Red Hot Love – Chapter 34

All week long I’ve been consumed with what happened between my mates and I. We ended up spending the night together that night. I was exhuasted still, and honestly, I just didn’t want to leave either of them.

Because I was supposed to be having a girls night, it made it easy for me to stay. I just texted Lily, and told her I would explain later, but to cover for me. She told me that I owe her another girls night for ditching them.

Ozzy’s parents were gone for the weekend. They were celebrating their anniversary. Ozzy had already planned to spend the entire weekend with Azai. His parents are too trusting. It’s not fair.

After getting the best sleep of my life that night, we spent the entire day together. The three of us went to town, and had a whole real date. I thought that I would feel awkward, especially in public, but I didn’t. Not even with Ozzy’s arm around my neck, and my fingers curled with Azai’s. It all just felt so… right. Not once did I even think about anyone else around us.

It was perfect. Even more perfect when the two of them snuck into my room that night. Of course, we didn’t have s*x. Not because I didn’t want to, but because my parents were home.

However, we did have s*x again on Sunday. We all went to Azai’s room for a movie day. It quickly turned into all of us f*****g each other much like we had did previously. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t start it.

It’s like I can’t help myself. Now that I got a taste of having the both of them together, I can’t stop. I want it all the time. I’ve never been f****d the way that Azai f***s me. And Ozzy is so different when our third mate joins.

Don’t get me wrong, being with Ozzy is always amazing, but being with the both of them.. It’s mind blowing. We go at it for hours. Literally. I don’t think either Ozzy, or me have ever came that much.

Azai makes us c*m over and over any way that he can. I’m not sure he even cares about his own o*****s, though I know he has many. It’s amazing on a whole deeper level to be loved by Azai. He’s so caring, and sweet. Azai’s attentive, and passionate.

Now I know why those other people fell for him so hard. I’m damn near ready to shout it from the rooftops. And yes, I do love him. f*****g jerk wiggled his damn way right into my heart.

I just can’t keep lying to myself. Not after the heat we all went through. Was s*x all I really needed to push myself over the edge? What am I? Some kind of s*x freak?

Still, when Azai explained to us what marking each other would result in.. I got scared. We are Fury’s. We do not mix with other creatures. Now, here Ozzy and I are, mated to a f*****g Qui-brid. We are going to share in all of his power, and that’s scary.

At the same time though, it’s thrilling. All of that power.. I would never feel unsafe again. Ethan would never be able to corner me again. Ozzy and I won’t age. The three of us would live happily ever after, forever.

Although, I can’t stop thinking about what that means for our future.

Am I going to be a doctor for thousands of years? How many different careers could I have? What about Ozzy? Would this help him decide on a career? What about our children? Azai barely understands himself now, what will it be like for our kids? Will they grow up to be confused like this? Will our children have to go through extra hardships because of what they are?

I placed my head on my desk, and g*****d lowly.

These are the same questions that have been consuming me all week. My head hurts from over thinking. I haven’t even asked Azai for answers yet. It’s like every time that I get a moment alone to ask him… I jump him. I can’t even lie. It’s all me. I instagate everything lately.

“You okay mi alma?” Azai whispered from behind me.

It’s Friday, and we are all supposed to be silently working on our homework as our math tests get graded.

I only nodded my head in response.

I’m going to have to talk to Azai about this stuff today. I have no idea if Ozzy has the same questions as me. Ozzy and I never have time just the two of us. So, again, any time that we are alone, I practically jump the two of them. You’d think I’d never had an o****m before, with the way that I pretty much beg them to give it to me.

“Alright class. I haven’t finished grading yet, so you won’t get your results until Monday. But class is over, you are all dismissed.” Mrs. Gold told us.

I turned in my seat to face my mates.

“What are we doing today?” I asked them.

Ozzy smirked. “Well, I have strict orders to go home right away. You two are coming over for dinner, so Mom is making me help prepare. I’m not sure why she’s going all out.” He said with a laugh.

