Chapter 766 Tracking

Mila staggered from Hendry's push.

Looking at Hendry's back as he hurriedly left, a hint of viciousness flashed in Mila's eyes.

"It'll be the best if you die this time. If you fall into my hands, I will make you suffer a fate worse than death!"

When Kaylah regained consciousness, she was no longer in the garage.

Judging from the surroundings, she thought it should be an abandoned warehouse.

Kaylah's hands and feet were tied tightly with tape, and her mouth was gagged by a piece of cloth that smelled strange.

With no one else in it, the warehouse felt terrifying.

Kaylah frowned, not knowing who had kidnapped her.

Kaylah looked around, trying to replace something to free herself, but there was nothing around.

Just then, the door of the warehouse was opened and dazzling sunlight shone in.

Several ordinary-looking men came in.

Seeing them, Kaylah instantly wanted to draw back, but the wall behind stopped her.

"You're awake."

The man in the middle was obviously the head of the gang.

Seeing that Kaylah was conscious, the man had a smirk on his face.

Then he took a few steps closer to Kaylah.

"Hmm...Hmm..."

Kaylah struggled.

That made the men before her laugh.

To them, Kaylah was like a fish struggling on a chopping board.

The man in the middle bent down and pulled out the cloth from Kaylah's mouth.

"Kaff, kaff, kaff..."

The sudden inhalation of air made Kaylah start coughing.

"Who are you? Why did you kidnap me? Don't you know this is illegal?"

"You don't need to know who we are. Just blame yourself for having offended someone! Illegal? Do we look like people who are afraid of that?"

They only knew that once they finished what they had been asked to do, they would get a large sum of money that could provide them with a comfortable life. Hearing the man's words, Kaylah felt more anxious.

It seemed that it was useless to scare them with the law.

Those guys had no fear of the law at all.

Otherwise, they would not have committed such a crime.

Kaylah's brain started racing. It did not matter the most who kidnapped her. She should first think of a way to escape.

Kaylah's silence bored those men.

"As you are such a beauty, I will let you choose. How do you want to die?"

Looking at the dagger in the man's hand, Kaylah clenched her fists tightly, fear flashing through her eyes.

There had not been any noise around.

This warehouse was probably in the suburbs.

No one would come to save her even if she shouted out for help.

And she did not have any weapon to protect herself.

It was thoughtless to confront straight with those big guys.

"Whatever rewards your employer has promised to give you, I double it!"

Right then, Kaylah did not know why she was kidnapped, but she knew that those men got her for money.

Kaylah was uncertain if what she just said would work, but at the moment, the only thing she could do was buy more time for the rescue people to come.
