The other Xiao Clan members followed suit. They welcomed Travis and were warm-hearted to himand Mary. Just like Raef, they remained distant and uninterested in Juey.

Barren City where Rocky lived in now was located in the other side of the Timber Deity Empire. Itwas far away from the Holy Dragon Empire, so the news of his death had not reached the people inthis place yet. Rocky was not aware that the treachery claim against him had been dismissed, andhis royal identity had already been revealed to the public. This had caused a major uproar in thecities of the Holy Dragon Empire. His name remained unblemished, and the entire kingdom held agrand royal funeral for him. The ceremony attracted a lot of important people in the Holy DragonEmpire. It was a magnificent event fit for a noble emperor.

After cleaning up the beast farm, Rocky had nothing else to do so he sneaked into the MagicalBeast House. The business of the Magical Beast House was almost the same as the Super BeastFarm. On the third floor, there was an auction house, which was much larger than the Super BeastFarm's.

When Rocky entered the third floor, he saw several people that crowded the entire room. He staredat them for a while and felt like something was amiss with the men. In his eyes, the materials andrare items that were being auctioned on the stage were very ordinary, even garbage. Only a fewpieces stood out and looked valuable. However, everything Rocky kept in his Magic Spiritual Spacewas good enough to drive the audience crazy.

But Rocky did not want to cause any trouble. He was satisfied with his current condition and did notwant any attention to himself. He needed to stay at the Magical Beast House for a while to finish theresearch on spirit-manipulated beasts in their beast farm. Then he would go to the desert onceagain. He had learned that the desert, as dangerous and mysterious as the Myriad Beasts Ground,was called Black Sand Abyss. Beyond the desert there was an equally dangerous place. The wild spirit-manipulated beasts in the desert ranged fromthree-star to five-star. If he wanted to go through the desert, he must prepare for it.

Much as Rocky's strength had reached the seventh grade of the Heavenly Stage, it was definitelynot enough. Rubygon died in the battle, and Uriah had turned into a red egg. There was no spirit-manipulated beast around him that could be controlled. Rainbow Glow Unicorn had just reachedthe adulthood. Although it was born with the potential of a high-star beast, its overall strength wasnot even worthy of comparison to a two-star or three-star spirit-manipulated beast. For the past fewdays in the desert, he did notice Rainbow Glow Unicorn's ability to make other spirit-manipulatedbeasts out of control. There was no room for error or miscalculation.