“So, it’s just you and I then.” I said to Azai.

“We can do whatever your heart desires mi alma.” Azai told me.

“Even if that means going back to his room, and..” Ozzy leaned in closer to us. “Doing what we’ve been doing every time you get us alone.” He said with a wink.

My cheeks heated.

“No way, Olive is coming to hang with us until your guys’ dinner.” Alison argued.

I turned around to glare at her.

“Why are you being a c**k block?” I rushed out angrily.

s**t, I did not just say that.

Alison smirked. “Good d**k huh?”

Elis snapped his head to her. “You just never know when to shut the f**k up do you?”

Alison rolled her eyes. “Don’t worry lover, yours is better.” She said with a wink.

“I seriously doubt that.” I mumbled.

Azai and Ozzy snickered behind me.

“Okay, but Olive really is coming with us.” Lily said. “You guys will be fine. I’ll even send her to your room an hour before your dinner.” She said.

“Can we at least walk our mate to where ever it is your going?” Ozzy asked.

“Sure, we’re going to my place.” Lily said.

My mates, along with Elis, walked us all to Lily’s front door. Ozzy and Azai kissed me good bye. I pouted at them.

“I will see you in just a bit. I’ll even come get you.” Azai told me.

“Fine.” I said.

I watched my mates leave.

Sighing, I turned, and walked into Lily’s apartment.

“Mom and Dad are working late shifts tonight, so we are all alone.” Lily told us.

Alison plopped down on Lily’s couch. Caroline, who also joined us, sat down next to her. I sat next to Caroline, and sighed heavily.

“Oh, stop it.” Lily scolded me. “I just want to know if Atiana has said anything to you since last week.”

“Yeah, we all need to know.” Alison said.

Last week during out girls night, Alison talked me into telling Atiana about what happened with Ethan. She was extremely understanding as to why I didn’t want to tell anyone else. All she told me was that she’s going to look into it, and get back to me. I had no idea what that meant, but I am pretty sure she was very pissed off.

“You guys heard what she said to me.” I told them.

“Yeah, she said she would let you know. So, has she?” Alison asked.

I sighed. “She called me last night. All she said was that they had found something interesting regardling Ethan’s dad. She didn’t say much more than that, other than to make sure I stay away from Ethan.” I told them.

Lily frowned. “Thats… strange. We’ve known Ethan and his parents our whole lives. What could have Atiana found out?” She asked.

I shrugged. “I have no idea.”

“Well, I’m not surprised.” Alison stated.

“Me neither.” Caroline agreed.

“Really?” I asked the two of them.

I was suprised myself when Ethan had cornered me. He’s always been a douche bag with a big mouth, but to try to force himself on me? It was just weird, even for Ethan.

“Being a demon means that I can usually tell if someone is evil.” Alison said.

“Ethan’s evil?” Lily asked.

Alison shrugged. “He’s heading down a bad path, but has time to change it. His father on the other hand.. It’s far too late for him.” She told us.

“I just can’t believe that his mate hasn’t left him by now. Fury, or not.” Caroline agreed.

Lily and I shared a look before turning back to them.

“What do you guys mean?” I asked.

“Yeah, what’s wrong with Ethan’s dad?” Lily asked.

Alison shrugged. “Can’t tell ya what he’s done, but he is definitely not a good guy.” She said.

“You guys have known them your whole lives, you really haven’t noticed his wife?” Caroline asked.

“I’m not sure we know what you mean by that.” I said.

Caroline sighed. “You guys need to pay better attention. I’m sure your mom noticed.” She said.

I tried to think of all the moments that any of us were together. Thinking about it now, Mom always made sure to keep me close any time Ethan’s dad was around. And I remember a time when I had walked in on a private conversation between my parents and Ethan’s. At the time I didn’t understand it, but… maybe Mom knows more about it than I thought.

“I’m still confused.” Lily said.

