had turned into lasttime at the Hippo Land. She hoped this wouldn't be a repeat of that moment.

As for the other spirit manipulators, they were staring at Rocky in shock. They didn't understandwhat happened, but they did know that right now he was quite intimidating.

"His aura looks strange. It doesn't look normal for a spirit manipulator. Also, I've never seen aspiritual power with such color before..." Erica muttered as she stared in awe at Rocky.

"I'll strike a deal with you, boy. If you give the Sea Blue Magic Jade back to me, I'll spare your lifeand forgive you for all that you've done to disrespect me," the Dark Lord magnanimously offered toRocky.

Upon hearing the Dark Lord's proposal, he fixed his gaze upon the Sea Blue Magic Jade in his hand.Suddenly, words spoken by a familiar voice bounced around in his head. Immediately, heremembered and finally understood.

Rocky suddenly opened his eyes wide. The next moment, he slowly relaxed his mind, leaving hisbody and mind in a strong influence of the evil spiritual power. Under the influence of the evilspiritual power, the third layer of the seal in his body began to break and the Holy Dragon Bead'sevil spiritual power, much more berserk than that from the second layer, overflowed and filled hisbody crazily.

Instantly, the black spiritual power that wrapped Rocky increased. The breaking third layer of sealnow released a darker, more evil spiritual power that filled his body completely.

Everyone was shocked to see Rocky's sudden release of an even mightier power than the one hedisplayed earlier.

This startled everyone, including the Dark Lord whose eyes now grew wide in dismay.

As the spiritual power from the seal's third layer continued to rush out, Rocky felt himself losing hismind. His present body and strength weren't enough to withstand the power of the seal’s secondlayer, let alone the third layer's power. What he did was extremely risky.

However, the Sea Blue Magic Jade had no problem absorbing all forms of spiritual power regardlessof strength. The power that emanated from Rocky was once again absorbed by the stone.

At the same time, the Sea Blue Magic Jade began to deepen in hue along with a glow that wentback and forth between dim and bright.

While the Dark Lord was seeing this, his expression quickly changed. He rushed towards Rocky, andseveral beams of green light were produced with the wave of his hand. These beams then flewtowards the cherry blossoms that protected Rocky.

A series of deafening thuds let out, the lights shot out in all directions, and the spiritual powersurged, which made all the spirit manipulators present constantly retreat. They simply couldn't bearthe impact of the shocking spiritual power.

But after the smoke dissipated, the cherry blossoms were still intact, and Rocky, who was protected,was unhurt.

"Damn it!" The Dark Lord was now livid.

Soon after, an astonishing spiritual light glowed from the Sea Blue Magic Jade in Rocky's hand.Without warning, it shot up into the sky like a rocket and emitted a ray of light similar to the blackflame. It began to spin like a top and grew larger and larger as it began to form new shining lightspots. This was quite odd!
