"Father..." Mary was speechless, as she didn't expect that her father would put all the blame on hersister.

"Is that so?" Lucilla's beautiful eyes narrowed with suspicion, as she listened to Raef. She had heardfrom Lucas that Juey had a close relationship with Rocky, but she was not very close to the othermembers of the Xiao Clan. And when Raef pushed all the blame to Juey, something in her stirredwith suspicion. Thus, she didn't believe a single word that came from his mouth.

She turned to look at Lucas and the other elders immediately.

"In that case, I have no choice but to have Miss Juey come here so that she can face the chief of theXiao Clan," Lucas said after a short silence, as he thought about what they could do next.

"Go and check if Miss Juey has woken up,” Lucilla instantly commanded.

When Raef heard this, his heart skipped a beat and started beating fast. But it had come to thissituation, so he would not show mercy, not even to his daughter. Anyway, he needed to ensure thatthe Xiao Clan would not be affected.

About half an hour later, Juey was taken to the Magnificent Hall. She didn't know what hadhappened last night, and she had been quite surprised to wake up in a strange room with twomaidservants, who were looking at her strangely.

"Juey, don't lie to us. I'm sure you sneaked into His Royal Highness's room last night to take Mary'splace. How dare you! Don't you know who you are? "I have nothing more to say." Juey shook her head helplessly, and at the back of her mind, she knewthat no explanation could convince the people in the hall, especially when most of them accusedher of the crime anyway.

"So, do you admit that you sneaked into His Royal Highness's room?” Lucilla asked.

"I didn’t say that, but you're already convinced I'm guilty, right?" Juey said, unable to hide thebitterness in her voice.

"No, this doesn't even matter. What really matters is the reason why His Royal Highnessdisappeared. Could he have been kidnapped?" Lucilla waved her hand in a dismissive gesture, as theissues of their family meant nothing to her anyway.

"I really don't know. Even if you killed me, I will still give you the same answer." Juey sighed indespair, but she was telling the truth, so she would remain steadfast in her answers.

The situation was giving Lucilla a headache. But if she didn't deal with it soon, it would only getworse, and her uncles would take advantage of it. If she failed to protect Prince Woods, she wouldbe blamed by Princess Alyssa.

Then, the situation worsened faster than she expected. A voice echoed from the entrance of the hall."Lucilla, I heard that His Royal Highness was missing.
