If he is still alive, I will literally peel his skin off,"the Water Kylin cursed indignantly and glared at the dead body of the man in the black robe."There is no point in saying such words, now that he is dead. Upon activating the One Rule Tower, a buzzing sound started to ring around his ears, and the nextthing he realized was that the whole scenario in front of him had been changed. Now, he wasstanding in front of a high tower, above which, lines of runes floated.
