Juey knew that the Cyan Sulphur caused the pills to change in effect, which meant she knew theEthereal Spirit Pill's formula. However, Willie, Harry, and the other beast curers of the Xiao Clan hadknown her since she was a child. They knew she had no talent in beast curing, so they were caughtscratching their heads, still confused about what was happening.

"Miss Juey, how did you know that the Ethereal Spirit Pills were sprinkled with the Cyan Sulphur?”Willie asked Juey immediately with eagerness after the crowd dispersed.

"Actually..." Of course, she couldn't figure that all on her own. It was Rocky's idea. She was about tosay it, but before the words left her mouth, she pulled back. She believed Rocky didn't want peopleto know that he had seen through the scheme of these three men.

"Leave the rest to Mary. I have to go now." Juey immediately left in a hurry.

Meanwhile, Rocky had already left the Magical Beast House and walked on the streets of the BarrenCity.

'I know I shouldn't have helped her. It would only put me in trouble. But I can't help it. She remindsme of Sue so much, ' Rocky thought to himself. He remembered what he had done just now andcouldn't help but let out a stupid grin.

Then, Rocky went to a nearby store where he could sell the materials he collected from spirit-manipulated beasts. He took out several three-star materials and the store owner's eyesimmediately lit up.

However, Rocky wanted to keep a low profile, so he sold the precious treasures at a low price. But itwas enough to replenish his laboratory supplies.

He continued to walk around the Barren City and bought all the things he needed. When he wentback to the beast farm, he was greeted by a dirty and messy Jonas.

"Hey, Rookie, you're finally back! Look, I've cleaned up the beast stables for you,” Jonas said,greeting him.

"Oh, thank you. Now please, wash yourself first.” Rocky nodded. He was touched by Jonas’ kindgesture.

"Oh by the way, Miss Juey came in to see you just now," Jonas immediately said.

"Really?" Rocky wasn't surprised by the news. He knew that Juey would come and see himeventually.

"It seemed that Miss Juey was in a hurry. Rookie, I think you should go and replace her.” Jonas wassurprised when he saw that Rocky was not anxious at all.

"Go to take a shower first,” said Rocky. He then proceeded towards the beast farm.

Meanwhile, Mary, who had just finished her work, heard about the incident in the auction house.She too was surprised to hear that it was her sister who solved the problem.

Mary, Willie, Harry, and the other beast curers were waiting in the Xiao Clan's main hall.

Juey, who went to replace Rocky but failed to do so, came in and said, "Mary, are you looking for me?""Juey, don't you think you should explain to me what happened at the auction house?" AlthoughMary didn't say it directly, she obviously didn't believe that Juey was able to see through the plan ofthose men as they had taken advantage of the Ethereal Spirit Pill's effect to frame the Magical BeastHouse. Even Harry and the other prolific beast curers of the Xiao Clan didn't know the formula ofthe pill. But how did Juey, who didn't know much about the pill either, managed to expose thesinister scheme of those men?

"Mary, I was just lucky." Juey tried hard to muddle through the question.

"Lucky? Tell me honestly, how did you know the formula of the Ethereal Spirit Pill? If you didn'tknow the formula, you couldn't possibly know that the Cyan Sulphur would have an effect on theEthereal Spirit Pill.” Of course, Mary didn't believe that Juey performed that incredible feat out ofsheer luck. There must be something more to this.

"Actually..." Even while being questioned by Mary, Juey was still hesitant to tell her that it was allRocky's idea.

Before Mary could further question Juey, two figures suddenly walked in from the outside. One ofthem had blinding white hair, along with dazzling bright eyes. He was wearing an exquisite silk robeand oozed the presence of that of an immortal. The other one also had an imposing presence andwas quite good-looking.

"Father, Travis, you're back!" Seeing them come in, Mary immediately stood up with a smile andwent up to them.

The two figures who walked in were Raef, the Chief of the Xiao Clan, and Travis, his adopted son.Juey also came over to greet her father and brother. Willie, Harry and the other beast curers alsobowed to greet them.

"I heard something happened to the Magical Beast House," Raef said as he surveyed each person inthe hall.

"Yes, Father.” Mary nodded and asked Willie to tell the whole story.

"I didn't expect that there would be a traitor in the Xiao Clan!" Raef slammed the table furiously andcontinued, "Willie, you must severely punish the traitor.”

"Yes, Chief,” Willie quickly responded.

Raef then turned around to Juey, which sent a shiver down her spine. She knew she had gottenherself in trouble this time.

"Juey, how did you know the formula of the Ethereal Spirit Pill?" Raef looked at her seriously. Eventhough he was glaring at her, Juey could tell he was also very confused.

"I... Well..." Juey feared her father ever since she was a little girl. If she told her father the truth that itwas a mere servant who exposed the trick of the three men, he would be furious at her, as well as atRocky. She couldn't betray him.

"Father, it was me who told Juey the formula," Travis said out of the blue.

"You told her?" Intrigued, Raef turned to look at Travis.

"Travis, was it really you who taught her?" Mary didn't believe what Travis said.

"Last month, when I was trying to make the Ethereal Spirit Pills, I found myself short of somemedicinal herbs and flowers. I found that Juey was going out to hunt beasts, so I gave her theformula and asked her to bring back the ingredients I needed,” Travis explained.

"Really? Juey?" Raef looked at Travis, and then turned to his daughter.

Juey was stunned at the fact that Travis would help her cover the truth. At first, she didn’t know whatto answer. But after being startled for a while, she decided to nod her head in agreement.
