Chapter 666 Two Kinds Of Spiritual Power

"Why has the seal weakened in just a few days?" Rocky asked Sabina. As far as he knew, the seal hadjust completed. It was too soon for it to weaken.

"This seal is much stronger than the last time that even I can't control it with my power,” Sabinareplied honestly. She was surprised too. Once, she was able to seal Rocky's power with the DragonTwined Wood. This time, however, she could clearly feel Rocky's body resisting her power.

Then, it finally dawned on Rocky. The evil spiritual power was released from the third layer of theseal, unlike the old one which was released at the second layer. The one he now had was muchstronger.

"We don't really have much choice. From now on, you have to use the Dragon Twined Wood toconsolidate the seal,” Sabina said seriously.

"Okay," Rocky agreed with a nod.

"This looks like a quiet place to do it. Let's do it now," Sabina decided. It was a quiet night and onlythe rustling of the leaves could be heard. "Take out the Sea Blue Magic Jade,” Sabina commanded.Rocky obeyed and held the rare jade on his hand.

"Let me help you with the treatment,” said Sabina. In the dark, her cheeks turned into the color ofroses. She felt something stir inside her as her skin brushed against Rocky's arm.

"It's my pleasure,” Rocky replied playfully.

Rocky's skittish response ticked off Sabina. "Behave well,” Sabina ordered. "Otherwise, I will leaveyou alone and let you die.”

"Can you do that?" Rocky teased with a deep gaze.

Sabina gritted her teeth. She was torn as to whether she wanted to cry or laugh.

"Sit down!" she demanded in response. She moved directly across Rocky and sat cross-legged.Sabina could feel the tension between them and so she looked away to avoid Rocky's gaze.

Rocky also sat cross-legged with the Sea Blue Magic Jade on one of his hands. With eyes closed, hesummoned the spiritual power essence of the jade. Then, the rare treasure emitted light and a halowas released from it and around Rocky and Sabina.

From afar, it looked like they were sitting in the middle of a clear, sparkling lake.

Sabina took out the Dragon Twined Wood and laid it on her palm. With eyes closed, she reachedout to Rocky's chest, pressed it with her palms, and injected spiritual power into his body. Then, theDragon Twined Wood transformed into a shining golden dragon. It entered Rocky's body andspread tiny light spots into the deeper parts of Rocky. Soon, the spots were sucked in by the thirdlayer of seal. In response, the flickering seal began to glow again.

It took two hours for the entire process to finish. Once done, the golden dragon fled Rocky's bodyand changed back into the Dragon Twined Wood.

"It's done,” announced Sabina. Slowly, her eyes opened. For a brief second, she gazed at Rocky.Then, she picked up the Dragon Twined Wood and prepared to leave.

"Didn't I promise to go with you after getting the Sea Blue Magic Jade?" Rocky asked. He openedhis eyes and gazed at Sabina affectionately.

For a moment, Sabina was dazed. It took her a full minute before she came to her senses. "There'sno need for that," she replied. "You might think I'm taking advantage of you."

"Aren't you supposed to be my teacher? In that case, I should be the one who takes advantage ofyou," Rocky said seriously, yet with a smile on his face.

Sabina was flustered. She did not know how to respond to Rocky's teasing smile. Sabina wasspeechless.

"Can I be your...?" Rocky teased further.

"No way!" Sabina interjected. She regained her composure, gathered herself, and reached out tograb Rocky's hand.

Rocky could feel Sabina's pulse beating strangely fast. He smiled to himself.

"Don’t think too much, otherwise...” Sabina told Rocky with a threatening voice.

"Just follow my mental cultivation method to circulate the spiritual power inside your body,"explained Sabina as she started with the procedure.

Rocky followed Sabina's instructions. He circulated the Fire spiritual power in his body following themental cultivation method. He knew the evil spiritual power in his body was saber-rattling andunbridled, and he may not be able to improve his present evil spiritual power through cultivation.He could only cultivate in the Fire nature and choose the Fire spiritual power to supplementSabina's.

Soon, he felt a cold spiritual power flow from Sabina's palm into his body. After a few rounds’circulation in his body, the power went back to Sabina’s body through his palm, and then it wentback to his body again. In this way, the cycle would restart and repeat.

Amazingly, Rocky felt the spiritual power was getting stronger after every cycle, which in returnbegan to stimulate his body. Each time the spiritual power blended with the Fire spiritual power inhis body, he felt as if he was conquering both the elements of fire and ice.

Both the frosty spiritual power and Fire spiritual power were increasing in power inside Rocky aseach cycle concluded.

The cycle repeated until Rocky felt the frosty spiritual power escape him. When it did, he opened hiseyes but to see a beautiful face full of amazement in front of him.

"What's the matter?” Rocky asked.

Sabina was quiet. "Why are these two different types of spiritual power in your body? You used theFire spiritual power to cultivate with me, and it turns out you have two kinds in your body at thesame time. And you didn't often use the Fire spiritual power, but a mysterious power hidden in yourbody. That's amazing," said Sabina in disbelief.

She had never known of any spirit manipulator applying two spiritual powers at the same time. Asfar as she knew, it was impossible. Clearly, Rocky was more special than he seemed to be.