“Haven’t you noticed how scared, and pale Ethan’s mom always is?” Caroline asked.

“The bruises..” I muttered. “I remember Mom treating her here once. I had come home late from a date with Ozzy. She told me that Mrs. Gierman had fallen outside.”

“Oh my Gods..” Lily breathed out. “He’s been hitting her?”

Caroline nodded. “It looks that way.”

“No wonder why Ethan is such an a*s. Do you think he hits Ethan too?” Lily asked.

“I have no idea. Ethan has never showed up with bruises, or anything.” I said.

“They could be hidden.” Alison said.

“I should talk to my mom about this.” I said. “Everything.”

“Good!” Lily said. “It might make Atiana’s job easier.”

“Besides, I am pretty sure that Azai is going to kill Ethan soon if someone doesn’t do something.” Alison said.

She has a point. It’s getting more frequent that I have to pull Azai away from a fight with Ethan. It’s getting harder to do too.

With the stupid comments Ethan keeps making, I want Azai to kick his a*s. Not to mention, I’ve been catching Ethan lingering around a lot more. He always seems to be in places that I frequently pass.

“Do you think Josh knows any of this?” Lily asked.

I shrugged. “Ask him. You guys are pretty close.” I suggested.

Lily blushed. “I can’t talk to Josh anymore.” She said.

“Why not?” Alison asked.

Lily’s blush deepened, and she refused to meet any of our eyes.

“Oh my f*****g Gods. You finally did it?!” I practically shreiked.

“Did what?” Caroline asked.

Lily nodded. “It was awful. I made such a fool of myself.”

“Oh, Lil don’t say that. I’m sure it’s not that bad.” I said.

“What are we talking about?” Alison asked.

I turned to them. “She finally told Josh she has the hots for him.” I wiggled my eyebrows.

“So, what happened?” Caroline asked.

“He told me ‘We’re not mates though, I don’t want to ruin our friendship Lil’.” She mocked in a deep tone, and then rolled her eyes. “It was so embarrassing. Ethan came in the room right after that. I didn’t even get a chance to reply. Ethan could tell that something had happened, and started teasing me about it.” Lily ranted. “I ran like a coward.”

Angry rushed through me. I f*****g hate Ethan. Maybe I should tell Azai about this. Azai loves Lily, he would beat the crap out of Ethan for this. On top of what that prick already says about me… Azai would definitely react.

“When did this happen?” Caroline asked.

“Yesterday.” Lily answered lowly.

“Have you and Josh talked since then?” I asked.

Lily shook her head. “No, I’m too scar-“

Lily was interrupted by a knock to her apartment door. We all shared a questioning look. Lily got up to answer the door.

From here, all of us can see that it’s Josh. We all gasped quietly, and started snickering. I had to elbow Alison in her gut to shut her up.

“Josh..” Lily gasped his name.

“Hey Lil, sorry I didn’t know you were having girl time. I can come back later.” Josh said.

“No, no. We were just leaving acutally.” I said as I grabbed my backpack.

“Yeah, Elis is probably missing me.” Alison said.

We all pushed out of Lily’s apartment. I turned in time to see Josh walk in. Lily and I connected eyes, and I gave her a thumbs up.

“Walk with me to the break room?” Alison asked.

Alison and I have been in the break room for about 30 minutes. I’m actually having a good time with her. As long as I do not think about her being with my mate.

Eventually, Elis walked in, and took his mate. They asked if I wanted them to walk me to Azai’s room, but I told them I would be fine. They are sweet, but I have to be able to handle things on my own. Besies, Ethan isn’t around right now.

I opened the fridge, and bent down to search through the bottom drawers. A moment later, I felt hands on h**s. Someone pressed against my a*s. No sparks followed, letting me know that whoever is touching me… is not my mate.

My body instantly straightened up, and my heart started beating faster.

“You look so sexy bent over like that Olive.” Ethan whispered in my ear.

