Five months later……….

“Ms. Blakes.” Shelby my assistance called looking in my office. I look up and motion for her to come in. “The men have finished packing everything in your car.”

“Thanks Shelby.” I said she nod her head and leave. It’s my last day at work, my five months are over so now I have to return home. Everyone decided to throw a little going away party for me. It was so nice I cried, they gift me with baby stuff and also personal gift for myself. I’m still a secretary but after my manager found out I’m pregnant that and I started to show she insist I get an assistance and she also boots my pay even though she knew I wasn’t going to stay long. Who knew my manager could be so nice. I always thought she was scary strict the first time I met her.

I grab my bag, swamp my shoe for a pair of flat pumps and head out. On my way to the elevator I saw James. He smile and give me a wave as I step inside. James lost complete interest in me after I start to show. It was wired between us but we still manage to be friends. I’m going to miss him I thought.

Taking one last look at the building I now no longer work in as of today I hop in my car and head home. After realizing I wasn’t going to spent much here I decided to not buy a house, but I did buy a car to get myself around easier and it was much safer.

Pulling up in front of a big white house I got out my Black Toyota and went inside. I was staying at Ryan pack. Mandy was against it though it took a lot of convincing for her to finally agree. I didn’t want to bother her and her mate personal time with my presents. I mean even thought their walls was sound proof I could still hear them getting it on in there. I knew they had a feeling I can hear them. So I didn’t want to inconvenient them.

“Hey guys, I’m home!” I shouted as I drop myself onto the sofa. I’m so tired and my back hurts a nice bath will help. Over the past month my stomach has grown to the size of- I don’t know what but its freaking hug I tell u that much. Dr. Reid who has become my personal doctor wanted to do another ultra sound to replace out the genders but I refuse I wanted the s*x of my babies to be a surprise. Yes babies I’m having twins. I’m so scared yet excited at the same time when I found out. Twins did not run in my family although wolves are most likely to have multiple births, but it’s been long time since that happen.

“Brella girl, what’s up girlfriend?” Kristy asks putting on stiff voice. Her blond curly hair bouncing as she came down stairs. She’s wearing a blue dress that hugs her body making her look cute. Her blue eyes sparkling, it compliments her outfit so well.

“Kristy, ma girl, you know me I’m just chilling.” I answer her putting on a stiff assent also. We started cracking up after that, we love greeting each other in weird ways. I met Kristy the day we went on the run and we bonded instantly. “So where are the guys at? We leave in an hour you know” I said after we stop laughing. They’ll all be coming with me back home. I was so glad when they told me that I made them pack early this morning after they told me last night. It been a while since they’ve been around other wolves and figure this would be good for them.

“They’re upstairs, taking a shower.” She answers. “Anyway we still have to wait for those guys your father sent.” She reminded me.

I g*****d my father called this morning to say he’s sending two men to pick me up. He just wanted to “protect me” that and in case I try any funny business like running away to Ice land.” Don’t remind me.” I said rubbing my temple.

“Remind you of what?” Ryan ask coming down the stairs. Jace right behind him also.

“That we have to wait for those guys my father sent to get here.” I answer him.” You guys look good by the way.” I complimented. Ryan wore a fitted navy blue shirt and dark jeans, his hair still a little damp for the shower he just came out from. Jace wore a fitted red shirt and dark blue jeans, his in an equal state as his brother. I swear these guys are heart stopper.

“That’s because we’re good looking men.” Jace stated flexing his muscles what’s with this guy and flexing his muscles

? Jace finish his course online same time as me so we’re free.

“Yeah, as if.” Kristy scoffed a smirk playing on her face.

“Hey!” They both shouted at her.

“Ok why don’t you guys, put those muscles to work and bring everything down stairs. I’m going to take a bath before those men get here.” I said getting up know if I don’t intervene they will be an whose hot and who’s not argument. Mainly between Jace and Kristy, I left the room with a smiling Kristy and two pouting boys.

Coming out the bathroom feeling fresh and relax as ever I went into my room to replace a pink baby doll dress, my underwear and a pair of flat pumps waiting for me. Kristy must have placed these out for me I thought. She loves picking clothing out for me. I quickly put on the clothes and put my other clothes in my bag. I heard voices down stairs, those guys must have reach, it’s been an hour now.

I reach down stairs in record time for a pregnant woman. The living room’s empty so I follow the voices in the kitchen. I don’t know why but as I near the kitchen the hair on my skin start to stand up as a shiver ran down my spine. I couldn’t stop my feet from walking even if I wanted to. It’s as if a force was pulling me, before I could wrap my head around it, I’m already in the kitchen. Boom! It hit me like a ton of bricks. It was intoxicating and strong as ever, his sent making my legs feels weak. I scan the room I saw my brother and a guy sitting at the table. My eyes landed on him he wasn’t looking up but I knew who he was, I didn’t have to see his face to tell me who he is.

Mate! My wolf shouted at me all excited. But how did he replace me and why is he here? I kept staring aware of my brother looking at me now.

“Hello Brella are you ok?” Kristy asks waving a hand in front of my face. I only nod my head at her as I kept staring.

At the mention of my name he look up and his eyes capture mine. It widen in surprise as we continue to stare each other down. He’s just as handsome as he was when I last saw him. My mind clicks as I remember the last time I saw him. He left me the next day with a stupid freaking note. A note that broke my freaking heart into so many pieces.

Without thinking I walk right up to him very aware of eyes following me and I slap him across the face as hard as I could. Everyone now looking at me as if I’m crazy, but I kept my gaze on him, his hazel eyes.

His eyes widen in shock as he place his hand on his now red cheek. Still staring at me, his eyes held sadness, regret and a lot more emotions I couldn’t place. His eyes fell and his gaze drop to my stomach and he look up at me in surprise. Which is now I notice replace with anger and he started shaking. Gosh he’s going to change. I felt panic.

Ryan and Jace were by my side in a flash, backing me away from him. His eyes no longer that hazel color instead it’s black, pitch black. Can black get any darker? I thought. My brother jumps up looking between us in complete surprise and confusion.

“Whose child?!” He demanded. His voice was full with anger yet it still sent a sweet shiver through my whole body. “Whose child?” he ask again with more rage shaking even more. It then registers to me what he’s asking and why he’s angry. He doesn’t know. He doesn’t know that I’m pregnant with his kids. No wonder he’s this upset. Well it’s his fault he didn’t know. I should let him suffer thinking his mate’s is having someone else pups. After all he did reject me.

No! My wolf shouted, she wanted him to know it’s his pups.

Please……. She begged. Looking around I notice Kristy look scared her face pales while Ryan and Jace take a protective stance beside me, ready to take action at any moment. My brother still looking back and forth between Kiefer and I confuse as hell.

Oh alright I told her and quickly shut her off after she start making happy noises.

I look at him, his hands balled into fist and he was still shaking. I think I hear a bone crack. “Whose- ” He started but I cut him off.

“It’s yours you stupid jerk!” I shouted at him breathing hard.” It’s yours.” I said more quietly. Everything went silent and it felt as if time stop or was it just me
