Rebirth of the Prime Dragon Master
Chapter 779 Where Am I

As Rocky explored the area near the bottom of the abyss, he was surprised to see numerous lightspots like fireflies. Amidst the darkness, the specks of light looked like the Milky Way of the abyss.Rocky was in awe.

"Hey, foodie,” Rocky called, "let's fly down and take a look.” Rocky jumped on the Rainbow GlowUnicorn's back.

The unicorn roared as it flew into the air. With white clouds covering its feet, it rushed into theabyss.

After they had been flying for what seemed like a while, Rocky was still unable to see anythingnotable. The abyss was beginning to feel endless.

"How deep is this abyss?" Rocky muttered. It seemed like a dark tunnel without end. He was startingto lose his sense of space and time.

Suddenly, he felt something approach him from above. He looked up and saw the specks of lightlike fireflies he saw earlier rushing towards him. He squinted his eyes to see them clearly, and wassurprised to see that those weren't light spots at all. They were bat-like spirit-manipulated beastswith bodies that emitted fluorescent light. They had no eyes and their bloody mouths covered halfof their faces. They snarled and revealed two rows of sharp teeth, flapping their thin wings as theysurrounded Rocky.

“Could these be the legendary and rare Fluorescent Ghostly Bats that could only grow in dark andspecial environments? The bats only have the strength at the first grade of the first-star level. Yet,they have the ability to reproduce at a very fast rate. They always attack their prey as a group and itmakes them fatal. Even a spirit-manipulated beast at the fourth grade of the four-star level caneasily be engulfed by them.’ The moment Rocky recognized his attackers, his face changed into afrown. He estimated there were a few hundreds of them, if not thousands. If he and the unicornwere caught, there could be serious consequences.

"Come on! Fly faster!” Rocky ordered his unicorn. He knew that his best way out was to create a bigdistance between them and the bats. If they were on the ground, the unicorn could have easily usedits invisibility power to avoid the enemies. However, this ability became unavailable when in flight. The unicorn roared and flew down the abyss at full speed.

However, the bats were closing in. As they were very small and light, they flew very fast. Eventually, they had caught up with the unicorn and Rocky.

Seeing the bats approaching, Rocky pulled out his Frozen Wind Dagger and turned to face them. Hewas able to slash out several black Moon Blades swiftly towards the bats.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The bats exploded as the black Moon Blades touched them. Their bodies floated in the air. Rockycontinued hurling attacks at the bats, but they were just too many. As soon as he got rid of a group,a new batch of them caught up.

Eventually, they were overwhelmed and outnumbered. Rocky could not get rid of every bat quickly. Some started to attack them fiercely with their sharp teeth.

Rocky hurriedly waved his Frozen Wind Dagger and made Dagger Domes around him to protectthem from the attacks.

However, the bats’ speed was much faster than Rocky had imagined. Although his Dagger Domesmanaged to block the bats’ attack, the tens of bats still hid under the unicorn and bit its bodyabruptly.

In no time, the unicorn began to bleed. Due to the sharp pain, the unicorn shrieked and trembledviolently. Soon, it lost its balance.

As Rocky was concentrating on dealing with the bats that were coming at him from behind, hesuddenly felt that his body jerked. He was thrown off the unicorn and fell into the abyss before hecould react.

"Oh, no!" Rocky realized he was dropping into the abyss; his body felt heavy with lead as he sankdeeper into the darkness.

The unicorn roared with pain as soon as it saw Rocky falling. Suddenly, its body glowed with rays oflight. It turned into a stream of light shadow and rushed into the abyss.

The moment their prey was out of sight, the bats flew back to their nests.

When Rocky gradually came to his senses, he heard a deafening sound of a beast. He opened hiseyes and saw branches crisscrossed against a deep red sky. Everything seemed unreal to him.Rocky blinked trying to recall what had happened. He remembered falling into the abyss andreleasing all the spiritual power in his body before he lost consciousness.

He sat up and looked around. Then, he realized that he was sitting on top of a tree where he musthave fallen. He was amused by his own luck. If there wasn't a tree to catch him, he would have beenbadly injured even if he was protected by his spiritual power. Adjusting his body, he jumped to theground. The moment he landed, he looked up and realized that the tree was at least a dozen metershigh. The tree was considered as a giant one, almost as tall as the one inhabited by the Four-wingLame Dragon in the Myriad Beasts Ground.

He looked around and saw that the entire place was filled with extremely tall trees and plants. Itlooked like a place where giants lived. He suddenly felt that he was like a dwarf in such an area.