I turned around immediately.

“Ethan, get your hands off of me now.” I seethed.

“Awh, come on, don’t be like that. We’ve been over this before. I told you, if you can handle two, you can handle one more.” He said as he pinned me to the frigde.

I pushed on his chest, but he didn’t budge.

“And I told you then, not to f*****g touch me.” I said.

Ethan chuckled lowly. “Yet, you didn’t tell you mates. Or maybe you did, and they just didn’t care. They already share you with each other, what’s one more?” He brought his lips down to my ear. “Come on, I bet they won’t care. Just let me have a little taste.”

My body froze. This is just like the last time. I’m frozen in fear. I couldn’t do anything then, or now.

Ethan brought one of his hands to rest on h*p. It feels like spiders crawling across my body. I think I’m going to barf.

“You aren’t even fighting back Olive. Admit it, you want it. Just like that day.” He whispered.

I pushed on Ethan’s chest again. This time he went flying. Wow, I didn’t even push that hard.

That’s when I noticed that Ethan hadn’t really moved because I pushed him.

A large body blocked my view.

“Azai.” I breathed out his name.

His back is to me. I gripped onto his shirt, and my body melted against him. Everything in me feels instantly better. Only, Azai didn’t pay me any attention.

“I told you to stay the f**k away from my mates.” Azai seethed.

He did?

“I warned you multiple f*****g times!” Azai shouted.

He did?

Azai walked away from me, and closer to Ethan. I can now see that Ethan is on the floor against the wall opposite of us. A menacing aura started to pour off of Azai.

“Now, I not only catch you touching whats MINE!” Azai grabbed Ethan’s shirt, and brought him to his feet. “But I hear that this isn’t the first f*****g time you’ve put your hands on her!”

Oh, no.

“Azai..” My voice sounds so quiet.

“We.. were just joking man..” Ethan struggled to get out.

“Bullshit!” Azai punched a hole through the wall next to Ethan’s face. “I heard everything you f*****g said. You tried to rape my mate. You put your digusting hands on what is MINE!” Azai’s menacing aura only grew. “I warned you, and now you are going to pay.”

Oh, no. I can’t let this happen. If Azai gets in trouble it’ll be all my fault.

I rushed up to Azai’s back, and wrapped my arms around his waist. He has a fist wrapped around Ethan’s throat. Azai lifted Ethan off of his feet like he weighs nothing at all.

“Azai, stop, please. He isn’t worth the amount of trouble you’ll get in.” I tried.

Ethan is making terrible noises as he tries to take in air.

“I warned you Ethan. You thought I was all talk. This is your fault. I will f*****g end your life for touching whats mine.” Azai said in a dangerously low tone.

I have to do something.

I tried to push myself between the two of them. Finally, I managed to wiggle between them. I grabbed Azai’s face, but he didn’t even look down at me. He looks so scary like this. I’ve never even seen Azai angry before. It’s… very f*****g hot.

Am I seriously turned on right now?

“Azai, please, you’re scaring me.” I said as I pushed my body into his. “Please come back to me.” I whispered as I squeezed my eyes shut.

I heard the thud of a body fall to the floor. I pulled back to look at Azai’s face.

He shook his head, and took a step back. Because my arms are wrapped around him, I stepped with him. I can hear Ethan gasping for breath behind me.

Azai’s deep blue eyes finally connected with my brown ones.

“Please, get me out of here.” I said softly.

In the blink of an eye, we are standing in Azai’s room. He’s still just staring down at me. Azai’s expression is stone cold. I don’t think he cares at all about what he just did.

“Olive, I think maybe-“

Azai was cut off by me pressing my lips to his.

“Olive, I *k**s* think *k**s* we *k**s* should *k**s* slow down *k**s*.” Azai said.

“No way. That was the hottest thing I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe you did all of that for me.” I said as I started kissing down his body.

“I need you. Now. Azai, please.”
