Rebirth Of Vengeance (Natalie and Easton) -
Rebirth Of 220
Chapter 220
Easton left after speaking. The distant lights Inghlighted his tall ure, making Jennifer's heart grow more anxious.
Vance was speechless because Easton had spoken the truth. Vernon insisted Natalie marry into the Garcia family before handing Easton control.
Vance said, "Jennifer, just wait a bit longer. Once Easton takes over the Garcia family, he'll marry you. As long as I'm okay. 1 won't let Natalie take Easton away" Looking at the love in his eyes, Jennifer felt no sympathy. If it weren't for them, she wouldn't have become an illegitimate
child.
She hated Wendy's children, but she had to admit that without Wendy, her mother, an ordinary woman, wouldn't have led a life of luxury.
Leaping social classes was tough, and she aspired to be the leader of Shagrity. After every clash with Natalie, her resentment grew stronger.
Her company was doing better and better. By obtaining some secrets from Colin's company, her business could grow even faster.
Over the years, thanks to Easton, she deeply understood the allure of power and wealth. Once inside the lap of luxury, there was no turning back. Many of her business strategies were learned from Easton.
But she put on a good front and said, "Thank you, Vance! Let's head back. I got slapped by Natalie today, and my face really hurts."
Vance looked at her swollen face with sympathy. "Natalie was really rough. Don't worry, next time I see her, I'll make sure to teach her a lesson for you."
Hearing his words, Natalie felt relieved. "Let's go, Vance. Let's head home. Your wedding's in just a few days. We should go back and talk to mom, persuade her to attend your wedding."
Jennifer looked at Vance, pretending to be deeply concerned. Vance felt terrible. It was really tough not having his mom's blessing.
"I'll take you home first." Vance said, lowering his eyes without saying much else.
Jennifer noticed something off about his mood, but she was in a bad mood herself and didn't pay much attention.
Vance dropped Jennifer off at the Simpson family entrance, but he didn't go in since his mom wasn't home.
Looking at the house he had lived in for over twenty years, knowing his grandparents were inside, Vance suddenly didn't feel like going home. His grandparents were so materialistic, and he really couldn't stand them. As for his mom, he thought about it, realizing no child could be unloved by their mother. Yet the thought of his mom choosing the company over him still hurt.
It was obvious that his mom didn't love him. Feeling irritated, Vance decided to call his mom.
""Hello?" Wendy's voice on the other end sounded tired.
"Mom, it's me." Vance said nervously.
"I know it's you. Just say what you need-I'm picking a dress for Jennifer. Who do you think you are, interrupting me?" Wendy's voice was full of anger.

Vance chuckled in frustrasien. "Mom, is my wedding less important than Jennifer's dress**
He found the words familiar because there was this one time when he took Jennifer out shopping and bumped into Natalie.
Natalie greeted him, and he shouted at her in the same way, telling her to speak quickly and not to interrupt him while he was choosing a gift for Jennifer The more Vance thought about it, the more he felt he was quite harsh towards his own sister.
"Mom, why are you picking out a dress for Jennifer? Vance asked curiously.
"She's a big star now and has lots of events to attend. Naturally, need to choose some outfits for her, she replied.
Vance chuckled a bit. "Mom, I'm getting married, and are you really not going to come?"
Wendy said, "Is your wedding more important than Jennifer? I advise you not to marry a woman like that, but you're determined to go against me.
"From now on, I won't acknowledge you as my son, only Jennifer. If I'm not kind to her, should I be kind to you? The company will go to Jennifer too, that's that." Wendy sat her office, tears streaming down her face.
This was how Natalie had treated Natalie before, and now she was letting him feel the same pain.
Jennifer wanted to be on top. Fine, she would raise her up there, and when her mother's affair was exposed, she would let her fall from grace.
The hardships her daughter Natalie suffered, she would seek justice for her. Natalie's heart was deeply hurt, cold, and probably would never be warm again in this lifetime.
What she regretted most in her life was never trusting her daughter.
Wendy felt miserable as she looked at the thick black clouds outside. It was going to rain. Today, another part of her plan was completed.
Wendy murmured to herself, "Natalie, just wait a bit longer. Mom will surely get justice for you."
Wendy looked out the window with tears in her eyes. The rain was persistent and winter had arrived. Nick had gone to see that woman again. Looking at the photos the detective had sent, her heart felt even colder.

After Easton left, he went to replace Wesley, who had just come back from abroad.
Wesley had just stepped out of the shower when he saw Easton and looked a bit surprised.
"Why is it you?" Wesley glanced at the door. "Didn't you bring Jennifer along?"
Easton frowned. "Why would you think I'd bring her with me?"
Wesley gave a sly smile. "Ever since Jennifer came back, you two have been inseparable. You take her everywhere with you, don't you?"
Easton chuckled. "Over the years, I've been really good to her, but her sneaky tricks behind my back really got on my
nerves."
Wesley chuckled, not believing what Easton'said. "Alright, I'll just take that as a joke. Come on in."

Chapter 290.
Easton went inside. The rarely visited Wesley's place, which was a spacious apartment with a black-and-white modern design, giving off a cold vibe.
Easton slightly furrowed his brow, not really liking that style of decor.
Wesley grabbed a bottle from the liquor cabinet and poured him a drink. "Feeling like having a drink?"
Easton's tall figure sat down and responded, "Yeah!"
He took the drink and finished it in one go with a carefree demeanor, his expression turning serious. "I never really got to know Jennifer."
He was feeling a bit troubled; the little girl who used to call him "Easton" with her eyes wide open and a cheeky grin was so innocent back then. But her scheming ways were so dirty now.
Wesley refilled her glass, smiling with a hint of coldness. "Regret it? Finally figured out that Natalie was sincere with you?"
Wesley arched an eyebrow with a teasing smile at Easton. Easton wasn't really a player, the only women around him had been Jennifer and Natalie.
For the past two years, he had been working tirelessly for the company. By the time things had settled down, his wife had already left
His upbringing just didn't teach him how to love. Growing up in such an environment, it was surprising he could still be nice to Jennifer.
But after a few meetings with Jennifer, he found her dull. She was just too fake, yet Easton liked her.
"I still like girls like Natalie." Wesley said with a meaningful grin. "She's just beautiful."
Easton gave him a cold stare. Wesley just smiled quietly.
Easton picked up his glass and poured himself a drink, finally letting out a frustrated sigh. "Natalie's really going to divorce me this time." Wesley chuckled. "Seeing that unwilling look on your face, wasn't getting a divorce what you always wanted?"
